Story behind Miguel Rodriguez

At the first low rumble of thunder Bella Trump knew she was in trouble. It wasn't bad enough that she'll get soaked in the rain or her gadgets ruined, but the man he was spying... What if he leaves?

After Camilla's search, they had both came into the conclusion that Bella should spy on Miguel first.

She didn't want to accept the stupid offer but after some enquires that he comes to Agatha International Firm everyday. She decided to take on the journey.

She had traced him, and got to know his house at Liverpool and was successfully traced him up to here.

At least if she had to lie in these rough, itchy weeds in this miserable gray heat and watch someone, she must have a good reason.

Miguel Rodriguez definitely fit into the category of superhunk. Tall, thick black hair, strong square jaw. A face that was a combination of construction-workerrugged and magazine-cover handsome.

Those long legs of his filled out a pair of jeans like nobody’s business; that broad chest and muscular arms under the chambray shirt he wore were enough to make a girl’s heart skip a beat or two in appreciation.

She couldn’t tell what color his eyes were, but she’d bet her brand-new-not-even-paid-for-yet 500 mm zoom lens that they were brown. Dark brown.

At last, she checked the time on her wristwatch and she hissed.

'What a bad day for a rain' she thought.

She lowered her binoculars and stared into the distance. But the man she came to spy on wasn't around anywhere in the balcony.

'Now where had that egoistic man disappeared to?' she focused her binoculars again, she scanned the balcony he had be sitting on for the past three hours.

She quickly assumed that he had had gone into the room to grab some beer or answer a call. But for how long? The rain had gathered in the sky forming a Misty cloud tempting to fall down at any time and Miguel Rodriguez is nowhere to be seen anywhere around.

Not that she wanted to be close enough to him to know him more or anything else, but she wanted him in order to get the invincible boss of Agatha.

When she had arrived at Bims International hotel after him, She had got some important information on him from reliable sources.

Miguel was like a neighbor to the employees of the hotel and it's environs. She had asked the fence-post thin brunette working at the hotel gateway as a gardener and had turned chitty chatty when she mentioned Miguel Rodriguez.

"You know Miguel?"

Bella shrugged and stated to browse through her phone maybe any information about him. "Yes" she replied in a mumble.

"How?"

"A friend of a friend"

The lady shouted in ecstacy, "Wow, you're really lucky to be very close to someone like Miguel today must be your lucky day,” the lady said with amazement.

Bella rolled her eyes. "Why?"

“Bims International hotel is Miguel's second home. I heard from older workers that he's abadoned at he feet of this hotel when he was still a baby, and he was picked up by the big boss of this place. He's been coming here almost every year, he's a very jolly boy that respects everyone. No one ever asked about him he's like our young boss but showed up three hours ago. Is that a coincidence or what?”

“Incredible.” Bella couldn't bring herself to tell him that she came here to spy on him but she has to know who boss of Agatha is.

"Why did you think he always comes here? I Mean, is your boss living here?"

“Miguels got no folks around here, unless you count on Victor Santos and Maggie Smith’s wedding next week.”

“Victor Santos?” Bella glanced up from her phone, “That wouldn’t be the Nick Santos, isn't he the male lead of the Bollywood blockbuster movie that was topping the charts around Liverpool?"

“One and the same,” the Gardner chirped brightly. “Don’t look at this hotel that lowly, most Celebratities love to come up here to dine and hide away from the public view. The beach is why attracts them the most and Miguel Rodriguez is one of our regular Lodgers.

Bella Trump stood transfixed, she left the Gardners and made for her room. Learning that Miguel is like an ordinary person in the environment and was also abadoned as a baby at the gate of the hotel made her want to know him more.

She’d been a Victor Santos fan ever since she had been casted as an extra character in a movie series with him. More than one women’s heart had been broken when Santos retired from acting after releasing his Bollywood blockbuster movie.

She packed her things and made leave the woman but she dragged her back, "Wanna know more about him?"

Bella was curious but she obeyed, "Yes sure"

"Actually, he had other friends, his name is. They grew up together I don't know who he was because he's a very shady person that keeps to himself but I know that he's a big shot like Miguel"

Bella now became confused. Who on Earth is Drake again? Or could he be the boss of Agatha?

"Tell me more" she asked with anxiety in her voice.

"Hey, you want some dried apricots? We got them on special today. Two packages for a dollar.”

“Sure, I’ll take four.” Anything to keep the woman talking. Especially about Miguel Rodriguez.

“You say Ian was abandoned?”

“Right on the hotel's steps, was the story I heard growing up. But then, there were lots of stories about Miguel.

He left this place for Liverpool at the age of 20 years. Especially when he got old enough to buckle his own belt.” the gardener gave a wicked wink. “If you know what I mean.”

Bella had a pretty good idea, but she’d rather not go there. “So he’s staying with Victor until the wedding?” she asked nonchalantly, sliding a box of cheese crackers across the counter.

“Shoot, no. He'll be staying here for quite a very long time. He came in here three days ago and bought enough food to feed a small country, so I reckon he’s staying for a long time.”

Using one long red nail, the Gardner punched in the cracker price on the cash register.

“Thought I might be neighborly and check up on him in a day or two, see if he has everything he needs up there. That’ll be twelve-oh five.”

Bella scratched her head confusingly. He's indeed mysterious.
