The action sequences carry the reader off into fantasyland quite easily and effortlessly-- AMAZING, FLUID DESCRIPTIONS! But there are a few "hiccups" that just don't make sense; and bring the fluid reading to a tumbling, confused halt... just to reread that part over and over, trying to make sense of it and keep going. But it just doesn't make sense. So you move on, but have lost the momentum and story thread; and have to go even further back to pick it up again. But "... she leaped out of her bed. She hopped to the edge of her bed then looked over the edge of the top bunk..." At first I pictured her standing on the floor, after "... she leaped out of bed"... but then "she hopped to the edge and looked over the edge of the top bunk"? So she's still on the bed? Confusing. Quite a thrilling ride--just needs good editing and proofreading. #whatsapp
