Chapter 3
The northern alphas got to the west and mistook their celebration on the full moon and for the birth of their heir for a celebration they threw for a successful mission of the death of their king. They immediately charged towards the people and slaughtered whoever came their way. The target was their king. The soldiers of the kingdom also charged towards them, but the northern alphas proved to be much stronger as it didn’t even take a minute before the western alphas were down. They got to their king's chamber and the confused king didn't know what was going on as he was being attacked from different angles and eventually killed by one of King Liam’s most powerful soldiers. Before the Western Alpha soldiers got their king had already been killed. They charged toward the Westerners and had a very tough battle. While this was going on an old lady ran into the chamber where the heir to the throne was laid, took him and ran away. On her way out of the kingdom, she took a route that leads to the northern kingdom hoping that the ruote would be shorter and faster for her. On her way she heard the cry of a baby. She checked the baby she was with but he wasn't the one, as he was sleeping peacefully in her arms. She traced the sound of the child and it led her to the northern alpha packs kingdom. The kingdom was empty and quiet; it seem like it was the whole pack that left for the battle. She took the baby girl and continued her journey. She was headed to the human world to drop them in a secure place before returning. On her way, she kept on wondering what would have caused such havoc and enmity between the once peaceful kingdoms. Just as she was about taking the final route that led to the human world she overheard voices approaching then she hid by a tree while she peeped to know who it was. She looked and saw King Carma, ruler of the beta pack on a horse. She wondered what he was doing by the outskirts of the wolf's forest and by this time when war was going on. She immediately recalled that she saw him with the alphas a while ago during the war. But, why did he run? Why did he run out this far by this time if he knew he wasn’t helping them? And to think that he was even alone. These were questions that were to be asked but she had no answers for them. She remained in her hide out with the babies until the king had gone far before she came out. Embarking on her journey again she carved a stone into a beautiful shaped pendant and wrote their names on it with her sharp claws. She made two different half moon shaped necklaces. One for the baby boy and one for the girl. Signifying the day they were born and the day their parents were both killed? She got to the human world, blessed them, and prayed they should be the reason why the war would end between two packs. She dropped them in an orphanage home and stood nearby waiting for someone to pick up the children.
