5-Earn My Submission

Marcello

Her eyes are like the bluest ocean and her gaze is like the strongest waves pulling me under. She is not the typical submissive. Alice says she is fragile, but she hides it well with her confidence. As a business owner, she holds a level of authority, which is stressful. It makes sense that she would allow someone else to take control.

"Oh good! You two have met," Alice says. "Where's Ezra?"

"Ezra is making arrangements for our new little sub," I answer while still looking into Isabella's eyes. She raises an eyebrow, probably wondering why I am just staring at her.

"Oh, so you agreed, Issy?" She asks. Isabella looked at Alice.

"Agreed to what?" She looks like she is all business. She is going to be fun to play with.

"Nothing. I need to check on my client." Alice hurries off and Isabella looks back into my eyes.

"Is there something I need to know, Marcello?" She's bold, I can appreciate that.

"You will be leaving with Ezra and me tonight. We have plans." I don't ask.

"No." She says.

"Excuse me?"

"I said no." She stands her ground.

"I was not asking," I tell her. Shit, I knew I should have had Ezra do this. I was dying to meet her though.

"And I am not consenting," She fired back then added, "Yet."

"Yet?" Great, she likes games. "You have conditions?"

"Nothing too difficult. Just earn my submission." I don't think I hear her correctly.

"Earn it? I don't think so." I fold my arms. Her eyes wander over my arms and she licks her lips. She is shameless.

"Then I can't be your sub." She looks back into my eyes. I'm not used to women looking at me like this. In a way, it feels like she's challenging me and I don't know if I love it or hate it.

"We could easily have any woman we want." She needs to understand I don't take orders from anyone.

"I could too. Maybe I'll have Alli dominate me instead. I already know I'm safe with her and she knows exactly what I need. She knows my worth and she deserves an obedient submissive." She looks like she's seriously considering Alice as her domme and I do not know Isabella well enough to recognize if she is bluffing. Ezra will be pissed off if I ruin this chance with Isabella.

"Okay, fine. We will earn your submission. What do we do?" She probably has a list of demands.

"Prove to me that you are worthy of my submission. I need to know that I will be safe and I can't just take your word for it; I'm too important to take that risk. A woman who knows her worth is handled properly." This is doable. We can swoon her into submission easily.

"Deal, but I have one condition as well." Now I know I have to be careful with how I approach her.

"Which is?" She folds her arms and mimics me. I imagine bending her over my knee and spanking her.

"Ezra and I would be grateful if you could join us tonight. We have arranged something beneficial for you and we wouldn't want you to miss it." Being this nice is nearly painful for me. How does Ezra do this shit naturally?

"Can we make sure Alli gets home safely first?" This is the first time she has softened since I started talking to her.

"Of course. We will take her home. I am assuming she drove here?" She nodded.

"I will have Ezra ride with her and I will follow." She's letting the tough act slip just a little. I'm making progress already.

Isabella

This is happening. I have to make sure I stand my ground on my condition because I don't want to be some easy screw for them to take control over. I need something long-term; I want to feel secure. Hundreds of people rely on me for so much, and for once, I need to be able to rely on someone else. I make sure my employees make enough money to live comfortably, so they can support their families, provide safe work environments, overlook individual projects, and correct all errors. The work I do is mentally exhausting. Being a hands-on boss has its rewards, but I'm only one person. I have spent the last year and a half building my business, and it has been quite a success. My next move is to open a firm in Houston, Texas. That is going to impact my pockets tremendously.

I'm riding in the car with Marcello while Ezra drives Alli home, and my phone buzzes. I haven't checked it all night.

My assistant, Ben, has been blowing up my phone and I call him back. I hope it isn't something serious.

"Ben, what's going on? My sound was off on my phone."

"Thank goodness you called. Something went wrong at the bridge in Tampa this evening." The Tampa project is halfway finished.

"What do you mean? Is something wrong with the structure? Or is it an employee?" Ben needs to be a little more specific before I lose my mind.

"Both. Someone made changes to your blueprint, and now the whole thing is thrown off. Everyone is still at the site." I specifically tell my workers not to make changes to my blueprints. They endanger everyone's lives when they make changes without consulting me first.

"Tell everyone to go home and not to touch another fucking thing. I'll be there first thing in the morning." I hang up. I'm so angry I could punch a wall. One small error could cost someone, or multiple people, their lives, and I'll be damned if that reflects on my name. I'm shaking with anger.

"Are you okay?" Marcello asks.

"Someone messed with my blueprints after I specifically told them not to. We are in the middle of a major bridge project in Tampa, and one of my employees might have set us back for weeks, if not months, worth of work. More importantly, they could have killed people if this wasn't caught when it was." I take deep breaths to calm down, but it isn't working.

Marcello reaches in the middle console, pulls out a blunt, and lights it up, "Take a couple of hits. It will help you relax."

"I don't smoke," I tell him.

"Have you ever tried it?" He asks.

"Well, no. I haven't." It's not that I think there's anything wrong with weed; I just think it stinks.

"Try it. I promise it will help." He holds it in my direction.

"Screw it." I grab it and take a hit. It's surprisingly smooth as I inhale it. I was expecting to cough. I go ahead and take another drag because I need to calm down. After a few minutes, I'm on cloud nine. This is nice.
