CHAPTER FOUR: THE NEW STUDENT.
"Holy shit! where did this angel come from?!!" fatty Joe asked in bewilderment.
"OMG! she's just like a goddess!" Another cute and bubbly girl,Maya gasped in amazement. Her eyes were shining brightly like stars.She really had a thing for good looking people.
"Shh!everyone quiet down,I want to introduce a new student to you." said Mr Roy while beckoning over for Ariel to enter into the class.
"New student,please introduce yourself." He said to Ariel softly.
A thin figure suddenly entered into everyone's sight. She had long legs which looked extremely sexy. The Anderson uniform fit her perfectly. She had her suit jacker casually draped over her shoulders. She looked like a goddess,totally stunning,while standing there.
"Fuck! she's even more beautiful than out campus belle!" a boy from the back row said.
"That's right. The campus belle can't even hold a candle to her" Another boy said.
"Be quiet!" Mr Roy instructed.
"Hello,I'm Ariel Hovstad " Ariel simply said.
That was it? students gaped.
"So cooool..." fatty Joe thought out loud.
"Fuck fatty! you're drooling!" fatty's desolate slapped him at the back of his head. Fatty woke up from his reverie and wiped the corners of his mouth swiftly. Sure enough,he found saliva on his hand. Fuck! what was that? fatty wished that there was a hole he could Bury himself in.
"Ariel,go and sit over there." Mr Roy said while pointing at an empty seat beside Maya.
Ariel went over and sat down next to Maya. She could feel someone staring at her. Since the gaze was the filled with malicious intent,she let her look. The person who was staaring at her was nowhere ither than her desk mate Maya. Ariel found it amusing since she could feel the struggle of her desolate. She wanted to strike up a conversation but was hesitant. Maya finally plucked up her courage and stretched out her hand toward Ariel.
"Hey,I'm Maya,your desk mate from now on" Ariel looked at the blush on Maya's face and felt that she was really cute.
"I'm Ariel,nice to meet you" Ariel shook the outstretched hand and said.
'OMG! her hand is so beautiful. wow! look at those long and slender fingers! Damn,where did I go wrong?' Maya looked at her chubby hand and lamented inwardly.
"Alright,time for our mathematics lesson,everyone,pay attention. " the teacher,Mr Wayne,said while hitting the table hard to get everyone's attention.
Everyone took out their books and pretebded to pay attention to him but they kept straling glances at Ariel whobwas sleeping on her locker without a care of what people would think or say. Mr Wayne,on seeing thus,grew even more enraged. He knew that she was just a pretty vase but he didn't expect her to be so disrespectful. How could she sleep while he was teaching? Wasn't that the same as mocking him? suddenly,
"The new student,come forward and show us how this problem is solved!" he ordered fiercely.
Ariel was just taking a nap when she heard someone calling out to her. She turned and looked at Maya who jade shaken her awake,in askance.
"The teacher wants you to go and show us how that sum is done." Maya explained softly.
'Oh,so that was it.' Ariel now registered the whole situation. She was just about to stand and walk over to the board when a cute ,chubby hand grabbed hers.
"Will you be okay?" Maya asked with concern.
"Don't worry,it's okay." Ariel patted Maya's shoulder in assurance. May was struck dumb for a moment after receiving Ariel's bright smile. It was so bright that Maya could see her own reflection in it. Seeing that smile made Maya, who was so worried about Ariel,to calm down. Some people were waiting to see her make a fool of herself especially the maths teacher.
Ariel could feel deep hatred emanating from Mr Wayne. She didn't understand why he felt so toward her so she chose to ignore it. Ariel went ahead and took the marker pen that was on the table and started scribbling on the board. Ariel's handwriting was so good. She wrote bold,well outlined and firm numbers and letters . They were so pleasant to look at.
"Hmph ! what's there to marvel at? so what if her handwriting is nice? she's writing nonsense anyway." Sophie said sarcastically.
Sophiecwas from a military background so she well trainee and so she became a bully. She even had underlings who would always do the dirty work for her. Why she hated Ariel? that's because ever since Ariel entered the classroom,her crush,who had never even spared her a glance,kept looking at Ariel. It was all Ariel's fault. If she hadn't come to Anderson high school,Sophie would have atleast found a boyfriend but her plan was ruined by Ariel's existence. She had to teach her a lesson.
"Teacher,I'm done" Ariel said while patting the nonexistent durt off her hands.
"Kneel! you only know how to sleep!" the teacher ordered her without taking a look at what she had written.
"Sir, why don't you take a look first?" Ariel asked him playfully
"What's there to look at?,you-" suddenly,the teacher grew curious and began following the steps that Ariel had written. The more he looked at the steps,the more serious his expression grew. He suddenly widened his eyes.
