Chapter 2 The Four Great Wizards Block William

When word got out that the demon who wiped out the top 100 wizards, assassins, and mercenaries was heading to Eldoria, the four big shots of the place rushed to the airport to stop William.

No way in hell were they letting William set foot in Eldoria.

The plane touched down. William and Bradley got off.

As they stepped into the massive airport, it was eerily quiet—no planes taking off or landing. A mob of powerful folks stood in front of them, ready for a showdown.

The four leaders stood there like four massive, unmovable mountains, radiating pure intimidation.

Randal, the top dog from the Crystal Wizarding Temple, number one on the global wizard list.

Declan Flores, the big shot from the Starry Wizarding Temple, ranked third.

Liam Cruz, the top guy from the Shadowed Wizarding Temple, sitting at fifth.

Marcus Rodriguez, the head honcho from the Radiance Wizarding Temple, holding the sixth spot.

These four heavyweights, who could make anyone's knees shake, had come together just to keep William out.

It was the first time the four top wizards of Eldoria had teamed up.

William was just that dangerous. This was the highest alert level ever.

William had already taken out the wizards ranked second, fourth, and seventh.

So, they scrambled to gather all the muscle they could to stop him. If they didn't, Eldoria was toast.

Randal stepped up. "Please, turn back! Whatever your reason, you can't come to Eldoria! We've got a private jet ready for you, just go back!"

William smirked, "I'm from Eldoria, just coming home, and you wanna stop me?"

Liam yelled, "No way! We checked, you don't exist! You're not from Eldoria! Get lost!"

William stayed cool. "Step aside!"

He saw them as his people; otherwise, they'd already be dead for trying to block him.

"Not happening! You can't set foot in Eldoria! Go back!" Declan and Marcus shouted, their voices booming.

"Go back!" The thousands of elite wizards behind them roared in unison, their voices like thunder, their presence overwhelming.

These were the best of the best from the four Wizarding Temples.

On any battlefield, their sheer presence could make enemies surrender.

But William didn't care. He looked at Randal and grinned. "I remember you. Two years ago, you went to Paradise Island to challenge the Island Guardians! But you lost!"

Randal's face went pale.

Two years ago, Randal had finally clawed his way to the top of the global wizard list.

Full of confidence, he went to Paradise Island to challenge the Island Guardians, but he got his ass handed to him.

Randal's face was full of fear. "Are you from Paradise Island?"

William replied, "Technically, no. I just grew up there!"

Randal started shaking. "But how did you leave Paradise Island?"

William shrugged. "Easy, I beat the ten Island Guardians to get out! Isn't that the rule?"

William's casual words drove Randal nuts.

Was there really someone who could beat all ten Island Guardians of Paradise Island?

Randal had challenged one Island Guardian and knew just how powerful they were. He was nowhere near their level.

And now, William was standing in front of them, the first person to ever leave Paradise Island.

Randal was totally floored.

The other three wizards, who knew all about Paradise Island, were just as freaked out.

The four wizards started shaking in their boots.

William said, "Move aside! I ain't saying it again!"

The four wizards hesitated. "But..."

William didn't bother with more words. He just gave a light stomp with his right foot.

Boom! A force that could split the earth spread out, instantly enveloping the four wizards and everyone behind them.

It felt like a mountain was crushing down on each person.

No one could fight it.

One by one, they buckled and hit the ground.

Even Randal and the other three couldn't handle it and ended up half-kneeling.

It was a jaw-dropping scene—everyone was down on the ground in pain in front of William.

Then, William just strolled out of the airport right under their noses.

Everyone wanted to stop him, but they were powerless.

Randal and the other three exchanged helpless looks. They wanted to stop William, but the power gap was just too huge.

William was like a god; how could they stop him?

Now they got why William was the first to leave Paradise Island.

William said, "I came to Eldoria to handle personal stuff. Don't mess with me, or I'll end you!"

He added, "Bradley, you take care of the rest!"

William vanished from their sight. But his voice rang loud and clear in everyone's ears.

Later, Randal and the other three discussed with Bradley about hosting a welcoming party for William. They aimed to extend some goodwill, not start a conflict.

Bradley was on board, believing that William deserved a grand reception!

Fiona and the other two were anxious, dying to know what was going down inside.

The four guardians and the four Wizarding Temples had arrived in person and secured the airport, indicating that something significant was unfolding within. The crucial detail was that William's flight had just touched down.

At that moment, a tall figure appeared.

Before coming, William had looked into Fiona's family and could easily recognize them.

Walking up to Fiona, William called out, "Fiona!"

Fiona was taken aback as she carefully observed William. Indeed, she could see the resemblance to both Xavier and Eden in him.

She cried tears of joy and hugged William. "Are you William? You've grown up! This is amazing!"

William was really touched; Fiona was not only his godmother but also his savior. If it weren't for Fiona, he would've been dead long ago.

"Fiona! I've heard of you even abroad, The Pharmaceutical Tycoon of Starlight City! Awesome!"

"Jasmine! You are so beautiful! Truly one of the Four Beauties of Starlight City!"

William greeted the other two.

Fiona had saved him and Eden, which was why he treated her family this way. No one else would get this kind of treatment.

Eugene, who had been watching William, responded, "Hello!"

Given Eugene's status, he wasn't interested in some poor kid who just showed up. In his eyes, William had no value.

Knowing Fiona's desire to arrange a marriage between Jasmine and William, Eugene harbored even stronger negative feelings towards him.

Jasmine snorted lightly. To her, William had come back because he couldn't make it abroad.

From the way he greeted them, it was clear William had done his homework. William was probably planning to crash at their place indefinitely.

She wasn't about to let some outsider live in her home!

Fiona asked curiously, "By the way, William, what happened inside the airport? Why is it sealed off?"

William had just come out of the airport, so he might know what was going on inside.

Eugene and Jasmine also leaned in.
