An alien attack in an area requires Victoria Della as a medical soldier to be directed to the battlefield with her arch-enemy, Sean Edwin, the team commander.

Victoria and Sean do not always get along, when they meet they always argue, tease, or tease each other. There is rarely any attention between them. Victoria receives a secret mission from her superior to negotiate with an alien leader who reportedly has technology beyond human capabilities.
