Is Cece dead? if she is, then why didn't Cessi ever tell Tessa? They seem like best friends, like that's something she should have shared with her. Or did Cece disappear after whatever happened? Why would she have abandoned Cessi? Because in a previous chapter, Tessa said so Cessi "She'll come back. And if she doesn't, I'll be your dragon" So either Cessi is lying to her cousin or something bigger is going on. 🤔
