"Trashy, my problem is that we were having a conversation and your big mouth and sweaty, nasty hands interrupted us." I grab her forearms and slowly turn her in the opposite direction. "Move along, girl." She shoots me one last death glare before wobbling away, disappearing into the crowd. I turn to find Leo in a laughing hysteria. "Shut it, pepperoni." I slump into my seat and roll my eyes at him.
"That was quite amusing. I didn't have to do anything," he continued his laughing as I just sat there admiring his contagious laugh that brought a smile to my face.
"Hilarious," I retort and look away to stop any laugh that wanted to escape as my eyes fall on a tall lean blonde man that stared hungrily at me. Slowly he began walking towards me like a tiger about to catch his prey, but doesn't realize that I'm no prey. I let him approach me, his eyes never leaving my body.
"Do you work at the post office?" He slurred and stumbled a little forward a little. I narrow my eyes at him in disgust before he continues, "because I saw you checking out my package." He fails miserably at attempting to smirk sexily at me as I could sense Leo shift in his seat.
"What package? The one you don't have?" Leo begins laughing again next to me making me clench my fists even more. The man drops his ugly smirk and looks at me dumbly.
"This junk," he points to his crotch and smiles again.
"Exactly!" I hiss at him. "It's junk and it belongs in the junkyard. So, why don't you make your way there?"
"You heard her," Leo finally intervenes with a smile still lingering on his face.
"And why do you care?" He mistakes to challenge Leo whose head tilted to the side maliciously as a dangerous smirk danced on his face.
He pulls me down onto his lap and snakes his left arm around my waist while the his other one rested on my exposed right knee. "Because she's my girl." He looks up at me and smiles. "Isn't that right, baby?" He kisses my jaw sending a million chills throughout my body and at the same time setting my body on fire. The burning sensation burned through each of my veins and passed to another as his eyes lured me in and drowned me deep into them while his drowned in mine. My little lady down below began to soak my panties due to the close proximity of his presence, making me shift a little on his lap that slightly poked something up my thigh.
"She'll leave you any day for this." The man dared to speak again forcing us both to glare at him. I slide off angrily and rush towards the man, grabbing his balls and digging my nails deep into them.
"Leave or I'll rip them out." The man's face turned red in agony and sheer pain as his eyes began to tear up. Squeezing them a little harder, he squirmed under my hold before I let go. He grabs his aching balls and runs in the opposite direction as quickly as possible without looking back.
"Wow!" Leo bursts out into another fit of laughter and looks at me with amazement etched onto each feature. "Just when I think you couldn't impress me anymore, you turn and slap it in my face." Grabbing my hand, he pulls me down onto my seat. "Damn woman. You intrigue me everyday and I'm so proud of you."
He managed to calm me a little but a little thread of anger still coursed through my body. "I should talk to the owner and get his ass kicked out. Absolutely filthy." I spit and watch as Leo motions a suited man to come over.
"Kick that man out and make sure he doesn't come back." Leo ordered and turned back to me.
"Yes, boss!" The man turns and rushed towards his target. Grabbing him by his collar, he hauls him out within a minute.
"Of course," I scoff and roll my eyes at Leo. "Of course, it's your club." He laughs and grips my hand again, stroking it slowly.
"You wanted the owner to kick him out and that's what I did. Your wish is my command, love." He sweetly smiles forcing my mouth to erupt into one.
"That's too cheesy for even you, Mr. Pepperoni."
We both laugh as he looks behind me. "Your friend is here and I think she'd want her seat back." He gets up and kisses my forehead. "I have to make a quick call, I'll be right back. Don't go anywhere.
(Leo's POV)
"Yeah, just got in the jet. Everything is set and ready to go."
"Great! Fly safe. I'll see you tomorrow." I hang up on Mike and pace out of the office that was situated below the roaring club. My men guarded each corner of the hallway that I walked through, making my way back to my queen. Her sexy perfume mixed with her natural hormone inducing scent made me want to dive my face into her neck and taste every inch of her. It's taking all in me to control my emotions around this goddess. I want to keep her at a distance but when I see her, all those thoughts fade away as she invades my mind and soul.
Pulling her down onto my lap and kissing her jaw wasn't the best move, but seeing that filthy pig eyeing her up and down just pushed me to act. Now I have a hard on and can't do anything about it. Her jealousy wasn't very discreet either. The way she shooed that trashy woman away made my entire night and the way she grabbed that man balls, forcing tears to his eyes, made me fall further deep into the well named love. I need to get ahold of myself before I do something that will make her the permanent prisoner to my heart.
Stepping into the booming club from the employees only door, I push sweaty people out of my way and stride towards her. She seemed to be enjoying herself as she cocked her head back and let out a laugh. I near her and place my hand on her shoulder, urging her to turn around. "Leo!" She beamed excitedly, "oops! I mean Easton."
"What did you give her?" Sophie glares at me angrily as she rises from her seat and invades my personal space. "What the fuck did you give her?"
"Watch your tongue, woman." I scowl at her and push her out of my way, cupping Arie's burning face into my large hands. "Love, what did you drink?"
"Whaaaaaaat?" She slurs timidly and laughs again. "I sat here like a good girl and just had some water." I look at her glass and snatch it off the counter. An unsettling smell wafts up my nose when I sniff the glass, making me scrunch them in disgust and anger.
"Did you spike her drink?" Sophie roars at me again as she grabs my forearm and whips me around.
"Don't you ever touch me." My voice comes out in a slow seething manner, compelling her to release her grip on me and glare right back.
"You don't know who I am." Putting her hands on her hips, she cocks her brow at me.
"And you don't know who I am." I step closer to her and growl with my hands clenched into fists with rage filling me inside out. Looking down, she stepped back. She may be getting on my nerves but she's also Arie's friend who is concerned about her. "Just stay with her while I have a chat with the bartender."
I stomp away and motion three of my men in the corner to come close. "Hey," I bark at the bartender and grab his attention. He just nods and continues making a drink, ignoring my call. "Mathias, go show off your bartending skills." I order one of my men who stood beside me. Mathias nods, removing his suit jacket and dragging the bartender towards me before attending the drunk population.
"What is this?" The bartender asked as he looked at me and then my two men with utter confusion and slight fear behind his gray eyes.
I put my hand around his shoulder and take him to a private booth on the far end of the club. Pushing him down onto the leathered seat, I speak, "we're going to have a little chat." I lightly straighten my spine and pull out a gun from the waistband of my suit pants. "Cover me!" I order and punch the muzzle into the bartender's stomach making him gasp in fear and wince a little in pain. "Scream and I'll kill you on the spot."
He pulls his lips into a thin line and nods immediately. "Good." I whip him up to his feet and maneuver him around people, giving him a clear view of Arie. "Do you see that woman in the navy blue dress there? What did you mix in her drink?"
"Nothing, sir," he wheezes out.
"Don't lie to me." I spat and pinned the gun to his lower spine. "Tell me the truth."
"I swear. I didn't mix anything in her drink. She asked me for some water and I began to pour some for her when a woman came up to me and handed me a glass of water saying that I should give this to her friend."
"Her friend?" My blood began to boil even more, burning my veins throughout my body. If Sophie did this then she won't be getting married anytime soon or perhaps never.
