I am in love with Harvey. Loved him as a kid in Book 1 and in this book I was head over heels crazy about him. A family man. A man with actual brains and he uses them wisely. I love Mia and she definitely 100% deserves a man like Harvey in her life.

I know this is Harvey and Mia story, but I love Nathan’s strength and support. A decent guy. We need more of them in this world.

Response I really enjoyed this 2nd installation of this series. The rape was a hard read, but if it is your story and you put in what you feel is right. I think that the idea of the female in a story always getting saved in the nick of time is absurd. It did give you the push to totally write off Gabriel and Miranda. I would love a story that follows Draven, you know, if your taking suggestions. Keep keeping on. ❤️

I have loved reading this book, I am so happy that Harvey and Mia ended up together; it was hard to read the chapters where Gabriel was raping Mia but I understand this part had to be written. I would like to know what prison sentence Gabriel and his mother received and the name of the new baby.

Iam so shocked at some of these comments about Mia being weak weak has nothing to do with it although it's just a story you will never understand unless you have been their a couple of years ago I was on a dating site and was talking to this guy who I thought at the time was great needless to say I decided to meet with him big mistake going to his house after the site always warns you to meet in a public place but because he was so nice we decided to meet at his apartment then go to dinner and movies from there from the minute I walked into his apartment he attacked me and sexually assaulted me I am sharing this one in the hopes that people will stop judging Mia two so people can be aware it can happen to anyone three it is something that happens every day by a boyfriend husband or just someone you know rape is something horrible and the shame you feel never goes away yes it was partly my fault because I did go to his house and the worse it I never fought him back I took everything he did to me but at least I walked away with my life their is not one day that passes I don't think about what happened to me I live with the shame but I never pass judgment on something I have no control over it's just a story but at the same time I am sure it's happened to a lot of people and it's something we all need to think about I am happy you brought awareness to this subject I am glad Mia has her family her daughter and Harvey Gabriel and his mother will go to jail you are a great author thank you 😘😘🇬🇧

I applaud the writer for writing the last few chapters telling Mia's story after what almost happened to her. Nobody knows how they will react to if someone rapes or assault someone you love.

these books are very good! might I just suggest reading through before posting so you don't call her "him or his" as that tends to make it less appealing. also, the term is "disbarment" not debarment. please keep writing!! other than the few grammatical errors, it's extremely hard to put down!

guys stop Mia is not weak she is trying to protect her daughter. plus if you ever been in abusive relationship you will understand where she is coming from also she is trying to get out that’s where Harvey comes in that’s her get out ticket. As far as the rape I had to read it little at at time but after you been rape you’re disconnected from your body and you get to the point of feeling nothing plus she is chain up so she literally can’t fight. All she is thinking about is her daughter and getting back to her, keeping her safe and the only way to do that is do as she is told. I don’t like the fact that she has to rely on Harvey but he is higher up so he can pull strings to get her safe.
