Chapter 2 What an Angelic Bitch

But for a year she had been passionate alone.

It was difficult for Nina to accept this.

"Can you say that again?"

"You have heard clearly."

Felix set the bath towel aside and began to dress carefully "On the first day you met me, you slept with me. I recall you taking the initiative."

Nina stared at his expressionless face, continuously comparing it to the gentle face she remembered.

It wasn't him after all.

She despised it. She clutched the covers beneath her body, shaking gently all over, her heart smothered and unpleasant.

She was well aware of his harsh demeanor.

But she had no tolerance for certain issues of principle.

Her fingers tightened and relaxed. Nina still sprang out of bed after repeating this several times.

"Okay, let's break up then!"

She snatched the garments, slid them over her body, and slammed the door shut.

The man fastened the last button on his suit slowly. His slanting eyes narrowed, preparing a hazardous breath.

...

Nina stepped on the accelerator hard.

The car was fast.

After all, she didn't catch his mistress in bed.

She was still a little dissatisfied.

The man's indifferent appearance once led her to believe that he was uninterested in women.

What kind of lady could captivate him now?

A red sports car abruptly turned left and slammed into her automobile, just as she was getting nervous.

Boom!

Nina hit the brakes hard, and the airbag popped out in an instant.

The two cars crashed a few meters before coming to a stop.

"Are you rushing to die so fast?"

The door of the red car opened.

A young woman in her twenties, dressed in a yellow outfit, slammed her automobile window aggressively.

Nina was scolded as soon as she stepped out of the car.

"Can you afford it if you wrecked my car?"

"Bitch, you wasted my time."

The other party glared at her like a wealthy lady.

Nina was irritated and sneered: "You are not slower than I am. It is not entirely my fault. Why should I allow you to?"

Her domineering appearance made her stunned.

After a few periods, she took out her phone and dialed a caller, and her tone abruptly changed: "I was hit by a car, dear. How should I proceed? She is heroic."

It turned out that she called her boyfriend.

What an angelic bitch.

Nina hummed coldly. She wanted to see what they could do.

After a while, an all-black Maybach stopped in front of them.

A man dressed in a light blue suit dashed out of the car.

"Brother Colin?"

Nina was in despair.

The man in front of her was quite attractive, and she was well acquainted with him.

This elegant and lovely profile was once tremendously desired by her.

She almost thought her eyes were dazzled.

Colin White was the type of sibling who was not linked to her by name, and he was also the one who was attracted to her as a teenager.

Wasn't he abroad?

How could he be here?

Unless...

Her eyes fell on the woman beside her. Was he here to bring his girlfriend home?

There was bitterness on Nina's lips.

She had no idea that a year later, it would be this strange scene from when they first met.

Colin was also stunned when he saw her.

Noticing the oddity, the woman reached out and grasped his hand in hers, looking intimate: "What's the problem, Colin? Are you two acquainted?"

Colin had recovered. He nodded, and his expression complicated.

"Demi, I haven't had time to introduce you yet. She is Nina."

Was she the distant cousin he keeps mentioning?
