Chapter III
Prince Of Eldoria
**Love Letter from the King to Queen:
To my Queen,
Oh, the wonders we'll discover as we roam
Lost in this realm that feels like home
With every step we take, a new chapter begins
In the Kingdom of Eldoria, love never ends
Come with me, let's dance in the moonlight
Underneath the silver glow, our spirits ignite
In the Kingdom of Eldoria, where love's pure and true
We'll create our own fairy tale, just me and you
In the Kingdom of Eldoria, our hearts shall reign supreme
A love story for eternity, a dream within a dream
Love your King,
King Edward IV
In the Kingdom of Eldoria, lived a young prince named Alexander. He was the only son of King Edward and Queen Isabella, and he had everything he could ever want. However, Alexander was not content with his life as a prince. He yearned for adventure and excitement.
Alexander had a best friend, Duke Issac of Slyvania, who was always by his side no matter what. They had grown up together and had shared many adventures and experiences. Duke Issac was a loyal and trustworthy friend who always had Alexander's back.
Alexander had a mind of his own since the tender age of 12. He was had been taller than his peers and was often mistaken as older.
One day, Alexander decided to sneak out of the castle and explore the kingdom. He disguised himself as a commoner and set out on his adventure with Issac.
As the boys wandered through the streets, they came across a group of peasants who were being mistreated by the king's soldiers.
Without hesitation, Alexander stepped forward and stood up to the soldiers.
He demanded that they stop their cruel treatment of the peasants.
However, the soldiers did not take kindly to Alexander's interference.
Although, they recognized him as the prince. They still arrested him for treason.
Alexander was thrown into the dungeons, where he spent a few long and lonely days.
However, he refused to give up hope.
In his heart he knew that he had done the right thing by standing up against the soldiers, and he was determined to prove his innocence.
As days turned to nights, the young prince was forced to be isolated and unknowning to him that he had powers so he sat and waited like a commoner.
Eventually, Alexander's family learned of his imprisonment and worked tirelessly to secure his release.
King Edward and Queen Isabella reign did not affect this town on the outside of the Kingdom of Eldoria.
After many weeks of negotiations, they were finally able to secure his freedom. They could have used force and killed everyone but what would others think about their leadership? If they went to certain lengths.
But something had changed within the Prince. He was starting to feel different. He lived in his nightmares. In his dreams.
And in his dreams, he wasn't just a Prince but someone who was twice his size with claws instead of, fingernails. With fangs instead of, teeth.
In his dreams, he was a beast. A monster. A killing monster. The taste of blood of soothe him but he was only dreaming during this time.
Alexander returned to the castle a changed young man.
As the years past, Alexander had everything he could ever want or need, but he felt unfulfilled. He felt as if there was another side of him.
Internally. He felt as if he had another being part of him. Unsure if he should disclose this information to his parents. He decided to keep everything to himself.
Going off to study abroad would be the best option for him.
Even then it was a struggle to complete what he had started. With his peers he appeared normal.
Except for the appearance. As he continued to age, his appearance had become more manly. He had become more stronger over the years.
He had speed. He vanish and reappear within a milisecond.
Unfortunately, he learned that maybe the dream he was having in prison was not just a dream but real.
On his 18th birthday, he found himself sitting across from the King.
The king sat down with his son, the Prince Alexander, to discuss his future.
The Prince had just finished his basic education in a country not too far away from Eldoria, and the king wanted to know what his son planned to do next.
"One day, Caragh, one of my classmates, bend over and she wasn't wearing any panties", Alexander stated.
"What?!" King Edward said. "What are you talking about son?"
"I'm trying to tell you something", Alexander continued. ""One day, Caragh, one of classmates, bend over and she wasn't wearing any panties. And this would have never peaked my interest. But this time it was different. I smelled a scent." Alexander paused.
The King gestured for him to continue.
"It smelled like something in her was calling out to me. She looked at me when she bend over to reach for the pen. The lecture was almost over and I wanted to make eye contact with her."
King Edward watched his son closely as he continued to speak.
"After class, I asked her out. Nothing major. So, the day continued and finally it was time for the date. We went to this isolated area, where everyone goes to hook up. As I was sitting next to her, I realized it was blood that was calling my name. It was scent of her blood. She kept talking while sitting on the passenger side of the car and all I was thinking about was... blood."
