"I need to pee."I whispered ignoring his question.

I left him the bedroom and entered the bathroom closing the door behind me. I used a face towel to clean up his cum from my body before taking a seat on the toilet.

It was clear that Hunter wanted more but I couldn't give him that. It was supposed to be a one night stand, that's why I needed to get away before I found myself in a situation I couldn't get away from.

I peed and washed my face cleaning off all the make up leaving me bare faced and exposing all the hickeys both old and new. I put on a robe and joined Hunter back in the bedroom. He was lying on the headboard wearing nothing but his boxers as he scrolled through his phone.

He put it away as soon as I walked into the room and smiled opening his arms out for me. I couldn't resist so I crawled onto the bed and lay on his chest wrapping my hands around his torso. He kissed my hair and hugged me tight.

"Are you hungry? Do you want anything?"Hunter asked me.

Yes to get away from you.

I thought but definitely didn't say it.

"A nap would be great, it's been a long day."I yawned feeling myself start to get drowsy.

"I agree. You were great. Thank you for accompanying me today and saving me with the song."Hunter replied.

"You're welcome."I mumbled adjusting myself on his chest.

"You have a beautiful voice too."He complimented.

"Thank you."I blushed feeling weird from all the compliments he was dishing out to me.

Hunter scooted down so that he was completely lying on his back on the bed and I was on his chest snuggled up to him.

Why did he have to be so out of my league? He would have been perfect for me. But no he was too unattainable and I didn't need a man in my life. It was too complicated at the moment.

I ended up dozing off for a few hours but was woken up by Hunter for dinner and a couple more rounds of sex. We passed out at around midnight after christening every surface of that room and destroying my so sensitive pussy.

I stirred awake early the next morning when I heard someone vacuuming outside the door. Hunter was still sleeping heavily next to me so I decided to take that chance to escape. There was light streaming in from the rising sun so I used that limited light to get dressed. I felt bad leaving Hunter behind like that but I knew that if I didn't leave he would never let me go.

I realized that my bag was still in his car so I grabbed his car keys on the way out too. I'd just leave them at the front desk for him on my way out. I watched him like a creep for a few minutes as he slept peacefully with the covers around his waist, exposing his torso to my hungry eyes. I would definitely miss the man responsible for my countless orgasms but it was time to say goodbye. Out of courtesy I decided to leave him a note. I found a notepad and a pen on the bedside drawer. I quickly thought about what to write and scribbled it done quickly taping it to his phone so he wouldn't miss it.

Sorry I had to leave like this but you and I live in completely different worlds. I had the best time with you and I'll never forget it. Thank you for letting me live in your world even if it was for just a few fleeting moments. Goodbye bear. I wish you nothing but happiness. Be safe and take care of yourself.

Your baby girl.

Ps : Your car keys are at the front desk.

I kissed his forehead and lips lightly careful not to wake him up before I quietly left the room. I found one of the staff vacuuming the hallway and I smiled politely at her before walking to the elevator. I ordered an uber on the way down and thankfully it was only five minutes away. It felt strange sneaking out like that but it was necessary.

Hunter had signed us in so nobody stopped me as I walked past the lobby and to the parking lot. I found Hunters car, unlocked it and got all my stuff plus the bag with my old clothes.

The car also had some great memories, like the first orgasm Hunter ever gave me but unfortunately I had to leave those behind too. I locked the car after me with all my stuff in my hand and walked back inside.

"Hi Lola, I was wondering if you can do me a small favor."I requested the young lady behind the reception desk after checking her name tag.

"Of course miss. Are you checking in or checking out?"She asked me.

"Neither. I just want to leave this car keys here for the gentleman in room A54."I said handing her Hunter's car keys.

"Oh."She mumbled taking them with a confused face.

"Yes please make sure he gets them."I requested her.

"I will. Will that be all?"She inquired.

"Yes please, thank you for your hospitality."I said smiling politely at her.

"You're welcome."She smiled back.

My phone pinged with a message and it was my uber letting me know it had arrived. I waved goodbye to Lola and walked out of the hotel leaving the perfect guy sleeping five floors above me.

