Chapter 8

Angelina

My head hurts a lot. I tried to open my eyes and take in the surroundings. Where am I? This isn't my place neither Lexis's nor my aunt's. I tried to focus on the last thing I remember and then the images of last night start flashing across my mind. I start sweating.

Oh god... am I kidnapped by the same men..?? But I vividly remember a man who was fighting for me. He did save me, didn't he? Could he leave me there with those man-eaters and run. He was too strong than them so possibly he couldn't lose.

I needed something to drink. My throat felt dry. I saw that there was a glass of juice kept on the nightstand across the bed. So I took it and drink it in a breath.

Damn my throat hurts.

I closed my eyes, waiting for the pain in my throat to subside. After I feel a bit better, I open my eyes to take in the room where I have taken comfort. When I look around the room it seemed familiar. Then the realization hits me and I gasp.

Oh my god...

This is the room which I always dreamt of. I always wanted my room to be a big one, with a glass ceiling above my bed so that I could sleep under the moonlight. I also wanted a separate wall that will contain a bookshelf so I could read anytime I liked.

I slowly made my way toward the bookshelf to see the books.

Oh god...

Those were the same books that were my favorite. I remember leaving the library membership because I couldn't afford the money for it. I really missed reading those books. But I think the owner of the room had exactly the same taste as mine.

But this is somewhat weird.

How the person could have same type of room which I ever wished for with the same books which I liked a lot.

Strange

Really strange.

It was as if the person had stolen my diary and made the exact replica of the room which I had mentioned in my diary. But now I needed to use the bathroom. So I started looking for the bathroom door. I reached for the first door. Then it was a closet. But it was not any closet. It was...

Oh, Jesus...

The dresses were exactly of my size and the majority of them were which I had tried but didn't take it because of its expensive price. All the dresses, and footwear were me tried any time I had gone with Lexi or my mother for shopping.

This is not happening.

Either I am dead that I am able to see all I ever wanted to have or the owner of this room has stolen my diary.

Creepy
