You and I are going to have a talk about how to treat my baby girl. Hurt her and you’ll never be seen again. – Molly
Molly sat the young prospect down before Brute and Scrapper took the mother house brothers back to their clubhouse. He was smart enough to know that if he told his headstrong daughter to stay away from the kid, that is the exact opposite of what she would do. So, he did the next best thing.
Put the fear of God in the young man.
And threatened to kill the kid if her hurt Priscilla.
Her uncles let it be known that Leo could disappear, and no one would think twice about it. Dom even insinuated that after making his body disappear, she would file a missing persons report. And volunteer to help search for him.
With a warning look at the young prospect, Molly turned away and ignored Leo as he guided Priscilla outside and around to the back of the clubhouse. But it did not stop him from asking the brothers on camera duty to keep an eye on her.
Priscilla
Priscilla sat at a table near the pool tables, waiting for her younger sisters to win their current games. Just like the other girls, she wore shorts and a Devil’s Saints T-shirt with the DS on the front and the patch on the back. The two letters were entwined with a horn on the outer edge of the S and the straight line of the D. The S ended in a devil’s tail that wrapped around the straight line of the D. A golden halo hung off the horn on the S.
The patch on the back of the heather gray shirt had a red devil riding a motorcycle. He had a crazed look on his face with his tongue hanging out of his mouth on the right side. A halo hung on the left horn and giant angel wings flowed out behind him.
She wore thick soled lace up riding boots and thick purple socks that peaked out just above her boot tops. Long brownish black hair was in a tight French braid down to just above her bra line. A small plate with icing that she did not like sat on the table next to her bottle of Wild Cherry Pepsi.
Priscilla laughed at Celt who swore under his breath as Eliza sank the last stripe ball and eight ball on the same shot. Her younger sister snagged up the twenty-dollar bill and gave a sassy thank you before calling for her next victim.
Popping another nut in her mouth, the oldest Lowery daughter was amused at her sister and uncle. Her cousin, Aramis, stepped up and slapped a twenty-dollar bill down on the edge of the pool table.
“You’re going down,” he declared as grabbed up his preferred stick.
Eliza laughed as she racked the balls. “You wish.”
Priscila grabbed another small handful of nuts from the small bowl that her younger sister, Fatima, had brought over. The younger Lowery had already picked out all the cashews and Brazil nuts and left the others for her older sisters.
Aramis walked over to the other table and kissed his very pregnant girlfriend, “She’s probably going to win, don’t think less of me.”
“I promise, I won’t,” Megan assured him.
Looking over at her cousin and his girlfriend, Priscilla watched as Leo approached her. He was tall and lean with a military haircut that was short enough that it was difficult to decide if his hair was black or dark brown. Chocolate brown eyes fell on her as a smile crept across his face.
Someone called his name, and he turned to answer them. This gave her a clear view of the spots on the side of his head. There were about a dozen oddly shaped spots that ranged from blonde to strawberry blonde and gave him his name of Leo.
While he was talking to Ryder, she took the opportunity to appraise him. His right arm was sleeved out almost all the way to his elbow. A snake wrapped around his upper arm facing his elbow and a black panther climbed up his arm to face off with the snake.
Ryder nodded and walked away as Leo turned back towards Priscilla. He caught her looking at him and gave her a knowing smile. With a cocky swagger that she always associated with the Saints, he approached her. He grabbed her soda with one hand and her free hand with his other.
With a gentle tug, he pulled her off the high wooden chair and to her feet. Tossing the last of her nuts in her mouth, she rubbed the salt off her palm on her denim shorts. Excitedly, she let him guide her out the front door and around to a picnic table at the back of the building.
“I’ve been thinking about this since I met you two weeks ago.”
“Taz and Riff getting married?” she asked as he helped her sit on the top of the table.
Chuckling he shook his head, “Umm, no.” he cupped her neck with his hands on either side and his thumbs on her chin, tipping her face up. “This. This is what I was thinking about.”
His lips lightly brushed across hers a few times before he trailed his tongue along the seam of her lips. Under a little pressure, he persuaded her to open her mouth. Stepping in closer, he deepened the kiss as he dipped his tongue inside her mouth.
Dragging her nails up his back, she cupped the back of his head and scooted closer to the edge of the table. Priscilla had kissed boys before, and once on a dare at a sleepover just before a softball tournament, had kissed the shortstop. Kaely was definitely a good kisser. But she had nothing on Leo.
His lips moved across hers as their tongues did a dance together. Pulling back slightly, he nibbled on her lips, and she gave a soft whimper. Giving a light growl in response, he moved to place light kisses along her jaw, moving his hand into her hair.
“Have I told you how beautiful you are?” he murmured against her ear.
“Not today,” she grinned.
“Let me correct that,” he bit on her earlobe above her silver and purple amethyst studs. “You’re very beautiful. Probably one of the most beautiful women that I know.”
He moved back to her lips and sucked her bottom lip into his mouth. Priscilla whimpered as he dragged his teeth across her tender lip.
Voices grew louder as two brothers approached the back of the building. The young couple broke apart guiltily as two nearby motorcycles roared to life. They both laughed softly as he rested his forehead against hers.
Leo gave her a light kiss, “We should probably go back inside.”
Smiling, Priscilla kissed him back, “Yeah, probably.”
Giving her another kiss, he moved back slightly and then lifted his head. “I think I’d rather stay here and make out a little more.”
“That sounds nice,” she agreed as she pulled him back down to her for another kiss.
The motorcycles that had left earlier returned and the two brothers caused Leo to move away from Priscilla. One of the voices he recognized as belonging to Scrapper this time.
Looking down at his smart watch, he realized that they had been back here for just over half an hour.
“Prospect!” Brute called and Priscilla laughed as Leo grimaced.
“I have to go this time.”
Priscilla pushed him away and hopped off the table. “Good luck with that,” she said as she headed for the back door and entered her code into the electronic lock.
Shaking his head, he watched her disappear into the building. Just before the door closed, she looked over her shoulder through the open crack and blew him a kiss.
Halfway down the hallway, she realized that he still had her drink. Stopping in at the restaurant, Nessie’s Kitchen, that was housed in the bottom floor of the Shack, Priscilla grabbed herself a new soda and put her money in the jar.
“Hey, lass,” Nessie called as she walked out of the kitchen and into the dining room.
“What’s up, Ness?”
The Scottish woman handed the teen a book, “Just got the new one in.”
Laughing, the teen looked at the book in question, “Just got it in, or just got it back*?”
Nessie gave a laugh of her own, “Poh-tay-toe, puh-tot-oh. They’re both best wit butter, chase and bacon.”
“And sour cream,” Priscilla added knowing Nessie preferred her baked potatoes without sour cream.
“Naucht,” Nessie gave a small, disgusted shudder. “Is yer mon a good kissah?”
The teen couldn’t help the smile that broke out across her face.
“Oh, aye, he is,” Nessie laughed. “Yeh know there’s cameras back there?”
“There’s cameras everywhere, Ness. I also have five moms that will keep dad in check.”