"Do you understand? I wanted her blood."
King Edward's face showed no thoughts.
"Dad, I killed her. My body took on a mind of it's own. My bones started to break and bend. I was feeling weak and strong at the same time. At the end of the transformation I was no longer human but a beast and I thirst for her. Within two minutes, she was dead."
The room seemed to shrink as I anxiously awaited my father's words.
The weight of silence hung in the air, suffocating me with uncertainty.
With a trembling heart, I yearned for his reassuring voice to pierce through the darkness and validate my existence.
"You are a hybrid. A werewolf-vampire", King Edward slowly explained.
As the young man of a vampire and a werewolf, I was caught between two worlds, uncertain of where I truly belonged.
"My son," he began, his tone filled with compassion and unwavering love. "You are not a curse. You are a testament to the power of unity and the harmony that can exist between our two worlds."
He went on to explain how my heritage was not just a blend of vampire and werewolf bloodlines but an extraordinary gift bestowed upon me by fate itself. My destiny unfolded before me like a tapestry woven with magic and purpose.
There was a long pause.
"I thought about this a long time, but I want to go to college. And I am not asking, Dad."
"You and Mom deliberately did not provide any hints or clues about who I was to become except for the known fact of a future King", furiously Alexander stated.
"I need this from you, but again, I am not asking. I am simply notifying you", Alexander said.
The king was taken aback by his son's request. He had always assumed that the prince would follow in his footsteps and become a ruler one day.
"I always assumed that the you would take on your royal duties after finishing your education, son." But the Alexander was determined to pursue higher education and learn about the world outside the palace walls. Basic education in another country was not enough.
The king listened carefully to his son's arguments and eventually agreed to support his decision. He knew that his son was intelligent and capable, and he wanted him to have the opportunity to expand his horizons.
With a school in mind, he decided to attend a prestigious university in a neighboring kingdom.
-----One Week Later--------
As Duke Isaac and Prince Alexander sped down the highway, they couldn't help but be excited for what was to come. They were finally headed to college, the place where they would make lifelong memories and forge lasting friendships.
"Can you believe it, Issac?" Prince Alexander exclaimed, turning to his best friend with a grin. "We're finally here! The next four years will be the best of our lives!"
Duke Isaac nodded, a smile spreading across his face as well. "I know, right? I can't wait to see what's in store for us. Parties, new friends, and late-night study sessions - it's all going to be so much fun."
As they chatted about their hopes and dreams for the future, the miles flew by beneath them. They discussed which clubs and organizations they were eager to join, what classes they were most excited for, and which professors they hoped to impress.
"I just hope we don't get too caught up in the fun and forget why we're really here," Duke Isaac said, his brow furrowed in concern. "We need to keep our grades up if we want to make it in the real world."
Prince Alexander nodded in agreement. "Of course, we'll keep each other accountable. And besides, we're smart guys. We can handle it all."
As they pulled into the college parking lot, the excitement in the air was palpable.
They could see students moving into their dorms, laughing and joking with their families.
It was the start of a new chapter, and Duke Isaac and Prince Alexander were ready to embrace it with open arms.
"Let's do this," Prince Alexander said, a determined look in his eye. "We're going to have the time of our lives."
Duke Isaac grinned, feeling a surge of pride for his best friend. "Absolutely. And we'll do it together, every step of the way."
Prince Alexander had been eagerly awaiting this day for many months.
The moment he stepped off out of his car, he felt a sense of awe and excitement as he gazed upon the sprawling Slyvania University campus.
The university was a hub of activity, with students rushing about carrying stacks of textbooks and notes, lost in their studies.
The campus was so vast and complex, it was hard for Prince Alexander not to feel a bit overwhelmed.
But he was determined; he made his way to the administrative building to meet the Dean of Admissions.
Despite his excitement, Prince Alexander couldn't help but feel a twinge of nervousness.
He wondered if he would make a good impression, and if he would be accepted into the political science program he so desperately wanted to pursue.
Before walking into the administrative building, he spotted a beautiful girl passing underneath the willow tree.
Lily eyes met his.
They shared a brief but intense connection before he disappeared into the establishment.
However, destiny had other plans.
The prince was immediately captivated by her beauty, and he felt a sudden urge to know her name and learn more about her.
Deciding that he could meet with the Dean later. Curiosity took over.
He followed the girl through the crowd.
