Seducing Black Wolf

As I drove to the Secret Service Department, I decided to call Caleb to ensure he was available. I quickly pulled into a hotel garage, grabbed my phone, and dialed his number. He answered on the first ring as if expecting my call.

“I'm in, I'm totally in!” I exclaimed, breathlessly, and Caleb's surprise was evident even over the phone.

“Wow, Maverick!” Caleb exclaimed, his surprise clear. “I knew you'd come around, but I didn't expect it to be so soon. What changed your mind?” He asked, and I laughed nervously, feeling a bit caught off guard.

"Actually, I thought about everything you said, and I realized that indeed you are right, a lot of life depends on this, and I don't want to be a bad leader to the younger generation," I jabbered nonsense, in reality, I changed my mind because I wanted to run away from my family's grip. I needed to feel a new environment, I wanted to be able to breathe without my mom seeing a scary vision about me, and thus, I came up with my undercover name; Birdie High. I got Birdie from the animal bird, in my terms it means a bird high above in the sky, and that emphasizes freedom to me.

I just wanted to be free, I wanted to be able to make my own decisions, and with a lifted heart, I locked my car door and spent the entire night reading the file, learning new things about Black Wolf.

Funnily enough, no one knew his lovers or the type of girls he was interested in; this surprised me because most Mafia love to flaunt their ladies. The only close associate he had was a handsome man, and according to the file, they were very close. This got me more interested in Black Wolf.

…..

"Sisters!" I jumped up from my sleep and managed to stretch myself in the tight car. The image of my sisters flashed in my mind, and I began to feel guilty about not telling them my whereabouts. ‘They'd probably be worried by now, searching all the hotels they can think of.’ I thought and dreamily cleaned my eyes.

After checking the time and saying a quick prayer, I drove out of the hotel garage, heading for the Secret Service department.

When I got there, Daniel was standing in front of the door, smiling at me happily.

“Good morning Maverick, did your mom make you angry? Because the Maverick I know would be at home by now, eating a huge plate of homemade breakfast!” He joked, and as much as I wanted to genuinely laugh, I couldn't, I just forced a smile and we both entered his office.

Truth be told, he was right, my mother made sure that my siblings and I ate a huge bowl of homemade breakfast before we left the house in the morning, fortunately, we were all well-fitted…. thanks to the gyms we own.

Caleb and I discussed a lot of things concerning the mission. When he was sure that I was ready, he put a call through to my college friends Frank and Cindy.

He also called our superiors and some other prominent figures who agreed to support us. We were all warned to keep it a secret because it was a very dangerous mission.

I didn't want to keep my family in the dark. I knew they'd lose their minds if they found out that I embarked on a mission, they might even distance themselves from Caleb, but Caleb assured me that everything would be alright, and he promised to tell my parents that I was in his care.

The mission preparation began in full, they got me a job at a huge bar parlor because Black Wolf, also known as Lanky, was a regular customer at that bar parlor.

I got a small house, in a new area, and a fake ID card was forged for me.

My name became Birdie High, a twenty-two years old graduate of Metropolis College, who had come to town in search of a greener pasture.

I bought a new phone and my two friends stayed with me. Before I left, I secretly paid a visit to my family one last time.

After meeting with Caleb one last time, I headed for the bar to see how things are.

Meet And Marry Bar:

The air was filled with all kinds of intoxicating smells of alcohol. Newly wedded couples milled about, playing games and enjoying drinks. Some couples lounged by the fireplace, chatting and laughing. Rich business travelers huddled in the corner, they were surrounded by dozens of whores, and they seemed to be having fun.

At a nearby table, dozens of teenagers were playing Monopoly, they were engrossed in the game, arguing over who had to pay rent and who got to roll the dice next.

The bar was bustling, and the loud DJ beat made it more lively.

In the center of the room, ten strippers were dancing on the poles, they were half-dressed, and men were spraying money on their revealing breasts.

I looked around in awe, this was my first time in a bar, and I couldn't help but wonder how I was going to survive.

"Hey, you must be new here, you look lost," I heard a gentle voice and I immediately turned to face the person, but to my greatest surprise, in front of me stood Ashley, Lanky's close associate, it means only one, Lanky was in the bar parlor; because according to my research, he is always in the same place with his friend.

"Hi, Humm.. I.. I am new here," I stuttered, unsure of what to say as my eyes lingered on his hot body.

"Humm, obviously," he replied with a smug smile, pocketing his hands and turning to leave.

"Hmm, please, can you show me the way to the manager's office?" I asked anxiously, and he shrugged his shoulders.

"Sure, no problem. It's that way," he said and pointed at a small office. At first, I thought he was joking, I mean what kind of manager has such a small office but the look on his face was not that of a joking man.

