BAB 6

Queen Grandmother spoke while holding the edge of the teacup. Jiah looked at the queen's grandmother uneasily.

Jiah feels confused but she remembers the kindness of the queen's grandmother which is often talked about by the people, she is not willing that someone as good as the queen's grandmother will die just because of poison.

"Queen Grandmother!" Jiah exclaimed.

They all looked at Jiah with confused looks.

Jiah picked up a teapot filled with her lemon tea water.

"Are you stupid, Queen Grandmother has to drink the medicine!" Agri scolds Jiah for offering Queen Grandmother lemon tea, even though now is the time for Queen Grandmother to take her medicine.

Melissa looked at her sharply.

"But-"

Prince Shen immediately stood up and bowed his head followed by his servant, Melisa.

"Please forgive my servant Prince Agri's impudence."

Prince Shen apologized.

"How dare you reply to my words!" cried prince agri.

Jiah held her mouth so as not to reply to Prince Agri's words.

Jiah wanted to say it right away but she couldn't, without any evidence Jiah would become a suspect.

Grandma Queen motioned for Shen and Melisa to sit back down.

"No need to be that angry Agri," said Grandma Ratu.

Agri looked at Grandmother Queen with an angry look.

"Come on, it's just tea, you're overreacting," Sadra said.

Agri immediately grabbed the wine bottle and threw it at Sadra's head, luckily Weseel restrains Agri from hitting his sister.

Sadra was frightened and screamed. "Killing the royal Family is illegal!"

"You think I'm scared!." Weseel still holds back Agri so as not to hurt Sadra.

"Agri… stop it, you are not ashamed to be watched by guests from other kingdoms," Weseel said.

"You think I would care about a small matter."

Velie and Helium tried to calm down by eating the food served there.

"Just pour it I'll try a little," said Grandma Queen to Jiah.

Jiah nodded and poured the tea into a small cup. Jiah put down the tea water.

Jiah pretended to fall and spilled her cup of tea into the queen's grandmother's medicine.

Hearing the sound of the spill, the servants were so scared that didn't even dare to breathe. They didn't think that Jiah would be so careless as to spill her drink on Grandmother Queen.

Jiah immediately knelt. "I'm sorry Granny Queen," said Jiah.

Agri turned and glared at Jiah angrily, Weseel tightened his grip so Agri wouldn't do anything crazier.

Princ Shen who saw his servant carelessly covered his face because this matter would be difficult. Melissa looked at Jiah in disbelief.

Several servants came and helped Grandmother Queen. To clean up spilled tea water.

"I'm fine," said Grandma Queen.

"How can a maid like you be so incompetent!" Jiah grew even more scared as she looked into Agri's eyes.

Granny Queen waved her right hand to signal for calm.

"It's just a coincidence, everyone can accidentally do it so Agri, calm down," said Grandma Ratu.

"But Prince Agri is right Grandma, that servant should be punished for being incompetent," replied Sadra.

Agri finally nodded at Sadra's words.

Jiah looked at Queen Grandma with imploring eyes. Shen lowered his body followed by his servant, Melisa.

"I'm on behalf of the servant, I want to apologize for this incident of not wearing," said Shen.

"I have forgiven her," replied Grandma Queen.

"Grandma!" Agri and Sadra exclaimed, not accepting it.

"This is just an accidental accident." Granny Queen looked at Jiah.

"What's your name?" asked Grandma Queen.

Jiah looked at Grandmother Queen who had an angelic look in her eyes. "Jiah."

"Okay Jiah, you can rest a bit."

Jiah nodded. "Thanks, Grandma Queen."

Grandma Queen stood up. "Sorry for the incident that wasn't wearing earlier, you guys enjoy the party without me."

The prince and princess who were there nodded.

Granny Queen walked away followed by her servant. Jiah, who was also standing, felt goosebumps. She turned around and saw Agri, Shen, Sadra, and Melisa, who was staring at her sharply.

Jiah swallowed her saliva and hastened her steps to go to her room.

Arriving at the room she immediately changed clothes and wanted to find the man in her dreams.

The door suddenly opened and Melissa appeared.

