CHP.3-The Asshole

The Alpha seemed to be somewhat taken aback when my wolf raised her head and casually strolled past him in the direction he had indicated. I made sure to keep my tail low, while I knew my wolfs fur was fluffy and concealed my figure quite well, I had to be certain to hide what was between my legs.

They would notice if I was missing certain appendage after all.

Moving in the direction he had indicated I kept my eyes peeled and nose sniffing. Taking in as much detail as possible to ensure I would be able to make my way back once I had managed to escape. My backpack was sill hanging around under the tree base somewhere close by. I would need it to get back on the road again.

The group tracked through the thick forest for a while, before what looked like a town started to appear in front of us. The small town was still relatively large for the times we were in. Probably the biggest organisation in the country, with hundreds of buildings all in the vicinity. It was impressive feat and I'm sure an impressive struggle.

To keep a town this size, well-nourished and well cared for? Nearly impossible.

As expected the buildings closest to the forest were slightly warn down, and more spaced apart. With gravel pathways weaving in-between all the buildings and leading into the centre of the town. We tracked along the pathways getting further into the cluster of houses. While we progressed inwards the density of housing increased, with more buildings been seen, all huddled closer together.

And while the structures in the town took my breath away, my mouth practically flung open when I saw the amount of wolves around.

Just casual wolves, going in between stores. Buying things. Walking around, conversing with one another. Being civil. This was something I hadn't seen in years.

The groups I had seen that held mildly high levels of people were always chaotic. Never order or peace. Just small groups fighting for dominance over one another.

It was just how we lived. Survival of the fittest. Humanity wasn't a thing these days. But here was this town, completely humane.

Another thing I noticed was how everyone noticed us. Wolves stopped their conversations as we passed by, bowing their heads to their Alpha. But once their eyes landed on me, their demeanours changed completely.

All were giving me glares, some baring their teeth in a sign of warning. If they were in wolf form their shackles would have been raised.  I received the message loud and clear.

Rouge's were not welcome here. I was not welcome here.

But my wolf kept her head high, sniffing at these wolves, while making sure to keep my tail lowered. Escaping the Alpha and his warrior group would be hard enough, but escaping an entire town of males wolves because they knew I was female? That would be nearly impossible.

Steering my emotions towards that of my wolf's I felt my confidence begin to grow again. I had survived in this world by myself for four years. I'd be dammed before if I would be intimidated by some pack wolves.

But no matter the amount of housing, wolves, food and clothing were around. There was one thing missing.

There were no she wolves.

This was the most developed town I had seen in the past four years. If there were any she wolves around, I would bet this is where they would turn up. But there were none. My heart ached at the thought. Suddenly feeling constricted in my chest. I couldn't be the last one.

Or perhaps some were here, but they were chained up, locked away. Living a life of slavery and abuse. My knees quaked at the thought. Would I be abused? Chained and used at their will? Forced to bear this Alphas pups?

The group hadn't noticed my change in demeanour as they continued to the largest building of the town. Located directly in the centre of everything. It was massive.

Three stories high, made of mostly stone, with windows peering through every few walls. The deck out front had two warriors stationed near it. However I knew more would be around the house.

The asshole walked straight up the front stairs, the doors were opened by a warrior before he walked straight in. I halted in my steps, was I expected to follow? I doubt they would allow a rouge into was looked like their head-quarters. Does that mean I'm going somewhere else? My internal questions were answered when the Alpha turned around, again motioning his head in the direction of the building.

I was to follow again.

Considering my lack of choices, I walked into the front door and past the guards who growled at me in distaste. I scoffed. Imbiciles. The Alpha lead me down a series of corridors, through thick doors and rooms connected rooms.

Every now and then we'd bump into a guard or two, some obviously on duty, others simply chatting. I tried to take note of which way we went and the turns we took, but lost my way quickly. The house was one big maze. We finally came to rest in a room that appeared to be a study. The door shutting behind me, leaving me trapped in the room with the asshole in front of me.

A large mahogany desk sat in the centre of the room with a window directly behind it. Two chairs sat in front of it and one large chair behind. His walls were lined with shelves.

"Shift." the command pulled me out of my trance as I settled on the man in front of me. He must have shifted while I was occupied studying his room. My eyes drew to the man infront of me. Except he was no man. No this was a Greek god.  An Adonis that sat leaning casually against his desk.

He was wearing only wearing some boxers leaving the rest of his delectable skin uncovered.

His body was toned to perfection, with large biceps lead into a chiselled chest, sitting underneath his firm pectorials sat a very solid set of abs before sliming into his waist, his prominent v-line on show. Unfortunately his boxers covered what was under his v- line, but below that. His thick toned thighs lead into toned claves.

His face was a whole other story. His hair was a dark black, cut sorter on the side but longer on the top, perfect to run my fingers though and grip tightly. His jawline sharp, light blue eyes peered at me over his sharp straight nose leading down to his plump lips that uttered another command.

"Shift."
