Prologue

Werewolves. Vampires. Sirens.

Whenever it comes to these mythological creatures, they appear to be a harm towards humankind. Werewolves are known to change during a full moon while vampires seduce before they kill and sirens can make you lose your mind. They are portrait differently throughout the centuries, some would say they are hideous while some would say they are beautiful. Mesmerising creatures.

However, is it true that they are a harm to humans?

As far as the history stated, humans have always been their own cause of destruction. Wars. Killing their own species for their benefits. Killing the earth as they try to conquer and be more powerful.

There is only one thing that they are after. Money.

Humans kill. Humans destroy. For a piece of paper.

Yet, humans are proven to be true. Humans are existing creatures ever since Adam and Eve. There is no use in denying the existence of humankind but werewolves are folktales. Being told by different people in different versions. Some portray werewolves as the hunters for human flesh. In fact, in some legends, werewolves are people who morph into vicious, powerful wolves.

One main point was made. Throughout the centuries. Despite the legends and tales—werewolves are known by their lust for killing people and animals. They are creatures without self control, killing is their main instinct but is it true? Is it true what they say? Are werewolves truly clouded by bloodlust?

Well . . . werewolves are also known as beautiful creatures with mates. Soulmates.

A soulmate is someone ideally suitable for us. A match made in heaven. For humans, we never really know who our soulmate is because we feel love towards someone, anyone, that shows us affection, that makes us feel good but not for werewolves. They know instantly. They bond for life.

They only have one soulmate. They only get one chance at love. Their soulmate would complete them, make them feel whole and loved in ways nobody can. It also make them vulnerable and weak especially when they lose the love of their life. It's very different with humans, they heal and move on but werewolves—they have to live with the pain until they die.

For werewolves to have a human mate, it's rare. However, it has happened in the past and the human faced terrible consequences—died of bearing an unborn werewolf, neither the human or the baby survived. Maybe, the moon goddess was playing a cruel game, maybe it was fate.

As years passed, werewolves are never known to be cursed with a human mate. That is until . . . two perfect souls collide.
