The Broken Luna's Father
Norwan watched Natalie walk away from him, a smirk formed on his lips while watching her walk away from him. He couldn't believe that Natalie really broke their relationship; for Norwan, this is all stupidity as Natalie chooses to terminate their mateship to say sorry to Cora when in the first place, Norwan was the one who gave that choice to her.
"If that's really what you want, then go; marrying you was a big mistake in my life… now that our mateship is already terminated, I will pursue Cora now and marry her," Norwan said in his mind and sighed as he no longer saw Natalie.
"Am I going to pack all her things in your house?" Norwan looks to hiss Beta as it asks the question.
"Yes, and send it to her place. Don't leave anything from her in her room; do inform the maids to clean it up and move all Cora's things there; that will be Cora's new room." Norwan said as he start to walk away from the Moon Goddess altar.
Meanwhile, as Natalie walks away from Norwan, her chest hurts like her heart. This is probably the very first time that she walks away from Norwan, it is always Norwan who walks away from her constantly, and it made her feel sad every time Norwan did that, but now that she's the one who did what he did to her back then, it gives chills at her, but at the same time it gives her pain knowing that she will no longer return to him again and there is no reason to stay with him and fight for what she felt for Norwan.
Everyone in town now knows what happened to Cora, and Drixie was the one who made the news spread in the city, making Natalie the villain in the story.
"This is unfair…" Her tears start forming as it sinks into her mind that they make her the evil Luna in their story, and Cora confirms and even builds an account to make Natalie look bad to everyone.
"THIS IS REALLY UNFAIR!" A cold wind blew, and with that, a drop of rain started to come until it became heavy rain; Natalie was now numb and didn't care about the rain. She was getting wet by it, but she felt nothing but anger in her heart. Anger for Norwan, Cora and Drixie.
"I should listen to my father back then…" Natalie said to herself and looked up to the sky; a cold smile formed on her lips as she remembered how she had broken their pack's rule for him. Her father almost rejected her back then because of his anger toward her daughter for breaking the rules.
"I should listen to you, Dad.." She said and stopped walking; she started to cry in the rain.
"I hate you, Norwan!" she shouted out of pain and cried even more.
"I told you a Luna shouldn't chase her mate, don't I?" Natalie was stunned from her place as she heard that familiar voice; she then looked up and saw a very familiar face who was also showering from the rain.
"Father…" she whispers, her tears forming even more as she sees her father's smiling face.
"You're a stubborn woman, Natalie. You really just like your mom." Her dad said, and with that, Natalie hugged her dad so tightly and cried in his arms.
"Oh, my little Luna, someone makes you feel like this… Daddy doesn't want to see you like this, you know that." Grego said while hugging his only daughter.
Norwan arrived at his mansion and saw some maids pulling Natalie's things from her room. He stopped walking and saw one envelope on top of the luggage; he got it and looked at what was inside it.
He suddenly frowned as he saw that it was two plane tickets for Maldives. It has a letter at the back saying 'for Norwan's birthday' he also saw an initial mark of Natalie in the envelope. Hence, he knows this belongs to Natalie, but witnessing the note at the back makes him feel very empty, knowing that her mateship with Natalie has already been terminated.
"Norwan, I didn't know that you will be back at home so very early today, I was planning to make you a food for dinner," Cora said who is walking towards him with a vast smile at her face. Norwan looks at her, smiles, and hides the ticket in the envelope again. Cora noticed that, so she looked at the envelope and looked back to Norwan.
"What is that?" She asked. Norwan looked at the envelope and smiled at Cora,
"Nothing, a paper from the company, some business invitation." Norwan lied, so Cora smiled at him and hugged him.
"I heard that Natalie is not returning here again, as your mateship with her has already been terminated," Cora said, secretly hiding her smirk. "I am sorry for what she did; she really doesn't think what her actions will cost her." She added. Norwan just smiled and looked at her and distanced himself from her.
"Yeah, but let her go; that's what she wanted; it's not my loss after all," Norwan said, so Cora smiled at him.
"I think she also deserves that, after what she did to me and to my unborn baby," Cora said and started acting like a little victim in Norwan's eyes.
"Anyways, you will move to Natalie's room from now on." Cora's eyes widened because of what he said.
"Really?!" Cora holds Norwan's hands and hugs him. "Thank you so much!" She said as she hugged him. A little smile forms on Norwan's lips. He then removed her hug and looked at her again.
"I will just go to my room now. I am so tired today; please call me if we are gonna eat." He said, turning his back to Cora and walking upstairs while holding the envelope containing the plane ticket.
"What is happening to me? Why am I feeling empty now that she's no longer here?"
