Chapter 59 His Confidence Comes from Strength

Everyone's eyes were glued to William, totally clueless about his next move.

The Wards tried to stumble their way to the restroom in the private room, but a beefy dude from The Serpent Gang, brandishing a knife, blocked their path.

Nathan Ross, one of the Crimson Brothers, yelled, "Let 'em go."

He was curious to see what William had up his sleeve.

Once the Wards made it to the restroom, Jessica quickly locked the door. "If he wants to get himself killed, let him. Does he really think he can take on The Serpent Gang?"

William got up slowly, shot a cold look at the Crimson Brothers, and said, "You know you're messing with my meal, right?"

Out of nowhere, William slapped Crimson Brothers, the two Intermediate wizards, sending them flying.

The room went dead silent.

Even Victor, who knew how strong William was, looked stunned.

These were two Intermediate wizards, after all.

Nathan and Jacob barely had time to react. "Kill him!"

The Serpent Gang members snapped out of it and charged at William with their knives.

The small private room turned into a blur of flashing blades. People outside heard the ruckus and rushed in.

Hiding in the restroom, the Ward couple were freaking out. "William's not gonna get hurt, is he?"

Jessica was shaking like a leaf, listening to the chaos outside.

A minute later, there was a knock on the door. The three of them were sweating bullets.

William's voice came through. "Kieran, you can come out now."

Hearing William, Kieran and the others finally stepped out of the restroom. They were baffled; had William really taken care of those guys that fast?

What they saw nearly gave them a heart attack.

In the private room, besides William and Victor, no one was standing.

Everyone else was sprawled on the ground.

The place was a total wreck.

All the Serpent Gang members were lying there, groaning in pain, covered in blood.

William had taken down hundreds of people in just one minute.

They could hardly wrap their heads around it.

Victor was losing his mind, especially upon seeing that William didn't have a single drop of blood on him, appearing as though he hadn't been in a fight at all.

The Wards were just as stunned.

What insane strength!

Jessica finally got why William was so confident.

The Crimson Brothers also realized why Victor had so much respect and trust in William.

Victor sneered, "Nathan, Jacob, you know where my Strengthening Body Pill comes from? Mr. Davis gave it to me!"

This left the Crimson Brothers even more shocked. "What?"

The Crimson Brothers started begging. "Mr. Davis, we were idiots. We messed up. Please, let us go."

William said coldly, "Pay for the damages to the restaurant and get lost."

William didn't want the Ward couple to see his brutal side. Otherwise, all these people would be dead.

After The Serpent Gang bailed, William and the others finally got to have dinner without any more drama.

Victor couldn't believe his luck; William's few slaps had solved his crisis.

The Serpent Gang immediately pulled back all their orders and didn't dare mess with Victor's turf again. They even wanted to make peace with Victor.

As a result, Victor sent all his men out to help William gather medicinal herbs.

But their large-scale herb collection, no matter how low-key, still caught the attention of many, especially Hayes Pharmaceutical.

Originally, Hayes Pharmaceutical had a monopoly on all the herbs in the market, but now someone was moving large quantities of herbs.

This definitely caught their eye.

Eugene also picked up on this.

The next day, William was applying Regenesis Ointment to Fiona's severed finger.

Victor burst in, looking panicked. "Mr. Davis, something bad's happened. Our ten trucks of herbs have been seized!"
