Chapter 2: A Billionaire
Hekka turned to Pancay, shrugged, and said," If you still aren't satisfied, you can just smash my car."
Pancay's mouth twitched. "Do you think I am stupid? You think I don't know how much your car worth is? If I smash your car, will my family have to sell everything to pay off the debt."
Seeing the situation, Hekka turned to look at Skyview and said, "Now do you believe it? Get in the car."
"I believe it! You smashed someone's BMW and didn't even frown; how can I not believe it?" Skyview nodded.
Without further question, Skyview got into the Rolls-Royce.
By noon, he was on the Twin Towers rooftop.
Twin Towers is located on the banks of the Swallow River. Two tall buildings tower into the clouds, echoing each other, hence the name. It was a landmark building in Swallowford City.
Skyview was restless. In the past hour, Skyview was informed that he had inherited a massive fortune of five billion from the former chairman of Twin Group, Dylan Scott.
Just then, the office door was pushed open, and a man and a woman walked in.
"Hello." Skyview's expression stiffened, forcibly suppressing all emotions, trying to appear calm.
"Have a seat. I'm Hekka, the trustee hired by your grandfather, and this is Amelia Hayes, a lawyer." Hekka was in her thirties and dressed professionally, her clothes barely containing her majestic bosom.
Her wavy and long hair fell just right on her chest, revealing only white cleavage.
Hekka's legs were long and straight, her features exquisite to the extreme, but her face showed no expression.
Despite her hot figure, her expression was like an iceberg.
Amelia was reserved, nodding toward Skyview as a greeting.
"You already know the situation, so I'll get straight to the point." Hekka glanced at Amelia.
Amelia immediately understood, took out a thick inheritance contract from her briefcase, and placed it on the table.
Skyview sat up straight, staring at the contract on the table, thinking, 'As long as I sign this contract, I'll be a billionaire.'
As for Dylan, the old man who left him a massive inheritance, Skyview had no impression of him at all.
Growing up in an orphanage, Skyview didn't even know his parents' names, so how could he possibly know he had a grandfather?
But with this massive inheritance being handed to him, regardless of whether Skyview was Dylan's descendant or not, he decided to inherit it immediately!
"Take a look at this contract, is there anything else you need to add?" Hekka pushed the contract toward Skyview.
Pretending to be calm, Skyview picked up the contract, glanced at it, then put it back, carefully asking, "Do I inherit my grandfather's five billion just by signing this contract?"
"Yes." Hekka smiled and nodded.
"Alright! I'll sign!" Skyview eagerly took the pen from Amelia and quickly wrote his name on the contract.
Five billion! Here I come!
Skyview suppressed the urge to burst into laughter, holding the contract in his hands and handing it to Hekka.
After a thorough check, Hekka handed Skyview a black bank card. "This is an account specially opened for you by the Twin Group. The password is your birthday, and the withdrawal limit is one million."
"Wasn't I supposed to inherit five billion? Why is there only one million left?" Skyview was stunned; there was four billion and nine hundred ninety-nine million missing, which made him feel like he was being robbed.
Pointing to the contract, Amelia explained, "According to Mr. Scott Senior's will, you can only inherit the additional four billion and nine hundred ninety-nine million when you have the approval of the board of directors. To gain the board's approval, I suggest you start from the base position of the company."
"I'm not even part of the Twin Group, how can I get the board's approval?" Skyview complained.
Hekka patiently explained, "According to Mr. Scott Senior's will, after his passing, you are the new chairman of the Twin Group."
The chairman of the Twin Group!
Skyview widened his eyes in astonishment. 'I'm just a delivery guy; without any business experience, how can I be the chairman of the Twin Group?'
"Well, how about this? I'll take one billion; as for the chairman of the group, you seem pretty good; why don't you help me manage it for now?" Skyview chuckled.
Skyview believed that since his grandfather chose Hekka as the trustee, she must be a very trustworthy female executive and capable of managing the company.
"Sure," Hekka nodded.
"If there's nothing else, I'll take my leave." Skyview picked up the black card on the table.
"Wait." Hekka stopped him, then made a signal toward outside, and a mature woman walked in.
The mature woman was tall and curvy, wearing a red suit, with a stunning face, just a bit less attractive than Hekka.
O3Their temperaments were completely different. Hekka was cold like an iceberg, while the mature woman was hot like scorching magma.
Skyview couldn't help but be deeply attracted after staring at her for just ten seconds. She was extremely charming, especially her eyes.
"Skyview, this is Lily Chen, from now on, she will be your personal secretary. She is responsible for recording all your expenses! If you have any needs, you can also tell her. Anything that money can solve, Lily can help you solve!" Hekka said lightly.
"Mr. Scott, nice to meet you." Lily smiled charmingly, swaying her slender waist as she approached Skyview.
Skyview blushed, gazing at Lily's alluring and captivating expression, her enticing figure sparking a cascade of vivid fantasies.
Regaining his composure, Skyview said, "Help me customize a set of standards for billionaires in terms of food, drink, accommodation, and transportation. Can you handle that?"
"No problem, Mr. Scott." Lily smiled in response before quickly going to make the necessary arrangements.
Meanwhile, Skyview left the Twin Towers alone.
"Billionaire and chairman of the Twin Group!" Skyview kept muttering to himself.
These two identities were dreamlike for ordinary people to have, and yet, both of these identities belong to Skyview alone.
"Alice, you gained a millionaire but lost a billionaire. Do you regret it?" Skyview smiled.
Skyview's lips curled slightly, now that he was a wealthy man, he was going to make all those who looked down on him suffer!
"Lily, arrange a car; I'm going to attend a class reunion tomorrow! There aren't many five-star hotels in Swallowford City, so go find out where tomorrow's reunion will be held," Skyview demanded.
"Okay, Mr. Scott," Lily responded.
The next evening, Skyview arrived early at the hotel's top banquet hall.
Former classmates gradually arrived, but they didn't even notice Skyview, who had arrived early. No one even came up to greet him.
After all, it had been so many years since graduation, and Skyview only earned six to seven hundred a month.
Almost everyone excluded Skyview, not even willing to sit at the same table with him.
As more people came in, the hall gradually became lively.
Skyview looked closely and saw Pancay had arrived.
Most of the people at Pancay's table were either successful in their careers after graduation or came from wealthy families.
Pancay also noticed Skyview and couldn't help but be slightly surprised, "Isn't that the billionaire Skyview?"
