Chapter 3

After hearing Rebbeca's answer, her three children suddenly changed their expressions to become slightly disappointed. They thought that Thomas was their father.

"Well, I thought he was my father. Even though I would be very happy, if he was indeed my father," said one of the children with a slightly disappointed expression, Rebbeca couldn't say any more. She could only remain silent, looking at her children in the reflection of the mirror.

Rebbeca glanced at Thomas who was driving beside her. She felt that Thomas did indeed have a resemblance to the man four years ago.

"But it can't be him, right? If he is, why is he a pimp? Even though he is already very rich?" Rebbeca thought, wondering who Thomas really was.

But Rebbeca immediately threw those thoughts away. "Maybe it's just a slight similarity," she thought, trying to convince herself again.

Thomas had arrived to drop them off at their house, and Rebbeca saw her three children fast asleep in the car. Thomas was stunned, seeing the calm expression of one of his children who really resembled Thomas.

"Let me help!" said Thomas when he saw Rebbeca carrying one of her children. "Later I'll call a servant to bring another one," he replied.

Thomas also called the servant to bring another child. After that, they took the children to a room, which had been specially prepared for them.

"Thank you very much," Rebbeca said to Thomas. Seeing her three children who were still sleeping soundly lying on a very soft mattress.

Thomas nodded slightly. "Rebbeca, if I may ask, why did your children's father die?" Thomas asked, pretending to ask and even a little fishing to find out the real answer

"An accident, he died in an accident," Rebbeca answered simply

Thomas sighed in resignation, hearing what Rebbeca said. "Apparently so. It's a shame even though the children are still very young," replied Thomas as if he was concerned.

The atmosphere became quiet, no one dared to speak up. They were both silent, looking at their children who were sleeping very soundly.

"Shall we go to the party now?" Thomas' sudden suggestion made Rebbeca look at him with a very surprised look.

"To a party?" Rebecca was so confused.

Thomas nodded quickly, smiling slightly. "Yeah, while your kids are asleep, right? You don't have anything to do here, it's better if we party," said Thomas, trying to get Rebbeca to warm up so that she would come with him.

Rebecca was silent for a moment, she looked at her sleeping children. She hadn't been to a party in a long time, and she wanted to go again.

"Regarding your children being safe, there are lots of servants here. After all, I'm not a bad person who would kidnap your children, right," Thomas replied when he saw that Rebbeca had no answer at all.

Rebecca sighed in resignation. "Okay, come on," answered Rebbeca, making Thomas smile at that.

"Okay, come on. Let's just leave now," he replied. They went down the stairs to the parking lot, Thomas left a message for the waiter to look after their children.

Thomas and Rebbeca went to where the party was located. On the way, Thomas only glanced at Rebbeca silently, not daring to ask her to talk.

"Have you ever been to a party?" Thomas asked, as a matter of small talk. After all, the situation was very awkward and the journey was still very long.

"Hmm, once. But since I have children, it's impossible for me to come to parties anymore," said Rebbeca, making Thomas nod in confirmation of what Rebbeca said.

They finally arrived at their destination, Rebbeca and Thomas immediately entered the party area. As usual, very loud music accompanied by flashing lights is the hallmark of the party place.

"You wait a moment, I'm going to the back," said Thomas in a slightly loud voice so that Rebbeca could hear him.

Rebbeca just nodded, letting Thomas go to the back. Her eyes were focused on Zayn, who she saw not far from her.

"Zayn!" Rebbeca called, making Zayn turn to her. Zayn quickly approached Rebbeca, he seemed happy that they were having a great high-five.

"Who are you here with? With him?" Zayn asked pointing to someone standing behind Rebbeca.

Rebbeca suddenly looked back to see who Zayn was pointing at. Instantly her memory focused on the four-year-old boy who was selling well.

Thomas appeared in front of him wearing a costume and even a half-face mask, which he used four years ago.

