Chapter 1 Take Me Away

Everyone knew Diana Windsor liked Oliver Smith. But what they didn't know was that after five years of engagement, she was still a virgin; he had never touched her.

On their fifth anniversary, the private room was decked out with balloons and rose lights. Growing impatient, Diana called, "Oliver, are you coming?"

She had been waiting since seven, and now it was past nine.

"I'm busy," Oliver replied coldly.

"Busy with what?" Diana asked, hearing a soft voice in the background.

"Oliver, it hurts."

Diana was dumbfounded. "What's going on with you and Clara Spencer?"

"She needs me," Oliver said curtly.

"Why you?" Diana's voice shook. "Is she more important than me?"

"Don't say that now!" Oliver snapped and hung up, leaving Diana feeling crushed.

She let out a bitter laugh, eyes welling up. What was she expecting? She grabbed the bottle of red wine and took a swig.

Leaving the private room, it was already past eleven.

In the elevator, Diana saw a man outside. He wore a black suit, tall and imposing, with sharp features. His reserved demeanor left him even more intimidating.

Henry Spencer was also eyeing Diana: she wore a black dress, her skin flushed, eyes alluring, and the high slit in her dress revealed her long, captivating legs.

There was a hidden intensity in Henry's eyes. Before he could enter the elevator, Diana pulled him in. The next second, her hot body was pressed against his chest, making his muscles tense up as if hit by an electric current.

On tiptoe, Diana kissed Henry without hesitation.

Her lips were soft and hot, but her body was unsteady.

Just as she was about to fell, Henry wrapped his arm around her waist. Their bodies pressed tightly together, and she shivered with a sudden thrill.

Before she realized it, Henry had her pinned against the elevator wall. The cold metal behind her contrasted with his aggressive kisses.

The mix of cold and heat was too much for Diana. She let out a low, shy sound, as enticing as a kitten's purr.

The elevator descended slowly, pulling her into a deep abyss of desire.

Diana's fingers were still entwined in his tie, and she softly pleaded, "Take me away."

Her body was soft against his, her breath warm on his face.

The intimate atmosphere grew as the elevator descended. When it reached the first floor, their brief moment ended abruptly.

Diana's eyes were teasing and seductive. Something unspoken was between them. Sometimes, words weren't necessary; a single glance could express it all, especially when Diana was so forthcoming. Henry's heart couldn't help but skip a beat.
