Chapter[5]

Noah Blanco Corsini pov:

I woke up, flinched and hopped off the bed when I didn't find Selena next to me. For a second, I thought I was imagining her all the time as if I didn't meet that girl before, but when I spotted her dress and her bags, this made me sigh in relief. From the passion that I have experienced with her last night and the fact that she looked like a beauty goddess, I thought that I was delusional.

I shouted her name but she didn't answer and my heart started speeding up, which was weird because I thought I was heartless. ‘What if she left?!' I scratched my forehead thinking in my mind. She came from the shower room, she smiled slightly. "Good morning Mr. Noah."

I raised my eyebrows trying to calm down myself as if I never got enough of her body. She was wearing a casual pink dress already but even so, her smile was breathtaking and adorable; it affected me.

"Oh, the cat got your tongue?!" She gave me a smug look, stepping closer to me.

I was just gaping at her speechless. I wanted to pull her to the bed again, but the ironic man inside me whispered in my mind, 'Noah don't show her how much you like her.'

I frowned and tried to hide my real expression under a mask. "Just checking why I asked you to be in a relationship with me! You look normal!" I demonically smirked. Okay, I lied! She looked so cute and an already arrogant girl.

She was wearing her high heels "Normal?! Huh?! Don't touch me then again! Bye for now." She winked and waved to me then shut the door of the suite behind her.

I stood up, rubbing my forehead. 'What! Where's she going now?'

I took a quick shower and changed my clothes after commanding one of the guards to put his eyes on her; he will stick to her like her shadow.

I looked at myself in the mirror; I'm elegant but I wanted more this time. I wanted to look more handsome and didn't know why. But I did!

I strode out of the suite and called the guard. "Where is she?"

"Sir, she's in the pool and she's drinking," the guard informed me. I hung up and walked to the elevator, then went down to the pool.

'Drinking so f'cking early?! She's weird!'

I hastened to the pool bar and I pulled a chair next to her. "You are drinking this early?" I raised an eyebrow at her but before she could answer my question, the bartender poured one of my special cocktails for me.

She dropped her jaw then laughed hysterically. "What?! I thought you said early and now you are drinking early just like me?" she said in disbelief.

I nodded. "Yes, I do drink most of the time! What are you drinking Selena?"

She blurted out, "Mix of tequila and triple sick!" she gulped shot after shot and ignored me. I was gazing at the way she was drinking like a monster! I thought she was a light drinker or she might fall down or throw up after drinking almost 12 shots! I have never met a girl like her!

She turned her head to me and glared. "Why are you looking at me this way?!"

I narrowed my eyes. "Who the hell are you for God's sake?! Why did you come into my life?!"

She swung her head and pouted her lips. "I am your worst nightmare." She chuckled then we heard a kid screaming from the pool. He was drowning and everyone was standing there watching the kid. I stood up yelling, "Where are the swimmers?! Where're the lifeguards?! Why is this kid swimming in this deep part?!"

Suddenly I heard a splash, a professional jump and in less than seconds, the kid was dragged out of the pool and she was the one who saved him!

I was speechless watching her. How did she do that? She didn't use the usual techniques for making his heart beat again like I used to see in the movies! She was totally professional and unique in everything. She jumped in with her dress for God’s sake!

She hollered. "Give me a towel now! Move your butt!" she commanded me sternly with an angry tone.

I gestured to my guards and waitress to give her one. Of course, everyone was fired after this situation. If she wasn't here, this kid would be dead by now and this was going to push my shares down in the markets.

She kissed the kid who was almost eight years old and his parents rushed to him and hugged him, then thanked her.

She tipped over the kid’s head. "Hey, I think I could give you swimming training if you want to!"

The kid chuckled and nodded. "Yes, sure."

She stood up and tossed me disgusted looks. "I want to talk to you in private now!"

I followed her; I don't know where she was going and I think she didn't know either. She stood in an empty place, close to the kitchen inside the hotel. Then she raised her brows. "Not everything is all about money! You should take care of the people’s lives!"

"Why are you giving me those disgusting looks?! I'm not the lifeguard!" I asked her in curiosity.

"I'm not!" She said from nowhere as if she wanted to tell me she knew who I am.
