6- Expectations
Since I was a child, I have had a disturbing dream that fills me with anxiety and keeps me thoughtful every time I wake up from it: the image of Venus and the Moon above me, lying on the grass staring at the night sky. That moment reminds me of the exact date when I was born. In 1989 was the last time Venus and the Moon aligned at the same distance from Earth, the night of Dasy's birth. However, even though we fell on the same night in this life, Dasy is older than me. It makes me suspect that she arrived on Earth before I reincarnated.
The only thing I knew before meeting him was that Patrick and I lived without searching for each other or remembering what we were for two decades. If I think a little about why Dasy has driven me crazy, I wouldn't know where to start. I love so many qualities about him. Patrick is with no doubt my soulmate, the love of my life.
I used to have a stranbge deep, where I was blonde and my skin so white as a white bird flying upon the skies, and Patrick was by my side, as my husband. We used to live in London, and all cars and constructions and buildings seems to be so antique, like the century before, and there we were, in a diferrent pat life, living together since the beginning of our reincarnation.
Despite her star-like nature, Dasy does not like to draw attention to herself. She always prefers to go unnoticed when surrounded by many people. It's the complete opposite of me, maybe that's what I like so much about her, we're so different, but deep down in our being, we possess the same nature, the same respect for the simple things in life. Despite her calmness, Dasy is a woman who knows how to demand respect and doesn't let anyone walk all over her. She loves taking care of herself and is a great lover of exercise. This passion she has for staying fit and maintaining her figure sometimes causes problems with the people around her, as she can become very obsessive when it comes to deciding what to eat, something that affects all members of her family, including me. But I accept whatever she wants in her diet without much resistance; above all, I like to give her security and make her feel comfortable and admired.
At work, Dasy is very responsible and completes everything she is assigned. She doesn't mind working extra hours in order to finish what needs to be done. She always creates a good atmosphere with her colleagues and tends to help whenever they need it. It's really difficult for anyone to have an argument with her or find anything negative about her, she is very easy to love. She is a very persevering and dedicated woman, which is why in her professional life, when she starts a project, it is very likely that she will succeed. And that's why I am so sure that when she goes to Sevilla, she will completely forget about me.
In love, she is a one-person woman, once she falls in love, it's forever. At least that's what she assures me. She tells me she will try to make it so because she is very loyal and family-oriented, but I am so afraid of losing her.
That's how Dasy is, to me she is the perfect woman. All her flaws are just a complement to her entirety. She is adorable and will always be because her essence remains the same even if her aura changes. I met Dasy one day when I was studying veterinary medicine in Venezuela, by chance, as all great loves are met. Without knowing what our purpose or destiny was. I didn't know I was looking for her or that I loved her until I touched her.
It was in the library of my University, we both took the same book: "The Second Sex" by Simone de Beauvoir. It was the only copy on the second floor of the Central University of Venezuela library. She tried to flirt with me and asked me to keep the book, and as I took it, our hands touched, and my light merged with hers. That day there was an earthquake on the campus of the University. The Earth's tectonic plates moved with the first human contact of our bodies. Contrary to what scientists claim, the movement of tectonic plates that causes earthquakes and tsunamis happens every time two shooting stars come into contact, after being separated for a long time. That's when I knew, I had always loved her. Dasy was the woman of my dreams. It was when I discovered that shining was what I knew how to do best. When we finally kissed, I could remember my life as a star. The first time we kissed, we remembered who we are and where we come from. Only when we shine again with another star, it is revealed that you are from a different race. It's a secret, and we must stay safe.
Her hands gave meaning to all my reincarnations. When Dasy came into my life, I could radiate a giant light by her side. I don't know if I opened the paths for Dasy to come into my life, if she was ready for the manifestation of my soulmate. I wanted a relationship to bring light to the world, but I didn't know that the union of two people could create sparks until I touched her. It was a powerful and balanced energy that made me tremble with fear. Fear of feeling that I wasn't enough to receive such energy, fear that Dasy could notice it and stop loving me. Maybe these are the most common fears among humans, I don't know, but something tells me that I should know.
Being by her side is not about possession, it's about how together we can expand the perspective of the environment, raise the surrounding energy for everyone, like a sigh left in the air. A beneficial union in general. However, our union seemed to attract chaos. Every time we touched, I could shine, but we also made many things tremble, objects, cars, even buildings around us. It trembled, and trembling was another way of vibrating that I didn't know from the stars. Maybe trembling was our punishment, our karma or destiny, maybe our energy couldn't merge with each other, and we could only vibrate positively without touching. But when we touched, Dasy and I became dangerous because everything seemed to collapse when my desire to merge with her was most intense.
