Timothy busted out laughing at Victor's compliment. Now, he just had to chill until Regenesis Ointment hit the shelves.

Meanwhile, Aaron didn't take William straight back but mentioned he had a peace offering for him.

William didn't say no.

Soon enough, the car rolled up to Dragon Hill.

This spot was the Magic Core of Starlight City, also known as The Source of Magic.

As soon as they got there, the air was buzzing with Magical Energy, making every pore on your body feel like it was having a spa day.

Hopping out of the car, William spotted a super fancy villa right in front of him.

It was smack dab on top of the Magic Core, where all the Magical Energy was pooling.

Aaron, all hyped up, said, "Mr. Davis, this is the Magic Core of Starlight City. It's a killer spot. I dropped a ton of cash to build the best villa in Starlight City, Serenade Villa."

"But I always felt like no one was worthy of Serenade Villa. Now I'm giving Serenade Villa to you. Only it can match your status," declared Aaron.

Honestly, at William's level, material stuff didn't mean much.

To William, money was just numbers. And a place to crash? He had it all.

The Serenade Villa in front of him wasn't anything too special.

But it was on the Magic Core, with some serious Magical Mountain Energy below, and it could gather Magical Energy.

All of this was handy for William to keep Fire Venom in check.

Even though it wasn't as pure as the Magical Ice Energy under The Watson Mansion, with some tweaks, it could still do the job.

After all, even Magical Ice Energy could run out.

William had to think ahead. He said coolly, "I'll take this villa. I owe you one favor. I'll help you out once if you're in a jam."

Aaron was visibly stoked. "Thank you, Mr. Davis!"

He did all this to get William's protection or help.

William, who could make Sienna his maid, had skills way scarier than Aaron had ever imagined.

Aaron said, "Mr. Davis, I've set up the villa with a butler and servants. Don't worry, they're all solid."

He then called Anna over. "Mr. Davis, this is my granddaughter Anna. She's top-notch in every way. I want her to personally serve you and handle your stuff. You can do whatever you want with her. She can even sleep with you."

Hearing this, Anna blushed. "I'm down for anything, Mr. Davis."

If it were anyone else, Anna would definitely not be down. But this was William. Even Sienna was cool with being his maid. So naturally, Anna was too.

William's expression shifted a bit. "Alright then."

He thought, 'Why are all these women so eager?'

William quickly went into Serenade Villa to check it out.

Word soon spread all over Starlight City that Serenade Villa, the best villa in the city, had finally found a resident. It was the most luxurious mansion in Starlight City and the most wanted by everyone.

Jasmine was floored when she heard the news.

When Serenade Villa was first built, Eugene had asked Aaron if he could buy it.

But Aaron straight-up said Eugene wasn't good enough to live there; no one in Starlight City was. Letting regular folks live there would be a waste.

Aaron had been waiting for someone truly worthy to live there, and when that person showed up, Aaron would hand it over.

But Aaron had waited for three years, and Serenade Villa had stayed empty.

Jasmine's eyes lit up as she thought, 'Looks like the person worthy of living in the villa has finally shown up!'