I thanked him with a broad smile, but he frowned and left. He had a suspicious look on his face, and I wondered if my cover had been exposed.

I have heard of different undercover detectives who came on a mission but were never able to return because they were caught and killed.

Caleb told me that the first five detectives they sent to find Black Wolf's secret were caught, and since then, their bodies have never been found.

"He is very dangerous, Maverick. Remember, be as cunning as a serpent and as gentle as a dove, if the mission is getting too complicated, please leave. Your sisters will never forgive me and I will never forgive myself if anything should happen to you, " Caleb had said with a sincere sad face, and I smiled at him, holding his hands gently.

"Don't worry, I will be alright. Thank you very much, please, look after my mother, father, and sisters, " I'd pleaded with him, tears threatening to flow out of my eyes.

"I will. Your mother and father are also mine, and your sisters are my cousins."

"It's too late to cry over spilled milk," I told myself; taking a deep breath, I walked into the office.

Compared to what I was expecting, the owner of the restaurant was a young man, he was seated on an armchair, and on seeing me, he smiled mischievously.

"Good afternoon, I am Birdie High, and I am resuming my first day at work," I replied as politely as I could.

Before coming here, I made a promise to myself that I was going to be nicer, and I will make new friends.

"Birdie, is it?" He looked at me from head to toe. Although I knew he was scanning my outfit, I didn't bother to complain.

"Yes sir," I replied and smiled broadly at him.

"I am Bension, but you can call me Ben, and I am the manager and CEO of this bar, 'Meet and Marry," he introduced himself, and my smile widened.

"Nice to meet you, sir," I said and stretched out my arm to him.

"Just call me Ben," he replied and stood up and surprisingly he shook my hands.

"I see you have a great beauty…… " he mumbled, but I heard what he said clearly. "How about I lead you to some of my biggest customers, then you must convince them to buy at least one bottle of an expensive wine if they buy it, the job is yours to keep, and I will increase your salary by fifty percent," he proposed, his eyes still scanning my face and my body.

"And if they don't?" I asked with raised eyebrows, unprepared for the worst.

"It's simple," he smiled. "I don't want a liability in my bar house," he replied and smirked mischievously.

I gulped a large amount of my spit begging God to show me mercy.

"By the way, do you have a boyfriend? I mean girlfriend?” He asked with a gentle smile on his face as we both walked out of his office, catching me by surprise.

"No, I don't," I replied as politely as I could, although I found his question suspicious.

"Good, that's better."

He murmured to himself, happy at that development. Ben didn't lead me to the usual bar parlor, we both passed through another staircase, and the room we entered was out of this world.

It was decorated with glass, and bottles of expensive wine, alcohol, and gin. Different rich, handsome, hefty, and cute men filled the room.

In another corner, some people were praising a man, but I wasn't able to see his face. As my eyes scanned the room, I noticed that the man being praised was staring at me, his eyes cold and ruthless, ready to eat up my very soul.

It was none other than the most wanted fugitive, Black Wolf himself. He was surrounded by some group of men who I guess were his friends. He kept staring at me, and I caught cold feet immediately.

My heart raced as Black Wolf's gaze locked onto mine. My palms grew sweaty, and I struggled to maintain a steady smile.

Is he able to recognize me? Does he know who I am, and what I am here for? Different questions ran through my mind but I had to pull myself together.

As I was thinking about what to do, I heard Ben's excited voice.

"Why don't we start with my number one customer, he is called Black Wolf, make sure he buys an expensive wine, or else, you are fired!" He whispered into my ears menacingly.

As I made my way towards Black Wolf, my mind raced with conflicting thoughts. 'What if he recognizes me? What if I blow my cover?' I thought, my heart pounding in my chest. But then, I remembered why I was here - to bring him down, to make a difference. 'I can do this,' I told myself, trying to sound convincing.

But the closer I got, the more my doubts crept in. 'What if I'm not good enough? What if I'm just a foolish little boy playing dress-up?' I pushed the thoughts aside, focusing on my training, my mission. 'I've got this,' I repeated, trying to sound confident.

Yet, as I locked eyes with Black Wolf, I felt a shiver run down my spine. His gaze was piercing, as if he could see right through me. 'What if he knows?' I thought, my mind racing with worst-case scenarios. 'What if I'm walking into a trap?'

I took a deep breath, trying to calm my nerves. 'I'm Birdie High, a carefree bartender,' I reminded myself. 'I don't know anything about Maverick or the Secret Service.' I forced a smile, trying to appear nonchalant, but inside, I was screaming.

"What the fuck? How is a male spy supposed to seduce and convince the handsome criminal he's sent to investigate?"
