Lose _ parte 2

I heard her cry scared falling into tears, between the chokes of sobs panicking begging to stop.

"I don't want. I don't want!"

"Shiiii!" He hugs you, stroking your head. "Everything will be fine."

" I was promised that this would not happen, the marriage is only on paper. I have someone I love, I can spill my blood on the sheets, I'll do anything! Please!"

“Please don't make it difficult. You'll be hurt if you resist, I'll be as kind as I can be.

"No! You can't do this to me! He who has someone else, why should I suffer? " She moves away from his hands, getting out of bed and near the window, shaking her head negatively.

"Would he rather touch you?" If it is his wish, I will see to it that he fulfills his obligations, but I do not guarantee that he will be kind.

" No I do not want! None of you! None! " She presses her hands together against her body walking backwards with her eyes on him until she reaches the wall.

"I'm sorry."

Benedicto went to get him, taking his arm, whose walls and bites were trying to protect themselves. As much as he tried to ask her not to resist, he fought valiantly against a man he would never win. Loud screams from him asked to stop and I regret it. I wanted to stop, keeping my mind busy thinking about Anabela. In the end he covered her with the blanket, leaving her crying, huddled in the corner of the bed.

"I'm going to get something to ease the pain."

When he tried to touch her, she flinched, making her hand stop in midair.

"Just leave me alone." The whiny voice between chokes came out.

He stood up with the pained expression on his face, fixing his hatred all on me.

"Benedict I..."

"Are you satisfied? Is this what you wanted from us? Do your duty! Your wife is suffering, I am suffering! Are you happy, bastard?"

"That's not what I wanted, you know...

"You're just being stubborn!" And your stubbornness makes everyone around you suffer! Get out of my way!

Benedicto left the room in a blaze of rage, I stayed there, approaching the bed, where the woman was crying in silence.

" I promise you will never go through that again, I had to do it for both of us."

She turned away.

"Are you hurt?" Do you need something? Should I call the doctor?

"Go away, I don't want your false worries."

Her tearful words made my chest burn with sadness. I knew from the beginning that it was wrong, I went to the last consequences, knowing that this is cruel. I couldn't stay where I had committed a terrible crime against two people who had the misfortune to enter my life.

Benedicto came back with a first-aid kit, we crossed the corridor, but he ignored my presence.

"Brother. "I called him the way we always call each other.

"DON'T CALL ME BROTHER!" exploded in torment.

"One day I know you'll thank me..."

It was what I wanted to believe to justify my crime.

"Boris, I'm holding back from punching you, so just give me one reason to lose my composure."

I know that look. Hatred oozing from the tip of the sharp tongue, filled with intense desire to kill. Everything you say now will decide whether I live or die.

“Thanks for taking care of her. " I tease him, expecting the worst of reactions.

“I don't do it for you, asshole.

“As much as you hate me, you saved my ass. “I keep driving him to commit a violent act.

I need this to stop feeling like a monster. The first aid kit fell to the floor the second his clenched fist met my face. The pain from that punch doesn't even compare to the expression on his face between disappointment and mixed feelings. At that moment, he stopped being my childhood friend, the person who most defended me in this place.

“Consider it my resignation."

I couldn't even beg you to stay by my side. Benedicto picked up the kit from the floor and went to his room, leaving several hours later. I entered right after sitting in the armchair in front of the lit fireplace, listening to my wife's low cry throughout the night, when it dawned neither of us had slept.

The family doctor appeared to examine him, this time I took the lead preventing him from touching him, it was enough during the night.

"You know the rules..." the doctor said in arrogance, having my grandfather on his back.

"Call a doctor, I won't let you touch her." I stood in front of the man, shielding her from view.

'It's superior orders, step aside Boris.'

"WON'T TOUCH HIM!" NOT AT THIS MOMENT YOU ARE SUFFERING! I DID AS I SAID, NOW LEAVE US ALONE!

All family members appeared for my screams with the doctor. That's when my grandmother calmly asked them to move away from the bedroom door.

"I'll go check it out myself." ’ He walks past me with eyes of disappointment.

She sits on the edge of the bed where Andreia is curled up, still crying.

"Honey? " Call her, sweetly. "Can you tell me how you're feeling?"

She simply covered her face so as not to say anything. My grandmother looked at me as if she didn't recognize me, asking to give them privacy.
