There are times in our lives when we have to make choices, choices that change the course of what was already expected.

Giovanna Rinaldi was taught throughout her life to be grateful to God and to accept the choices her family made for her life. When she finds herself trapped in a marriage with Lorenzo Bianchi, she is surprised at how feelings can arise and things finally fall into place. 

But nothing lasts forever, she has always known that her family is full of secrets, but Giovanna has learned not to question anything for a while, but when some secrets come to light, nothing stops her, she longs for answers.

In the meantime, Lorenzo's past comes knocking, Giovanna's life declines and she realizes that she never knew her husband. That's when she finds a sincere friendship in Brian, an engineer at the RBC company, which may at some point develop into something more.
