Romance-AS If you prefer to read books that are already completed, this is not one of those. A little drama in a story goes a long way for me. Too much drama, and I’m not enjoying myself. I read to get away from reality for awhile because life has a lot of pitfalls. This started too sad and dramatic for me.

Romance-AS oh this was a really difficult one to get into. the intro is very sad and it breaks my heart to know she’s terminal. I’ve found it a little slow to get into. I hope it doesn’t drag on.

Romance-AS The intro was ok, but I read the first few chapters and now I am curious to see how this will play out. Will she listen to her friend David and go to the hospital for treatment. Will she get her divorce or will Sebastian change his mind. He treats he awful and she definitely should not put up with it.

Romance-AS This one seems pretty interesting, although I find him dragging her in, having them draw blood, and not even testing it first very unbelievable. I really hope he doesn't come crawling back later.

Romance-AS This is another book with an over used plot. It's ridiculous to think that a person could be dragged into a hospital and have blood drawn, unwilling I might add, by order of a non-medical person. There are procedures to follow and orders that must be given by a physician. These could all be added to the story to enhance it. This isn't even believable fiction.

Romance-AS - Intro/ synopsis is shorter than I prefer, but I was willing to check out the first chapter to see if anything piqued my interest. Unfortunately I never made it through. While I am not in the medical field, I found I couldn’t get past the use of what, to me, sounded like either poorly translated English or made up medical terminology.

Romance-AS A very sad start to the story. I might give this book a try and see where the storyline goes. Hopefully the story improves for the main characters and ends with a happy ending.

Romance-AS this is probably one of the most depressing first chapters of a book that I have ever read. she has terminal stomach cancer, being in a hospital will not help, supposedly it is caused from starvation - which is medically inaccurate and inappropriate for a responsible person to write. Hard pass.

Romance-AS The introduction could be more detailed but I guess it still gives enough to let you know what you will be reading. I do not really get into books like this, it just does not keep my interest. I will have to pass on this one.

Romance-AS. I read the first nine chapters and I am not sure if this is one I wish to continue. this sounds very similar to one I read a few years back. while the writing is fine, the subject matter is not one that catches my interest. Men that are cold and arrogant are not ones that make for an entertaining read for me

Romance-AS At first I was really feeling bad the about her condition, cancer is just a cruel disease. Then we find out that she tricked Sebstain into marrying her. Like will anyone love if you trick them into marrying you when their heart belongs to someone else. The girl is just playing victim and not seeming her fault in his cold attitude towards her, I think she’s just PATHETIC!! tricking someone into marrying you 🙄

Romance-AS I've had this book in my library for a while now. Really been looking forward to reading it. Given me a great excuse to start it again properly. Cannot wait to see Eleanor thrive after getting rid of Sebastian and hopefully him realising his stupid mistakes, falling in love with his wife once and for all and treating her with some respect finally. Seems like a somber start but I'm hooked

Romance-AS the beginning is sad. But for once it’s the main character who is going to die not a member of her family. There are things I don’t unterstand like selling her blood against marriage. I really don’t like Sebastian’s behavior so I will not continue reading.

Romance-AS The intro is very short. Too little to really base an idea on about the book. The only clue is in one of the tags that says contract marriage. On the positive side, it seems very different from the usual storylines. Originality always appreciated. On the other hand, I always hesitate to start reading books that are not complete.
