Same things are visible in every chapter. Timelines are not correct. This can be easily a book from 10 chapters if writer removes the same staff

It started out strong... But honestly by Chapter 20 we are circling the drain - she hates herself, he's a useless coward in denial, her brothers a douche canoe with zero redeeming qualities and her bestie is fierce... She sounds like she wants to go down the self harm/su!cide path but hopefully she grows a backbone soon...
