Eidenel Was Here

''Eidenel is here.''

Oliver, the Alpha in training of the Sudden Fang Pack who had led a pack of searchers to look for Eidenel after she fled the pack said to the rest of the soldiers with him.

Since he was the closes person to Eidenel among them, he perceived her scent faster than others.

At the entrance of the Dragon Kingdom, Oliver bent on one kneee to sniff the earth. His wolf had picked up Eidenel's scent from miles away, but given that they had approached a settlement where humans were seen littered everywhere, Oliver and the rest of the Sudden Fang Pack's soldiers had to shift back to their human form.

Mr. Daryl, the warrior leader took heavy strides as he walked forward to meet Oliver. Everyone had looked forward to a clue that would lead them directly to Eidenel, and they had looked up to Oliver to find that clue since he was her friend, now that Oliver had found one, everyone's attention was on him.

''Are you sure? What terrirtory is this? They all appear to be humans.'' Mr. Daryl said as he signaled the rest of the soldiers to follow him into the settlement.

''Scatter around. It will be intimidating to see all of us walk in a group this large. I don't want to attract trouble.'' Mr. Daryl instructed.

Soon, all the soldiers scattered and blended into the naturla crowd as they strolled into the settlement, the dragon kingdom.

''She has gotten out of the territory. We have to find her before King Archer realises that she has escaped.'' One of the soldiers in the dragon kingdom yelled at the top of his voice at a comrade who was seen frantically pacing around.

The entire area seemed to be in deep chaos, and Oliver who was with Mr. Daryl wondered what the pressure was for.

''What's going on?'' Oliver asked.

''I think a prisoner escaped.'' Mr. Daryl who happened to be the most experienced person there could tell exactly what was causing the chaos in the kingdom.

Oliver looked at Mr. Daryl skeptically. Could the prisoner that escaped be Eidenel? Oliver thought. The thought was so heavy on his mind that he had to intentionally shove it to the back of his mind and continue to move forward.

''We have to ask someone if they have come across a stranger in their midst.'' Mr. Daryl said, noticing that the humans there looked different. They looked pale. They were very much more pale than the regular humans so if someone like Eidenel entered their midst, they would quickly know.

''Who are you?'' While Mr. Daryl was looking to talk to someone, he heard a deep and throaty voice from behind him.

Oliver and Mr. Daryl turned back quickly and raised their hands to surrender.

''Greetings. We are hikers, we just stumbled in here. Can we have some water?'' Mr. Daryl spoke.

The person who had stopped Oliver and Mr. Daryl frowned. Water? Again? Was it not water that the prisoner who had now escaped asked for when she first arrived?

''Follow me.'' The man said and started to lead Mr. Daryl and co to see The King's Hand.

As soon as Mr. Daryl and Oliver were engaged, the rest of thye soldiers all gathered around them. Soon, it started to seem like the warrior of the Sudden Fang Pack who were out looking for Eidenel, had been apprehended.

The King's hand, Bernard wore a worried expression as he barked out orders to the men around him.

''Find her! She has left the territory. I have only tonight to escape King Archer finding out that she has escaped. Find her!'' Bernard was yelling when he saw the group of people led by one of his men, coming towards him.

Bernard looked onward with his eyes shone as he saw the amount of strangers that had entered the kingdom.

What's going on, Robert? Are our borders so porous? How many intruders have we come across in the last forty-eight hours?'' Bernard asked the man leading Oliver and Mr. Daryl to him.

''Eidenel is here.'' Oliver said with a firm tone. He was so sure, especially from what the King's hand had just said, asking how many people had intruded in the last forty-eight hours.

''I found them at the entrance. They asked for water. Just like that female prisoner that has now escaped.'' Robert reported.

''Escaped? Was Eidenel here?'' Mr. Daryl was anxious, so he didn't know when he blurted out those words.

''Yes. I remember. She said her name was Eide...''

''Eidenel...'' Bernard completed the sentence for Robert.

Mr. Daryl looked around and tried to hush Bernard.

''Why did you allow her escape? Do you know who she is?'' he asked Bernard, looking into his eyes deeply.

''And who are you, if I may ask?'' Bernard looked undisturbed about the sense of urgency in Mr. Daryl's tone.

''My name is Daryl. I'm the warrior leader of the Sudden Fang Pack. We have travelled miles from the east, looking for one of us. Her name is Eidenel.'' Mr. Daryl reported.

Bernard looked at Mr. Daryl witha more gentle countenance, then looked behind him at the small army of warriors he had brought with him.

''Robert. Show the men to the guest arena while I talk to these two.'' Bernard instructed, signaling for Mr. Daryl and Oliver to follow him.

''You are werewolves, right?'' Bernard asked as he led Oliver and Daryl with him.

Oliver nodded.

''Yes. We are werewolves. Where is Eidenel? She's dangerous.'' Mr. Daryl could not hold the anxiety that he felt. Nobody loved war, and the war that Eidenel was going to unleash if she was not stopped quickly would be too much to control except the moon goddess intervenes.

''Yes. I know that she's dangerous, and that is why I have sent my men to go after her because she escaped earlier.'' Bernard arrived at his home and showed Mr. Daryl and Oliver in.

Mr. Daryl frowned. Except Eidenel had started manifesting, there was no way Bernard would know that she was dangerous because he was sure she would cover that mark on her hoof by all means.

''Can I ask how you know she's dangerous?'' Mr. Daryl asked.

Handing them some water, the King's Hand replied;

''She is The Bringer Of Chaos. Isn't she?''
