"Serena"

I looked around to see if anyone had been nearby who would have been able to apprehend me if I had stolen my father's horse, but there was no one there, not even my obnoxious guard, Killian. I regret informing my father about my young obsession with him, because he literally saved my life. Yet, a seventeen-year-old handsome kid that I was obsessively following at the time grew up to be a freaking deity, and a slew of girls pursued Killian. However, I was the one the guy was tailing, and much to my chagrin, he wasn't pursuing me because he liked me or anything like that. He simply followed what my father instructed him to do, nothing more, nothing less. Even if I were a princess, he continued repeating that. When I was younger, I usually cried because it was so awful, but as I grew older, I came to despise him as well. I keep pleading with my father to rescind his decision, but he believes that I grew up as a brat girl and that I now require a guard more than ever.

I instantly hurried to the location of Phoenix. That was the horse's name. I touched the horse with a sneer on my lips.

"I'm sorry, father..." I'd simply borrow it for a bit. That was my thought, and then I grabbed the strap and pushed it away from the house, hoping no one would notice if I began riding Phoenix. When I felt it was sufficiently distant, I rode slowly through it. As I was sufficiently removed, I allowed Phoenix to sprint faster...

I enjoy horseback riding since it is the only way for me to feel liberated. I quickly grinned as the wind rushed through my hair. I allow the gentle breeze to caress my skin.

Living at the manor for the most of my life makes me feel like a prisoner. Exactly like the folks my father imprisoned once they betrayed him. Therefore, if I am given such an opportunity, I will seize it with both hands.

Fortunately, I was the daughter of my father, the Crimson Blood Pack's alpha. Serena Kopper is my given name. And I'm convinced that even if I were a stubborn daughter, my father would never allow me to enter the dungeon since he adores me.

For the majority of my life, I could only see what they referred to as the sun if I escaped to our manor for a while. There was a time in our planet when we could only see the sun's beams, and there was one area in particular that I adored.

My father did not want his daughter to leave the confines of the estate. When I was seven years old, I came dangerously close to death when I became curiously lost in the wilderness. Fortunately, Killian rescued me, and that was the first time I began to fall for him. My father has numerous adversaries (a.k.a. other packs), and he does not wish for me to be in danger once more. I understand that, but I was technically a strong-willed member of the family, and despite the fact that I was a girl, I was a canny, stubborn girl.

I want to do a lot of activities that only men can do, such as horseback riding, sword fighting, duels, and traveling to new countries. I despise being referred to as stubborn. Assume I am only tenacious when it comes to accomplishing my goals.

"Woaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa The horse comes to a halt in the most breathtaking location I've ever seen in this earth.

There were various flowers covering the ground, a few trees in the area, a nearby waterfall, and a large number of birds soaring while singing, but then flying above a hundred holes, providing the area with a bit of brightness and energy, which is why I enjoy staying here.

I'm confident that no one has sought to enter this location because it remains my family's domain. And my father prohibited attendance by anyone who was not a member of high society. However, if you were a common wolf who lived without the richest's boundary, you would be interrogated and, with only one incorrect answer, the soldier would very certainly drag you to the dungeon.

I walked through the falls with a smile on my face, seeing the crystal clear water descend from above the mountain to the falls' body. This is not a really large waterfall, but it is quite fascinating. A unique flower grows between the rocks and soil that surround the lake.

Even the smell was enticing.

I take a deep inhale, absorbing the place's deliciousness. I sat near the water in order to be able to touch it.

However, after a little moment, I'm left wanting more.

As a result, I decided to strip down to my underwear and swim for a moment.

My smile expands as I step into the water. I immerse my body in the water and then feel the chilly water while remaining relaxed.

"How I'd love to stay here," I muttered...

You adore this location, huh? Are you even capable of escaping just to be here?"

My eyes widen as a man's voice speaks from behind. "It was Killian." As a result, I technically ceased breathing.

I was ready to stand when I realized I was completely naked and that without the water, this guy would see the entirety of me.

"I thought that you hadn't seen me." She sighed loudly. I slowly turn around, but the guy throws my clothes at me as I do.

Seriously, "wear something before you turn around."

How dare he toss princess garments in that manner?

Nonetheless, I am compelled to wear wet clothing.

When I was finished dressing, I quickly walked over to where the guy was standing.

As is customary, he is dressed entirely in black. His pierced golden eyes looked at me furiously. I imagined an unseen cloud of smoke passing across his pointed nose. His kissable lips were taut and close together. His jaw was clenched, indicating that he was furious.

Even if he was enraged and his massive frame covered my entire body, barely allowing me to stand, he couldn't intimidate me. Perhaps I sigh, or perhaps I am skilled at concealing my worry.

How many times have I advised you not to simply flee through the manor? Your father would reprimand you once more. When will you mature, young lady? You're acting as though you're still seven years old. It's as if you were still a child when I met you.

I swallowed forcefully. My tears are going to fall, but I am attempting to hold them back. I should have become accustomed to his agonizing words, but I doubt I would. Because his words always struck me right in the heart, I looked him in the eyes and confidently stated,

I've evolved since then. As you can see, I am not the young lady who is hopelessly in love with a jerk person like you."

I walked back to Phoenix. Nonetheless, I came to a halt as a crossbow flew at me.
