6-Rage

Ezra

"Your friend is absolutely stunning. I am surprised Marcello did not scare her off," He promised he would be gentle with her. I recognize a good thing when I see it, and Isabella is great. She might be as tall as me, but she is still feminine and delicate.

"He couldn't scare her off if he tried. Not because she's easy, but because she's a boss. She isn't easily intimidated, but she still has the sweetest heart. Now that I seriously think about it, she's perfect for you two. Marcello needs a woman who can submit to him without fear, and you need a woman who will appreciate your generosity. She won't expect material things because she can afford her own, so she appreciates the little things more than anything else. If there is anyone who understands the true strength of submission, it's Issy. That's why she won't make this easy on you two at first. Do you want some real advice?" I'll take any advice she has to offer.

"By all means, keep going," She smiles and continues.

"She wants something real. She wants to be truly valued and cared for, not a one-night stand or fling. That means you two will need to stop having sexual relationships with other women before she will ever allow you to touch her. She will need to be a top priority, and she can't be that when you have attention on other women. If you and Marcello don't want something long-term with her, get out of it early. You'll know if you want her before you even put your lips on hers. Trust me." Her last two words sound loaded.

"You are in love with her," I say. I do not need to ask because I know. I might be nice with an emotional side, but I am still a dominant man with the ability to read people like a book.

"Yeah, I am. I have no problem admitting that to you, but don't say a word to Isabella. She knows I'm gay, but she doesn't need to know I'm in love with her. Issy is a straight woman; that needs to be respected," This is what makes Alice such a great domme. A part of being a domme is knowing what your sub needs and giving that to them whether you like it or not. On the other hand, Isabella still deserves to know about Alice's feelings and what she chooses to do with that information is up to Isabella.

"You do not think she will find out one day? Do you think you are taking a choice away from her by hiding this from her?" She should think this through.

"She isn't gay. I would prefer if I could leave our friendship the way it is because I can still express my love for her as a friend," Alice explains.

"Okay, fine. I will not say anything to Isabella. Even if I disagree," It is not my place to say anything, so I will leave it alone.

"There's one more thing you will need to know," Alice gathers her thoughts and continues, "Isabella has a cocaine addiction. She doesn't even realize she has an addiction yet, so that's why she really needs you guys. I found it in her top drawer when I put our laundry away, and I confronted her about it. She said it's just something she does on occasions to focus on her work and stay awake, but that's a lie. This is why she is so fragile, Ezra. When she moved back here from New Jersey, she wasn't the same Issy. If I push her too hard, she will leave. I can't protect her if she's gone. I feel like my hands are tied, and I don't know what to do."

This news is a punch to my gut. Marcello fought that addiction for ten years before he finally had the strength to allow help. It does not seem like it is taking over your life until one day, you have nothing left.

Marcello

I saw it in her. The way she shook and the rage threatening to escape. She was not just a boss, worried about people getting harmed and time wasted. Her body was feining for something to ease her mind because any inconvenience or error will make her blow. I see it because she is me. It is dangerous for me to get close to her, but now I have this dire urge to save her from herself.

I have been free from cocaine for five years, thanks to my sponsor and marijuana. People can say what they want about marijuana, but I would still be on cocaine if I didn't smoke. Maybe that makes me a weak man, but at least I'm a living one with money in my pockets, and I do not start breaking shit every time something does not go my way.

Isabella took four good hits off of the blunt. I should have told her to go easy because it is strong, but I knew the worst thing that would happen is she would fall asleep. Which is what happened. She is sleeping as if she has not slept in weeks, and it makes me wonder what else she might use to help her focus. The plans for tonight will have to change. There is something more important that we need to do for her.

I arrive at Alice's condo and get out of my truck. Ezra and Alice get out of the car as I make my way to them.

"We have a problem," I don't know how much Alice knows, but I do not care. "Something went wrong at one of Isabella's worksites, and she was seconds away from raging out. She uses cocaine. I know it."

"Alice told me. Isabella needs our help, but do you think it is smart for you to get involved?" Ezra stuck by my side and put up with a lot of crap when I was where she is now. He is about to go through it all over again.

"I am already involved. Isabella is staying with us; she can fight me about it later." I respond.

"Is she asleep?" Alice asks, clearly wondering why Isabella is still in the car.

"Yes, I had her take a few hits of my blunt. It is a temporary solution." Alice rubs a hand down her face.

"Could you pack her a bag with enough clothes for a week?" Ezra asked. Alice nods, and they go into the condo.
