Earth is in turmoil from frequent attacks from strange creatures when brilliant but insecure researcher Jane, her boyfriend Paul, and her team capture a supernatural being; it is a merman. Allen, the merman, called himself the last Dragon King. Jane, Paul, and her team wonder why a merman would want to be called a dragon and are putting him through a series of tests.
