002. Mysterious Savior

"What are you doing? Let go!" Audrey screamed.

"My boss will get mad if I don't go with you."

"Take it to your post! I'll deal with it later when the work is done."

"That's right!"

"Let go!"

The two guards weighed twice as much as Audrey, so she had no choice but to succumb to the pull of the two guards beside her.

Audrey was powerless to fight the two guards leading her, so she had no choice but to surrender.

"Pick it up! You can walk by yourself!" protested Audrey as she was forcibly dragged away. After hearing the girl's story, the two guards didn't push Audrey away as they had before. With the observation post not far away, Audrey and the two men in neat uniforms accompanying her finally arrived at the post.

One of the handsome young men guarding the post ran up to his friend.

"Who is that woman?" he asked curiously.

"This woman is suspected of kidnapping a young gentleman. Worried that something unpleasant might happen, Chief William asked us to bring her here first.

"I am not a kidnapper! Why doesn't anyone ask? If you're going to kidnap the boy, don't bring him here. Think about it, you're brainless!" Security Audrey shouted in a desperate rage after hearing the officer's explanation.

"Don't worry, you can pretend to help the young master and hope to get more from the boss. I've seen the cheap tricks of tricksters like you."

"There is no evidence to accuse me so freely!" When the guard who was arguing with Audrey saw that Audrey was about to attack him, he immediately took out the handcuffs from his back pocket. He quickly handcuffed Audrey and placed the other handcuff on the edge of the chair.

"Yak... let me go!" Audrey struggled to be released but was ignored by the people there.

The four guards went back to work, leaving Audrey alone in the guardhouse. They didn't even care about the cries from inside, begging for Audrey's immediate release.

"Don't worry about them, just do your job well. Let Mr. William intervene directly with this woman," said one of the 50-year-old men, looking at his teammates. rice field.

"OK."

Left alone at the lookout, Audrey has no choice but to surrender. Even if she screamed, it would be difficult to get out, especially with those handcuffs. Even if she asked passers-by for help, they wouldn't be able to help her, especially considering that the person holding her was her direct boss at that famous company. Everyone would think twice about helping Audrey.

"I've been waiting patiently for our honorable CEO to come out of the grand National Palace, and I have to pay for the time I wasted here," Audrey grumbled.

An hour, two, three, even five or more hours passed without Audrey seeing the face of the man who had arbitrarily arrested and accused her that afternoon.

Audrey grumbled even more. Her body looked weak, too, because she had been holding back her hunger since noon. If only Audrey could reach her bag on the table, she would be able to order something to eat in no time.

But that was wishful thinking on Audrey's part, as her bag of clothes and job application files was about ten feet from where she was handcuffed.

"Damn security guards! How could they leave me alone without giving me something to eat or drink first?" Audrey was upset.

The longer Audrey was there, the more she grumbled about the fact that nothing had changed.

"It's getting late, but I'm stuck here. What am I supposed to do?" Audrey became more and more confused, then she sighed and looked weakly outside.

Kreekk.

The sound of a key making contact with a man's hand immediately caught Audrey's attention. A man in a pantsuit and neat shirt, with a black mask covering part of his face, managed to leave Audrey surprised and confused.

Who are you?" asked Audrey as the man managed to get in perfectly.

"Shhh... You shut up first, I'll help you get out of here," he whispered while pointing an index finger at his lips.

"Huh?"

Ignoring Audrey's action, the man began to sneak towards the many keys on the coat hanger. After successfully grabbing the keys, the man slowly approached Audrey.

"What are you doing?" asked Audrey curiously.

"I'm trying to save you. Just shut up."

Seeing this, Audrey could only stand still after her hands were completely freed from the handcuffs that had bound her wrists since that afternoon. She could finally breathe freely after five hours of suffering. She waved her hands together.

"Thank you," Audrey said to his helper with a genuine smile.

"You're welcome, let's get out of here. If we don't hurry we'll get caught."

"Emm... okay."

Audrey and the man immediately slipped out slowly, walked quickly, and then ran from a distance.

"Hey! Don't run!"

Unknown to them, the moment they came out. The security guards who were not there came back and saw Audrey's escape. Without thinking, Audrey and the man ran quickly, followed by three guards who immediately chased them at full speed.

"Run fast, we can't get caught," the man shouted to Audrey, who was running a little far behind him.

Audrey ran as fast as she could, but because she was still weak and hadn't eaten anything since that afternoon, she suddenly fell, tripping over a wooden beam in front of her.

"Awww!"

Audrey's knee seemed to be skinned, but she didn't have much time to notice. This mysterious man forced her to keep running.

"Hurry, they'll catch you if you take too long," the man shouted, not seeing what was happening behind him.

"Help!"

"Oh my God, Audrey!"

Audrey was silent for a moment before getting up from her fall. Her name had been called by the man in front of her. Where did he get the idea that her name was Audrey? Audrey could not think clearly.

"How do you know my name, Audrey?" asked Audrey with a confused and curious look.
