23 year old Shandy begins the small trip to her parents for the holidays like she has for the past 4 years since she left home. Along the same scenic route she's always taken a detour has been set up sending her down a snowy Isolated back road. Sudden blinding snow begins to fall as she tries to make her way. All at once her car slides of the road and flips without warning leaving her hanging upside down inside her car. Her world fades away into darkness. Two days later she awakens in the home of her "savior." Bumps and bruises are scattered here and there, yet she is grateful to be alive and in one piece. Above all she is thankful to the one that had saved her from certain death. She finally comes face to face with her hero, or quite possibly her worse nightmare in the form of a cold, arrogant, and extremely attractive young man. Shandy's trip had been cut short, yet the journey of her life has just begun and she will travel further than she ever imagined possible, learning some interesting truths about herself along the way.