I got into the uber with all my stuff and as he drove out of the compound I couldn't help but shed a few tears. I was allowed to be sad at what I was leaving behind even if I knew that it was for the best. I would never forget Hunter and all the memories that we had created together.

It was on a Sunday morning so there was no traffic as the uber drove me across the city and to my place. I had found a place in Kabete, jn the outskirts of the city and I worked as a cashier in newly opened Naivas supermarket mall close to my place. It had all happened by chance but it had worked out fine since I refused to move back home after graduation.

The gigs I had on weekends payed well but they weren't always promised so I had to find the another job to pay my bills. Luckily someone I'd met during one of my gigs before graduation helped me out and got me the job at the mall. It kept me busy and out of my depressing bedsitter.

I didn't want my nosey neighbors to see me being dropped off by the uber so I had him drop me off some distance away. I paid him and got off making sure to take all my bags with me. I walked the rest of the distance to my apartment building and let myself into the compound with my key. Everyone was issued a key once they moved in so as not to bother the owner when they came in and left since the gate had to be locked twenty four seven. A few kids were playing outside when I got in but they didn't pay me any mind. I only lived there for a month and usually kept to myself but some of the neighbors were nosy enough that I just couldn't stay away from them.

I lived in the ground floor at the furthest corner next to a single mom of two boys. She was nice enough and gave me a ride to the city when I had a gig and she was headed that way.

I was struggling to get my door open when she walked out of her house to take out the trash.

"Ai mrembo sasa. Nilidhani ulihama. Umekuwa wapi weekend yote?"She asked when she noticed me.

Hello beautiful. I thought you'd moved out. Where have you been all weekend?

Yeah she was also nosy but wasn't everyone.

"Poa sana Sonie. Sherehe ndio inaisha sasa ikabidi nirudi."I replied with a laugh finally managing to get my door open.

I'm okay Sonie. The celebrations just ended so I had to come back.

"Haya, karibu basi upumzike."Sonie replied with smile.

Okay then, welcome back, get some rest.

"Asanti, tuonane baadaye."I answered letting myself into the house.

Thank you, see you later.

I closed the door behind me and turned on the light. For the first time all weekend I was able to breath in my own space. The first thing I did was strip off everything I was wearing, put on a shower cap and get into my bathroom. My room was small and simple, just enough for me. It was a single room sectioned with its own bathroom and small kitchen. It had electricity and fresh running water which was all I needed anyway. My bathroom was tiny and couldn't even fit two people at once with a toilet, sink and shower head. It was cheap too accommodating me with my little salary. Once I saved up enough I would move into a bigger place but for the moment I was happy where I was.

After a long refreshing cold shower I turned off the water and brushed my teeth leaving the bathroom after drying myself. I moisturized, put on a baggy t-shirt, combed my weave and put on a bonnet. I was hungry so I made myself some tea and pancakes then settled down on my mattress to eat.

Most of the things I had in my room were from my university days so I didn't have much. The newest thing I had was my mattress that I had to buy when I moved in. I didn't even have a bed yet so my mattress was on a sisal mat on the floor. I had one plastic chair and small table. My shoes were on a foldable shoe rack by the door and I had a portable wardrobe with all my clothes in one corner. A meko gas cooker, plastic shelf with a couple of dishes made up my kitchen. My simple beginning was not the life I had imagined for myself after campus but it was the one I had to adjust to. It was better than going back home so I embraced it and promised myself to work hard to provide a better life for myself.

Once I was done with breakfast I set my dirty dishes in the sink and settled down on my bed. I reached for my phone and started scrolling through all the photos I'd taken over the weekend. I settled on one taken on Saturday night of me and Hunter in the strip club. I was on his lap lying on his chest with his hands around my waist. I had been watching a performer on stage while his eyes were on me. That picture was taken by Brian with neither of us knowing and it was perfect. I hugged my phone to my chest recalling every memory from the weekend.

I knew Hunter would be pissed at me for sneaking away especially since he had no way to contact me but getting away from him had been necessary. There would always be a part of me that would always wonder, what if?

What if I had stayed?

But leaving had been the best choice for the both of us, he didn't belong with me and I had no place by his side. I would always treasure the memories we shared together for he and his friends had been there for me when I needed them most.
