Blair's POV

"Hey! Why can't you get your own plate?" I said jokingly.

"You took all the pancakes, Blair." Aiden laughed.

Knock. Knock.

"Who is it?" Blake yelled from the living room.

"Open up, dammit." said the voice behind our front door. "I'm holding very cold Starbucks frappes."

"You're always bitching, why can't you just say 'It's Carly'." said Blake as he opened the front door.

Carly walks in, looking pretty as always, dressed in fitted jeans and a low cut shirt that showed off her cleavage. And here I am dressed in sweats, I thought.

"Cause you annoy me, Blake. So I thought I'd return the favor." She handed me my white chocolate mocha frappe. "I'm sorry I left you last night, Blair. I was just stressing out."

"I understand, Aiden helped me anyways. I feel better this morning." I said to her. She eyed Aiden who was eating off of my plate again and gave me a curious look, I just shrugged.

Aside from the incident of her walking in Aiden's room to see us naked and our date, Carly doesn't know about the random make out sessions and the strong feelings I was getting for and from Aiden. It was wrong since she was my best friend, but from everything that has been going on lately like final exams and being confused about this whole relationship with Aiden, I haven't really had time to tell her anything.

"We should start heading out, it's almost 10 and you two should get there early." Aiden said.

"Okay, I'll be in training till late tonight. So good luck to both of you." Blake hugged me tight and kissed my forehead. "Love you, B."

"Love you too, B." I replied and hugged him back.

"Don't I get a hug?" Carly pouted. Blake rolled his eyes but gave her a quick hug.

Grabbing our purses and frappes, we followed Aiden out the door.

It was about a 15 minute walk from our apartment to our class in UCLA. On the way there, we were going over all the important definitions for the test. I was nervous but not as scared, I felt confident about this exam.

We arrived at 10:20, just in time. Carly said goodbye to Aiden and rushed over to say hi to her other friends. I turned to him and kissed him on the cheek, "Thank you for helping me last night. I'll see you here afterwards?"

He nodded. Placing a hand on my cheek, he leaned down and kissed me right on the lips. I was shocked, we never kissed in public. But I smiled against his lips. "You're welcome. Good luck, Blairbear." Aiden hugged me and then left.

"I saw that." Carly said as I sat down next to her.

"Saw what?"

"Don't act stupid. What the hell's going on? Are you guys together?"

"I don't think so. I mean we kiss a lot, but we're not official. It's not a big deal."

"Yes it is, Blair! You've been waiting for this for so long. Now that you have him, you should have him for real and he needs to stop leading you on if he just wants you for fun and not a relationship."

"He just kissed me in public, Carly. And he does want me, something's just keeping him from taking it to the next level."

"Something what? Like another girl?"

Her words hurt me. Carly has a habit of speaking whatever it is that was in her mind. It's a good thing to be honest but sometimes the truth hurts.

She sighed and put her hand on mine. "I didn't mean to say that, I'm sorry. I just don't want you to get hurt, I know how much you like him and I know he likes you too. It's just frustrating how he's not doing anything about it. You deserve better than a little fun now and then, you deserve a full time love."

The professor walked in his classroom and started passing out the final right away. The test surprisingly came easy to me, I didn't even know why I was so worried. While answering the questions, I couldn't stop thinking about what Carly said.

It wasn't a big deal that we weren't official. I just knew that I loved being around Aiden, I loved kissing him whenever I wanted, falling asleep in his arms, I loved the way he looks at me and smiles, and I just loved the feeling I get towards him.

I want to be straight up to him and tell him that my feelings for him are more than just a crush and way more than just "like", it was love. There wasn't a doubt in my mind that he didn't feel the same, I knew he did, I can just tell.

So what was keeping him from making us a couple?

I've wanted this for so long and Carly was right. If I'm going to have what I want, I don't want just half of it, I want the whole thing. I want the relationship. I want the arguments, the jealousy. Sleeping in the same bed, waking up together, public displays of affection. And of course, telling him I loved him.

"Whoa, that exam mind fucked me!" Carly said as we walked out of class. "I knew a lot of it though, I'm so glad I studied."

"Same here." my mind was still distracted with thoughts of what she said before hand.

"There's Aiden." she pointed to the benches by the garden next to the classroom and I looked up to see him stand up and walk towards us.

"How'd it go?" His smile was brighter than the sun that shone behind him.

"We did well." I smiled back.

"Chase?" Carly said suddenly, looking behind Aiden.

Oh, no. Really?

We all turned to face the blue-eyed blond walking towards us. His smile showed perfect straight teeth. "Hey, Blair, Carly, and Aiden right?" he said when he reached us.

"Yeah." Carly and I replied with a friendly grin, Aiden just nodded.

"What are you all doing here?"

"We had an exam and Aiden is here to walk us back home." I didn't mind that Carly was answering for the three of us, Chase made me nervous.

"Ohhh. Well it's a good thing that I ran it to you, Blair, cause I really wanted to talk. Do you think we can go out tonight or something?" he looked hopeful and I felt the need to accept his invitation.

What if he kisses you again, Blair? Then what? I thought.

Before I can talk, there goes Carly, answering for me again: "She'd love to go out with you tonight! She is still single after all."
