Chapter 9 My Boyfriend Helped a Group of Guys Drug Me
Anna's POV
I figured since the locker room incident didn't blow up right away, it was all good. But, boy, was I wrong. A few days later, everyone was buzzing about it.
"Was that really Isaac? Or maybe Nick?" someone asked.
"Isaac even made sure to protect that girl's head from the door. I'm so jealous of her!" another chimed in.
"The forum's already taking bets. The top guesses are the rich beauty Tina and the tough military heiress Jenny. They've both been hanging out with Isaac a lot lately. Who do you think she is?"
I was stuck cleaning the classroom because the class president asked me to help out. Usually, five students from each group would do it together, but everyone dumped the work on me. The class president even used some class funds to pay me, making it my solo job.
While I was cleaning the hallway outside the back door, I overheard my classmates talking. Curious, I pulled out my phone and checked the school forum.
The post had blown up and was now at the top of the homepage. Everyone was trying to figure out who the girl was.
[Got some inside scoop: Tina's starting her own brand, and Isaac's been helping her get sponsorships from big names in our city's fashion scene!]
[So jealous! I want a boyfriend like that too!]
[Me too!]
There were hundreds of comments, probably because our school was in SA city, a famous fashion hub. For over a century, it had been a neutral zone among four tribes due to its status as a fashion symbol.
No wonder I hadn't seen Isaac lately. He hadn't been back to the manor because he was busy helping Tina. Someone even posted a photo of Isaac and Tina shopping together, with Isaac carrying a ton of stuff for her.
Just then, a few classmates tried to leave through the back door. I didn't have time to move out of the way and got shoved. The bucket of water I was using to mop the floor tipped over, spilling water everywhere. I fell, and my skirt got soaked.
Lisa, the girl who pushed me, snapped, "You got my shoes dirty. Come clean them!"
There were a lot of people passing by, and I was just sitting there, stunned.
A bunch of professors were heading our way. I wondered if they'd call out Lisa if they saw this mess. Even a little scolding would make me feel better.
"Hurry up," Lisa snapped, "I need to ask Isaac if he's seeing anyone!"
Lisa was one of Isaac's die-hard fans. Even though Isaac barely remembered her name and only said hi out of politeness, she loved to brag about how close they were.
When Isaac and his crew picked on me, Lisa was the first to rally the girls in class to freeze me out. She was super popular.
"Clean them right. If you embarrass us in front of those football guys, you'll pay for it!" one of Lisa's friends barked at me.
I bent down and scrubbed Lisa's shoes hard.
By now, the professors were right there. They were some of the top experts in the computer science department. Among them was a young guy in a black mask, who I guessed was Leon.
Leon always wore an oversized white hoodie and a black mask. It looked cool, and he was handsome even with the mask on. Maybe it was just a genius thing. When Leon walked, it was like he brought a breeze with him. Some professors had to speed up to keep pace.
One professor said, "We still haven't found a model that can reduce interference factors to a negligible level."
"Yeah, it's a tough nut to crack," another professor agreed.
But Leon turned and said coolly, "The model you're testing can barely be used."
"Really?" the old professor next to him asked.
Leon thought for a second and then said, "Yeah, by introducing the VAE algorithm and adding a flow-based model, you can solve about 70% of the problem."
The professor got excited and pointed to the whiteboard in the hallway. "Leon, write down the process."
These boards were at the entrance of every classroom. They stopped at our classroom door, and a few professors noticed me cleaning shoes and the girls blocking me, but they didn't care. Their focus was all on Leon, who was scribbling a bunch of complex formulas on the whiteboard.
After filling the board, Leon explained a few points, then wiped it clean and wrote new stuff.
The professors had a quick discussion and seemed pretty impressed.
"This solution is feasible. It hasn't been tested yet, right? I'll have students test it overnight."
They kept chatting and walked off with Leon, not even glancing at my situation. Guess I shouldn't have expected anything.
"Get lost, Anna." Lisa stomped on my white sneakers a couple of times before leaving with her crew.
