CHAPTER 4

Gloria’s POV

“Gloria Lavender is my Luna, Queen of Crystal Blood Pack and daughter of the Alpha of Mystic Shadow Pack. You will be punished, and you will be expelled if anyone dares to show disrespect to her.”

All the people's eyes were focused on me, and he placed the crown on my head with a polite sign and a fearful expression on his face, located in my mind.

I bent my head in reverence. I have no idea where I'm going. At the age of 18, I was crowned his queen. I transformed into a Luna in the man's eyes.

However, I am happy that I will be with him. Like my mother told me when I was a child, I will lead the pack. I won't stand by and watch as the rest of his group is decimated. In any case, the beta is by our sides as we make our way inside the palace, and I turned my back on them all.

We're the only ones left in the palace after the beta leaves, and now the maid and they're making their way out. My eyes turned to him. I put my hand on his shoulder and chuckle as I approach him with a smile. When it comes to expressing my affection for him, I don't know how to do it. Just have a crush on him.

I lowered the crown into the cradle. Even though it's open to the public, he stares at me. I want to spend some time with him right now.

When the Alpha didn't summon the Beta, he raced into the foyer, pretending he didn't have any responsibilities. There was something on his mind.

"Hades Alexios, the Alpha of the Silver Bow Pack, is looking for you, Gloria. If you don't leave, he's threatening the people outside." that information beta shared with me prompted me to tighten my fist, and he held my hand. Apollo accomplished it. To avoid being confronted, he turned away from me, but I nodded in agreement as I followed behind him with the gamma rays.

"I'll handle this, Apollo." That troubled look on Apollo's face reacted to my whispered promise.

When I was about to leave, he was right behind me. After all, I can take care of this selfish and depraved guy alone.

On his back are two guards, watching for any sign that he could do something stupid.

I try to see things from his point of view. He seemed eager for me to rekindle our romance. Everything is faulty. I was able to hold Apollo's hand as well as he did.

"In the meantime, Hades Alexios, I'll be speaking with you directly. What are you doing here? Seeing your face begging for my Luna to return won't do any good. She's mine now, and we owned each other before you knew what was happening. Waiting for me to lose my patience and punish you is a recipe for disaster!" He screamed at him, warning him of the consequences.

But I am capable of handling it on my own. His thoughts and the cries of a wolf were putting us into a trance.

Without saying anything, I let go of his hand. I approached Hades. For the time being, the guards are even more concentrated. His whereabouts are being monitored. Our guards also keep an eye out for him and his security team.

"What's going on? Hades, get out of here!"

“I’ll only listen to your words, My dear Gloria. Not anyone else! I can see it in your eyes; you like me too. . . I am certain that you're in love with me, and you don't wanna be with Apollo!” he roared.

Just as he was about to complete his words, the Alpha sent a signal to the guards, and they swung their rifles at him in the head. It seemed like he had merely slipped, but he ended up kneeling in front of me after that. His pupils appear to be drowsy. It makes me feel like I'm going to die because I didn't do murder when I see someone with that expression on their face.

"I adore you, Gloria. I am solemnly telling you this right now. I was drugged at that time; I was high. I think I don't know what to do. I regret it now, please be with me again. . ." He snapped.

"Bullshit." while they were still hitting him, I cut him off. He squeezed my hand even more firmly. My emotions are repressed as I stare down at Hades, who's already bleeding from the mouth.

"There is no point in returning. I don't like you, but Apollo Harris is my mate, and not you. You're a complete and utter scumbag." They assisted him up and pushed him away again, despite my warnings. Neither of his bodyguards approached him since he couldn't stand it. Because of their apprehension, they ended up fleeing.

When they started lifting him, I paused to take a deep breath. Nevertheless, he still had the power of his might, and he kicked them all and tried to grab me back, but Matteo fought him. They're already assisting one another, with the beta as the point person for all of it. Those are all of the Alpha's orders for things to happen to him.

"Apollo, I'm very sorry. Because he knows that I am the daughter of the Mystic Shadow Pack, he will not stop me. I swear to you, I don't even like him. I'm here with you," I muttered.

I want to tell him that I love him, but I don't know anything about myself. I'm not willing to say some things to fool him.

In other words, I'm not going to tell lies. Ultimately, I don't want to inflict any harm on him.

"Gloria. That's correct, by the way. The time has come for me to claim you as my own. Even if you can't say what I want to hear, you're still there for me. I have your back."