"Where are you goin'?" Jiah felt a little afraid of Melisa's anger.

"I... ah, hungry... I want to get some food in the kitchen."

Melissa tried to contain her anger.

"I'll have Livi deliver food for you," Melisa replied.

"I can take it myself."

"Enough of you making a mistake in front of Grandmother Queen! You are not allowed to go anywhere!" Melissa closed the door and locked it.

"Melissa… don't close the door!" Jiah pounded hard on the door.

Melissa kept the key. "Be grateful that Grandma Empress forgives you so Prince Shen doesn't fire you."

"I didn't do anything wrong!"

"Spilling the tea on the Queen Mother was a fatal mistake. Now reflect on your mistake, if I see you run away you will receive a punishment that is even more severe than this."

Jiah tried to calm herself down. "Then when did you open the door?"

"After the party is over, and tomorrow we go home," replied Melisa.

Jiah nodded and leaned against the door, Melisa, who didn't hear a sound from the room, decided to leave.

Jiah buried her face in the crook of her leg.

"Ah… I shouldn't have done that," she screamed.

Jiah pouted. 'But Granny Queen is very good

knock...

knock...

knock…

Jiah raised her head and put her ear to the door.

"Jiah... I brought food, open the door."

'Livy'

"I'm locked in… Livi."

"Locked?" Livi stared at the large door in front of her and tried to open the doorknob.

Cklek…

"I-"

"The door can be opened," Livi said innocently.

Jiah immediately hugged Livi crying without tears.

Releasing her arms. "Thank goodness you're here."

"What's the matter?" Jiah immediately took the bread and cakes that were on the tray that Livi had brought.

Jiah immediately ate it while sitting on the bed. "You definitely won't believe that I saved the Queen Mother but I was punished instead."

Livi's eyes twinkled.

"Queen Granny? It was incredible."

Jiah nodded. "That's right."

"I hope that at the dance tonight I can also see Grandmother Queen," said Livi.

"You can do it."

"You will come with me right?" Jiah shook her head.

Livi looked at Jiah with disappointment.

"Why?"

"I'm being punished here, if I leave I will be punished more severely."

Livi nodded. "But it's not like you've resigned so the punishment won't apply."

Jiah just remembered now. "You're right."

"I'll meet you near the park to see the party, make sure Melisa doesn't find me okay."

Livi nodded enthusiastically when she heard Jiah's request.

Livi immediately went and closed the door.

Until night fell the sound of fireworks sounded loud but looked beautiful indicating the party was starting, Jiah looked for ordinary clothes and prepared to see the party by sitting on a big tree that led to the party.

After dressing up a little, Jiah immediately opened the door.

"Why can't it be opened?" Jiah just remembered that Livi was lucky unlike herself.

Jiah chose to get down from the window, she slowly walked on the barrier like a lizard. Jiah's heart raced when she saw how far it was from the ground, especially since she was on the third floor.

Feeling tired he rested, right below him there was a large fish pond, Jiah didn't even think about diving into the fish pond, which was very impossible to do,

"Marcel!"

The man turned around.

Jiah looked at the man in the chef's shirt and the green earrings that seemed to glow in the light.

'That's him, so his name is Marcel'

"What is it?" the female maid behind him stabilized her breath.

Jiah still smiled stupidly after remembering the name of the man in her dream.

"The royal chef is looking for you," said the woman.

"Okay thank you."

"You're welcome," said the woman.

Watching them leave Jiah wanted to chase after him.

"No… Don't go!" Because they were getting further away, Marcel didn't hear her at all.

Jiah slipped, and her mind screamed. "No…"

Byur…

Hearing the sound coming from the pond Agri stopped.

"What is it?" Teno looked at Agri, he was Agri's half-brother of the ninth empress, Teno's mother raised Agri because the ninth empress was very similar to the previous queen, therefore Agri and Teno had a good relationship

"I think I heard something," said Agri.

Teno looked towards the fish pond. "Maybe it's a fish."

Agri nodded and they continued on their way, but Agri still glanced at the fish pond.

Sometimes people don't need to know about the good things we have done.