"Do you recognize me?" he asked in a typical Thomas voice, Rebecca could only remain silent, she really remembered the characteristics of the masked man.

"Yes, I recognize you," Rebecca answered carefully.

Zayn smiled at that. "He was the man at that time. It was him four years ago," replied Zayn very kindly, making Rebecca even more stunned. Didn't expect this kind of world to meet him after so long.

Rebbeca un-shifted her gaze, now she looked at Zayn who looked different. "Zayn, what do you work as now? Still a pimp?" Rebecca asked in a slightly worried voice, feeling sorry for Zayn who was always the life of the party.

"I'm still forced to go along with this because I don't have the full time to work," said Zayn in a very relaxed voice, but Rebecca's tifsk was really examining every inch of Zayn's body.

"Why do you still have to pimp Zayn? Are you comfortable here?" Rebecca asked, not understanding, why is Zayn still maintaining this with so many jobs.

Zayn quickly shrugged his shoulders. "Yes, as you can see now, right? If I don't do this, what should I do?" he asked back.

"Nowadays it's very difficult to find a job Rebbeca, especially for someone like me, it might be very difficult to find a job," replied Zayn, giving his opinion.

Rebecca shook her head quickly. Rejecting the assumptions made by Zayn. "Zayn still has a lot of work that will accept you, more worthy or even better than what you are doing now," replied Rebecca, she tried to make Zayn aware and help her get out of her comfort zone.

"What would your family, even your children, think if they knew that you sold your body to a rich woman?" continued Rebecca. She really feels sorry, especially if Zayn is now married.

Zayn sighed in resignation, he looked at Rebecca who was looking at him with pity. "I don't have a problem if this is my job now. It's because of Kara Raya women that I can fulfill my living needs. If it weren't for them, maybe even eating would be difficult for me," answered Zayn. And Rebecca doesn't dare to deny this, because every human being has a different proportion of work activities.

"Then you, how is your child born?"

"No, I'm not there. They're not with me anymore," Rebecca said quickly, looking at Zayn who looked at her sharply as if asking for an explanation.

Zyan, who looked suspicious, remained silent but his eyes continued to stare intently at Rebecca. "Cook? I don't believe it," he said.

Rebecca chuckled in annoyance. "Yeah, if I'm still with my children, why did I come here? I should be busy taking care of them," Rebecca said in an annoyed voice, making Zayn chuckle a little at those words.

"Okay then, there's some truth to that," said Zayn with a slight chuckle in his voice.

"Oh yeah, by the way, how much money do you earn in one night?" Rebecca asked, to the point that Zayn was very comfortable with this job and didn't want to look for another job. "Is it very expensive?" Rebecca asked.

"Not bad, 5000 dollars a night," Zayn answered casually, making Rebecca a little surprised.

"It's expensive too," said Rebecca.

Zayn looked at Rebecca's face very sharply, as if he saw something from Rebecca's face. "You want to order me, Rebecca?" Zayn asked, suddenly making Rebecca widen her eyes in surprise at Zayn's words.

"Maybe if you do, I'll just give it a friend's price," said Zayn again. "I won't give you a high price, don't worry."

"No, I didn't order you. Not interested at all," Rebecca said quickly, she shifted her gaze here and there but didn't see Thomas there.

Zayn looked at Rebecca's face asking for an explanation. "Don't you want it? I thought you asked about the price, you would have ordered me, Rebecca. Even if you came to this party," said Zayn, as he moved closer to Rebecca. But Rebecca just looked away, not caring about Thomas' words.

"I think I have to go home, it's almost late at night. I've been here for a long time," said Rebecca.

Zayn frowned. "Why are you so fast, Rebecca? It's not late, besides, you were staying here at that time, right?" Zayn asked, remembering what happened four years ago that even Rebecca was almost embarrassed to remember.

"Because I have business early tomorrow morning, so I can't be here too long," said Rebecca. "I'll go first, I hope you can get lots of orders now!" Rebecca said, making Zayn laugh when he heard it.

