I don't want you close to this marginal part II

"Wow, I don't even know what to say." and I really didn't know. I thought to myself.

"You don't need to say anything, at least I

I have someone to share the things I feel and keep, you know. But changing the subject, tell me about yourself!" he asks and turns his body towards me, making his knee touch my leg.

"What do you want to know, Jordan?" I asked him.

"How old are you? What do you like most? Things like that." He says curiously and I smile.

"Well, I am, I'm eighteen. I like going out even when I can't, and I'm addicted to reading." I tell him.

"Cool, but I want to know what your biggest dream is, something you want to live." I looked into his eyes and told him my biggest dream.

"I have two big dreams, Jordan. The first is to gain my freedom and the second is to live a great love that I would risk until the end of my days. And yours?" He looked at me intensely.

"I want the same as you," it says.

We sat in silence for a while, looking at each other, and it was driving me crazy. Breathless.

"Julie?" he calls me softly.

"What?" I spoke the same way as him.

"I really want to be your friend, even though I don't even know you well, I really liked you, but I feel like I need this." he says, and my heart accelerates.

"Of course, I liked you too, but I feel like we'll be great friends." I say, smiling at him, who responds immediately.

"That's good to know," it says.

A while later, we were laughing at his jokes, confiding more of our intimacy to each other. I was thirsty, and he went to get us both a drink when I felt someone approaching me once again, making me think it was returning.

"Julie, come on!" I recognized that authoritative voice. It was my father. But what was he doing here? He said he would send someone to pick me up and not that that someone would be him.

"Dad? What are you doing here?" I asked him.

"I wanted to come and look for you myself, but I also wanted to look at that boy's face," he says, and looks at Jordan, who is already approaching.

"Dad, please, Jordan is cool. He was just like me, he only stayed at home, and he was the only one doing this because he wanted to feel free, to stop being a prisoner in his own house." I speak with all my innocence.

"And what does this have to do with you? You're not like this criminal, you're my daughter, and this boy's father is worthless. You have to be interested in a good person and not some random boy," he shouts.

"What's good about being your daughter? You don't even have time for me, and if his father isn't worth anything, imagine how he looks at himself first and then looks at other people's flaws." I spoke sharply to him.

I felt my face burn at the same time, and immediately my eyes filled up, and some tears fell from them. I couldn't believe what my father had done. When I looked up, I saw Jordan already beside me.

"Julie, what happened?" he came closer to me and touched my face.

"Don't come near my daughter, you criminal." shouts my father, as he tries to push Jordan away.

"Look here John, it's not my fault if you and my dad have problems. Everything I did was to solve the mess you two made." he says, facing my father.

"Kid, you and your father are going to pay me dearly, and I'm warning you for the last time. I don't want you anywhere near my business, I don't want you anywhere near my daughter." he says altered "Damn time I let her come to this party." Dad says completely out of his mind.

"Father, stop! I'm tired, I can't stand being treated like a prisoner anymore. Let me live, let me have my life in peace, let me see what's outside my home. Please," I begged.

"Julie, don't tease, I don't want to do that again!" he said in a threatening tone, but I didn't care, I needed to defy my father, I needed to oppose his orders.

"What? Hit me again? Lock me in the house? That's not new anymore," he shouted.

"John left her man. I want to be friends with her daughter, because now the only people she has are Sophie and you. Let me be a friend to her," says Jordan.

"You're awesome! Come on Julie." he said, pulling me by the arm. My father was aggressive today. Could it all be hatred for Jordan's father?

"Father let me go." I asked, crying.

"Shut up." murmurs.

"John.." said Jordan.

"Boy, go back to your ridiculous little party," says my father.

"Dad, I know you don't like him, but can I say goodbye, please?" I begged. He stopped and took a deep breath. He looked seriously, very seriously at me.

"I'm going to give you a chance, do you hear me? I'll wait for you in the car." I smiled.

"Thanks Dad." I hugged him quickly.

He runs towards Jordan.

And it was running towards him that I realized while looking at him that I had really fallen in love at first sight. When I saw his eyes, which had shone just because he saw me return, it was as if everything stopped around us again, and I wanted to tell him how I felt. When I stopped in front of him, I took a pen and paper out of my bag and wrote something to give to him. I raised my eyes, and he touched my face. I smiled at him and hugged him. My heart warmed when he reciprocated.

"Jordan, I know I shouldn't, but there's no way I can help it. What I felt today, from the first moment I saw you, was inexplicable. My God, I met you today. Can you understand that? But it feels like I knew you a long time ago. It may seem strange, so please don't laugh at me. I'm confiding in you something from my heart, and believe me, I'm not the type to do these things but, I think I fell in love with you at first sight." I spoke quickly and into his eyes that mesmerized me so much.

"Please read only when I'm gone, and when you're alone... Please," I said as I handed the note into his hands.

"Julie, I..." I interrupted him. I placed my index finger on his lips.

"Don't say anything, just do what I ask you to do." He nodded positively, and I smiled in gratitude, he touched my face, pulling it close to his and bringing our foreheads together. He closed his eyes and took a deep breath. I slowly moved away and smiled at him, let go of his hand and walked towards my father.
