“I am sorry...for...taking your pack” I whispered the last few words, unable to look at him after this realization.
“Don’t be” he sais as he gently cupped the side of my face with the scratches on it, making me looked up into his concerned eyes. “I never wanted to be alpha,” he said with a sigh, looking saddened.
At this I looked at him, confused. If he is my mate then he would still be alpha.
A sudden horrible thought crossed my mind. No he can’t!
