Stolen by the Alien King
Mystery Soprano
Introduction
In a world ravaged by an unstoppable alien force, Aeliana’s small town has remained untouched—until now. As destruction closes in, her family makes an impossible choice to survive: they offer her as a slave to the alien king. Expecting to endure a lifetime of torment at the hands of the ruthless warlord, Aeliana is taken from Earth, her future a dark and terrifying unknown.
But when she meets the enigmatic King Tharx, her fate shifts in ways she never imagined. Cold and distant, yet fiercely protective, Tharx spares Aeliana from the cruelty of his empire. As a fragile peace forms between them, Aeliana realizes that beneath his ruthless exterior lies a man haunted by his own demons—and perhaps something more.
Thrown into a world of treacherous politics, deadly alliances, and interstellar war, Aeliana must navigate the alien court where she is seen as nothing more than a human weakness. Yet, as tensions rise and enemies close in, she finds herself drawn to Tharx in ways she cannot deny. With danger mounting and their empire on the verge of rebellion, their forbidden bond could either save them both—or destroy everything.
Will Aeliana remain a captive in his cold fortress, or will she rise to claim her place as queen beside the most feared ruler in the galaxy?

This is crazy. Seriously, someone like Tharx who is dead set against his daughter leaving their world, yet all of his children are on this journey. That's completely illogical. No ruler anywhere would leave his empire totally vulnerable without any heir to come after him should something go terribly wrong in this journey. 🤔

Why do i feel as though she's going to go to earth and fall in love and want to bring him back to rule beside her. An opposite situation to her parents.

I'm curious how this heir is going to come about when she's human and he's not

What I don't get is why keep her in one central location? That made her the easiest mark ever. As smart and strategic as Tharx appears to be, it would have made more sense to keep her with him at all times. At least she stood a better chance at not getting captured and used against him.

Overall good read. A little repetitive at times but it was cool.

as much stuff that has "broken" with him he's a shattered mess long before the rebellion started in honest and it's very repetitious. has good bones a good story line but the meat of this story could use some major reworking. It feels a lot like 50 shades series. good baseline but 1or 2 things repeated a half million times. it's tiresome. I find myself skipping around the repeated info. I keep reading because I like the rest of the story
