CHAPTER 4

ALPHA RENARD'S POV:

We were in the car, driving back home. Three cars were in front of my car and two more were following my car. There were three people in my car. The driver, my newly bought breeding slave sitting by my side.

I didn't even see her face while dealing with the paperwork. Once we were left in the car, that's when I noticed how extremely stunning she actually was. Her long wavy brown hair and heart shaped face. She was extremely fair. As if she had bathed in milk. Her skin was white like snow and her cheeks were pink for no reason at all.

I didn't see the actual colour of her eyes. She was staring out of the window, that's why I couldn't see.

Never in my life had I thought that I would ever be praising the beauty of another woman in my life. But then again, I never thought someone like this girl existed in our world. "The children I will have with her are going to be beautiful. I made a good choice. The other sister was not even attractive enough with all that makeup." I thought to myself, smiling so slightly as I watched her.

She didn't utter a single word after that submission. She didn't even look in my way. Not that I wanted her to look at me. She was nothing to me but a breeding slave. A machine to give me children. That's all she was to me.

The driver stopped the car in front of my mansion. He opened the door for me and I stepped out of the car. Ersa also stepped out of the car without waiting for me to say anything. I felt my ego growing as I saw her being a good slave.

I wanted to see what she would do if I walked away without telling her what to do next. Maybe I just started enjoying her submission a little too much.

I walked towards the mansion. I stopped at the door frame and turned my head to look at her. She obediently followed me. Her head was still down. My ego grew a hundred times more seeing the fear on her face. I couldn't help but smile in satisfaction.

I stepped inside the mansion. My eyes went towards my wife who had been waiting for my arrival. That was the moment I was pulled back down on the ground. I couldn't believe that I was on cloud nine just because a wolfless slave that I brought home to bear my children.

A low growl echoed in my ears. That growl pulled me out of the oceans of my thoughts. Before I could have understood what was happening, my wife, Camilla, had actually launched at Ersa. Ersa tried to save herself from Camilla. A sudden wave of excitement rushed through me as Ersa hid behind me. Before Camilla had gotten anywhere near Ersa, I grabbed her by her waist.

"Shane, take Ersa to the room the omegas might have set for Ersa." I ordered Shane. He nodded his head and gestured to Ersa to follow him. Ersa bowed her head in front of me and walked away. The air around me touched my body, arousing the same kind of excitement within me yet again.

Camilla was fighting me to let her go. But my hold around her waist was firm. She couldn't free herself from my grip. She knew that well enough. "Charlie, call Deniece and ask her to meet me in the breeder's room." I ordered Charlie, without listening to all the crap Camilla was yelling about. She had no idea what I had planned to do after I buried my eighth child without having to hear his laugh.

Once everyone was gone, I started walking upstairs, towards our bedroom. I kicked open the door of my bedroom and brought Camilla inside. I locked the door then placed Camilla on her feet again. Growling in anger, she tried to punch me. But I grabbed her hand right on time.

I pulled her closer towards me and crashed my lips on hers. After spending almost a decade together, I was aware of almost all the weaknesses Camilla had. I knew how my rough kisses could make her submit to me so easily. Camilla leaned into my kiss. She placed both of her palms on my chest. She tilted her head and deepened the kiss.

I pulled away from her after a minute. She still had an angry pout on her face. I didn't need to ask if she was pissed. "Who is that woman? What is she doing here? Why was she hiding behind you? Why did you bring her here with you?" Camilla bombarded me with so many questions, I couldn't help but chuckle at her.

She was jealous and the reality filled my heart with warmth. I grabbed her hand and pulled her towards the bed. "Let's sit down first and talk calmly." I whispered as I helped her on the edge of the bed. I sat down beside her and wrapped one of my arms around her shoulders.

"Speak up! I am waiting for whatever excuse you might come up with." Camilla impatiently asked me, huffing in anger.

I tried to pull her to my chest but she pushed me away. "Let me begin with an apology that I owe you. I know I should have informed you before I left. But you were still recovering the hardest miscarriage of all time. And I didn't want to stress you out more." I started up with an apology that she deserved.

Camilla was my wife, not some low life slave who wouldn't mind whatever I would do to her. Hearing my apology, Camilla scoffed. "I know you are angry. But I had no other choice. The miscarriage you went through, it was the hardest one. And according to Deniece, your body can't keep up with it anymore." I whispered softly, trying to keep my words as simple as possible. I didn't want Camilla to think that I was blaming her for not having my children.

It was not her fault. I was the one at fault. I should have known that it was not easy for any woman to carry an Alpha's child. "You are well aware of the fact that we need a child to maintain our place as Alpha and Luna in this pack. Otherwise, the paco can dethrone us both." I added in a low tone when I didn't get any response from her.

A confused look appeared on her face as she heard me. The realisation hit her and she narrowed her head. I pinched her chin lightly and guided her gaze back towards my eyes. "Don't be sad. Deniece came up with a solution to our problem." I answered the question I saw in her eyes.

I could see millions of questions on her face. And a hint of fear in her eyes. Fear of losing me. But she didn't say anything. She knew that I hated being interrupted. It didn't matter if it was my wife interrupting me.

"The woman you saw standing with me is here only as my breeder. She is my breeding slave who will give us a child." I told her the reason why I had brought Ersa with me. Her eyes lit up almost instantly as she heard that there was a way for us to have children. But the fear was still in her eyes.

"Camilla, you are the only woman in my life. No other woman can ever take your place." I reassured her that I couldn't leave her. I loved my wife. And she needed to hear it from me.

"What will you do to her once she has given us our baby?" Camilla finally asked something as she saw, I was no longer talking.

I pulled her hand towards my face and placed a soft kiss on the back of her hand. "I will kill her once she has fulfilled the purpose of her life. She is alive to give me a baby. That's all." I replied to Camilla's question.

I saw relief washing over her face as she climbed up on my lap and wrapped her arms around my torso. "Why wouldn't you just let her go?" Camilla asked me in a confused tone. She had a kind heart. Maybe that's why she was worried.

"Because one, I can't risk anyone leaking our secrets out. Secondly, I can't let anyone have the similar DNA as my own child. If I let her go, she will surely look for a settled life." Rubbing her back, I tried to explain to Camilla why I couldn't let her live. It was actually partial truth.

The real reason why I couldn't let Ersa live later, because I was not accustomed to the idea of sharing my things. She was merely a toy for me. And I was planning to destroy that toy completely once it had served its purpose.
