    I enjoyed the first book very much. I am enjoying the second just as much, however, I find the first person narrative harder to follow. I liked the narrative of the first book as it felt more like a story. This is just my opinion of course, and I think you are a very talented writer. I look forward to reading more as it comes out!     Please, please don't use abbreviations, especially POV at the beginning of chapters. Using Just the name in italics or with punctuation is better grammatically. Abbreviations have several different meanings. They can confuse the reader or convey the wrong tone for any work. Publishers I have worked for have literally sent submissions to the trash for using abbreviations. You are too good to let yourself be sold short like that.

    I believe you still have some refinement to do in the first book. As I’ve been asked by your editor to critique your book, and it is a good book, however you didn’t focus enough detail into the relationships of the characters before you continued on with the rest of the book. On top of that, there is lacking of detail in scenes, and not enough down time in the book to really have a connection to places that are of importance to the story. I understand that criticism isn’t always fun, so I’m trying my best to give you positive feedback and I hope to see a better version of the story. Your grammar and spelling errors are the least of your worries until you finish the first draft, go through and work on the grammar and spelling mistakes. Reread your own drafts, fix what you see, and then have others look it over for more feedback before sending it out. You’re doing great so far, but you can always improve.

I normally stick with the book series by Christine Fehan and Christine Dodd.