She immediately left Zayn's presence. She felt unsafe if she continued to be there. Even when Zayn offered this price, it made Rebecca worried.

"You crazy guy! It's no longer possible for me to order a pimp like a four-year-old who sells!" Rebecca was annoyed, she was already outside the party but she was confused about how to go home with whom.

"It looks like Thomas is having fun inside, I think I have to go home alone," Rebecca muttered. She didn't see Thomas at all, and she was sure he was with his friends there.

Rebecca was at Thomas' house again, she was sitting in the living room. Because she couldn't sleep there at all.

Check it out!

The sound of the door opening caught Rebecca's attention, apparently, it was Thomas who had just come from the party.

"Why don't you paint me if you're going home? Who are you going home with?" Thomas asked in surprise because Zayn said that Rebecca had gone home first.

"I took a taxi, I didn't feel safe there. So I just went home first," replied Rebecca.

Thomas nodded, and he sat next to Rebecca. Sitting while looking at the television show in front of him.

"So how was the party? Was there anything interesting?" Thomas asked, trying to bait Rebecca into saying that.

Rebecca suddenly fell silent, when she remembered who she saw at the party. Rebecca took a deep breath.

"I met a pimp who I slept with four years ago," Rebecca said, pausing. Thomas waited for Rebecca to continue.

"I think it would be something very bad, would the father of my children come back to life?" she replied, Rebecca seemed nervous about telling Thomas this.

"I will leave this place tomorrow, I don't want my children's whereabouts to be known by other parties," added Rebecca again.

Thomas frowned, hearing Rebecca's true words, he seemed afraid of this. "Why don't you consider raising the children together with the father?" Thomas asked. "Wouldn't that be better? And you wouldn't have to bother yourself."

Rebecca shook her head firmly, she looked at Thomas' face very sharply. "It would be very bad if I said he was the father. He was a pimp, who slept with many women to get money," said Rebbeca again. He couldn't possibly tell his children about it.

"Maybe my children don't understand now, but not in the life to come," added Rebecca

Thomas was only able to nod his head. He couldn't afford to cook Rebecca again, because he already had a very clear answer.

"I'm not going to tell Rebecca that I was the pimp she saw earlier," thought Thomas. He just looked at Rebecca who was busy watching television

Thomas leaned back, he was attracted to Rebecca but he didn't like her at all. For four years he experienced severe insomnia, because of having a relationship with Rebecca.

However, without Thomas realizing it at this time, Thomas, who was by Rebecca's side, subconsciously closed his eyes slowly and finally fell asleep.

"It's getting late, I think I should sleep," said Rebecca, she turned to Thomas who was already asleep on the sofa.

"Oh? Is he asleep? Why don't you just go to his room," said Rebecca, as she tried to wake Thomas. "Wake up Thomas, your body hurts if you sleep on the sofa like this," said Rebecca, still trying to wake Thomas up.

Thomas finally woke up, he was surprised to see Rebecca waking him up. Did he fall asleep there?

"Get up. I'll immediately go upstairs to sleep," said Rebecca.

"Did I sleep here for a long time?" Thomas asked, still not believing that he could fall asleep on the sofa.

"Two hours!" Suddenly Rebecca's answer made Thomas even more distrustful.

"Ah, no way," said Thomas. Rebecca just rolled her eyes very lazily.

"It's up to you, I'll go back to the room to sleep," said Rebecca. Rebecca then left Thomas, walking up the stairs to return to the bedroom with her children.

Meanwhile, Thomas was busy with the thoughts that were bothering him. "So can I fall asleep without using drugs?" Thomas asked, but he remembered that yesterday Rebecca was right next to him and made Thomas fall asleep.

"Why can Rebecca give me hypnosis?" Thomas asked himself, he rubbed his face roughly. He didn't think that Rebecca could do that to him.
