Exposition: Elena and her boyfriend Tommy had broken up months ago but she finally decided to meet him after he pleaded with her. She only met him, only to be drugged and sold to the Russians. It turned out that Tommy had a huge gambling problem and was owing a lot so he decided to trade Elena for it.
Elena was sold to a Russian, but was later claimed by Edward Cattaneo after he killed her master.
Inciting incident: Pius Koslov, Edwards' enemy, manipulates Elena into working for him.
The Godfather throws a birthday party for his daughter, Edward is assaulted and sustains injuries but makes it alive. Elena knew that it was Pius who was behind the assault. Edward becomes very overprotective of her after the assassination.
Rising action: Don arranges for Edward to marry his daughter Crystal to strengthen their bond. But He refuses and instead marries Elena, claiming that she is pregnant. Crystal tries to defame Elena by setting her up. It leads to Edward killing one of Don's men who was important to him. At this point, Elena is regretting working with Pius because she starts to develop feelings for Edward.
Climax: Pius attacks Edward again and this time he discovers that Elena betrayed him. Even after that, Edward forgave her, meaning that he was in love with her. Don soon discovers that Edward was behind the death of one of his men, which meant that he betrayed the mafia, because members aren't supposed to hurt each other.
Denouement: Edward is cleared of all charges in the mafia after they found out that Crystal was the one behind it. Pius tries to attack Elena to kidnap her child but he fails and gets killed by Edward.