After mopping the floor, I started scrubbing the marks off my sneakers. I didn't want to look a mess at Danial's birthday celebration.
In the afternoon, I got a message from Danial: [Anna, I'm waiting for you at the school gate.]
My heart started racing. I had a pretty good idea of what might go down tonight.
"Happy birthday, cheers!" Daniel's friends cheered around him. They were all invited to celebrate his birthday, and none of them had brought a date.
Danial's glass had half a cup of blue liquor. I remembered Isaac once telling me that the drink Danial gave me was a blueberry cocktail.
They started playing games, but Daniel lost in one of the rounds. His drink was suddenly fed to me with a kiss. "When we graduate, let's get married," he said, tenderly kissing my hand amidst the crowd's teasing.
"Danial, I feel dizzy." For some reason, my vision started to blur after drinking that cocktail.
"Baby, let me take you to rest." Danial helped me up and held my waist.
I thought I had already told him I was willing to be with him tonight, so he had no reason to drug me.
But now I felt way dizzier than when I was just drunk. I tried to stay awake, but my eyelids were already drooping. To others, it probably looked like I had fallen asleep.
Then I heard a girl's voice in the room. "Danial, I want to be with you right here. Do you want to see the lace lingerie I got you? It's your birthday gift."
Danial hesitated at first, but after hearing about the lace lingerie, his breathing got heavier. "Alright, as you wish."
"Danial, faster!" The girl urged between gasps.
"Baby, I love you to death. That boring Anna is nothing compared to you!" Danial, who had just called me baby, was now calling someone else baby on the same bed.
My heart felt like it was being ripped apart. I never expected Danial to be unfaithful.
"Danial, will your friends come and mess with Anna later?" The girl asked curiously.
Danial replied, "Yes, all five of them will come, including Sam."
At that moment, it felt like a sledgehammer to the chest. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Danial had sold me out to so many people, including Sam, who had always wanted to violate me.
Danial had even told me he would take revenge on Sam. I never thought this was his way of doing it.
"But won't you guys be held responsible? So many people could cripple or kill her." The girl sounded a bit worried.
Danial kissed the girl. "Don't worry. Tomorrow I'll tell Anna it was just me and her. She won't know the truth. Besides, she doesn't have her own wolf yet, so she's probably just an omega. No law will condemn so many Alphas for an omega girl."
A tear rolled down from the corner of my eye. I couldn't believe I only just found out that Danial was dating me just to hand me over to his Alpha friends.
Indeed, someone like me, living at the bottom, didn't deserve love.
The girl, being pounded by Danial, could barely speak coherently, "But... didn't you say she lives at The Allen Manor? Won't Isaac and the others cause trouble for you? Will they call Anna this late?"
Danial patted the girl's bouncy butt and reassured her, "Don't worry, my uncle is the school chairman. And even though the Allen family is one of the most powerful tribes in the south, they can't afford to make enemies with so many tribes. Even if we raped Anna in front of Isaac, what could he do? Not even his father could take Anna away!"
The girl responded admiringly, "Honey, you're amazing!"
The two became more intense, their gasps and the sound of their bodies colliding filled the room, while my heart was full of despair.
Her worries were unnecessary. Isaac wouldn't care about me; he was out shopping with Tina.
It turned out Danial's uncle was the school chairman. He never mentioned it to me.
Danial's repeated protection was just a way to gain my trust. I hated myself for being so stupid, thinking I could find true love and ending up in this situation!
After about half an hour, Danial finished his wild sex with the girl, and footsteps echoed in the room.
The drug's effect had lessened a bit, and I could barely open my eyes, but I didn't dare to. My eyelashes even started to tremble.
"I never thought Anna was that pretty before, but now I think she's quite nice. I can't wait!" A guy laughed.
Sam seemed to throw something away. "Don't use condoms. Just cum inside her. If she gets pregnant, no man will help her!"
Sam's voice made me nauseous. He was so cautious and cruel.
"Come on in, guys. Let's see whose child she'll carry!" A guy urged, trying to pull off my skirt.
I used all my strength to struggle, but another person roughly spread my legs apart.
