Chapter 4 A Decade of Conquest

According to the Fifth Chapter Era, Titan giants were born legendary and could reach the realm of demigods when they reached adulthood.

And the great King of Titans, even if he didn't exalt his divine throne, still possessed greatness comparable to that of a god!

This was the Titan Giant, the master of half of the Swift Fereland world!

Feeling the greatness of the Titan Giant's aura, Mike became more cautious, and the pride of a traveler was buried deep in his heart.

He was still a mortal creature, not even a transcendent, and in a world full of transcendent greatness that could kill him at any time, the only thing to do was to be careful.

Flying over the airspace of the Hays Forest, the Eagleman and Horned Eagle patrolling the skies didn't stop them, allowing them to land directly into the camp where the Eagleman gathered.

As soon as they landed, a soldier from the Eagleman royal court came before them.

It was a middle-aged Eagleman, clad in wolf skin, and although he didn't have a transcendent aura in his body, he had the aura of a battle-hardened man.

He asked indifferently.

'Which tribe are you from and who is the leader?"

Mike stepped forward and answered.

'Elder of the royal court, I am the leader, we are from the High Savage Mountain tribe."

The middle-aged Eagleman soldier gave a faint 'hmmm", obviously not having heard of the High Savage Mountain tribe.

He glanced at the bronze weapons and armor that Mike and the others were carrying, not caring.

A small tribe of Eagleman, there was even a female Eagleman inside, what was there to care about?

'You come with me, the tribe of Eagleman from the east is under the command of Lord Morgan."

The middle-aged Eagleman soldier led them through half of the camp to a dirty, sprawling camp.

The trees here had all been cut down, leaving an empty dirt meadow.

Mike's eyes swept over it briefly and roughly figured out that there were about 10,000 Eagleman warriors stationed here, with gray and black feathered morgans interspersed and dotted on the ground like a large gray and black net.

The middle-aged Eagleman casually pointed to a corner.

'You guys will stay there for the time being."

After saying that, he was ready to turn around and leave.

They were all cannon fodder that would die on the battlefield anyway, and he didn't have much desire to converse.

Mike hurriedly called out to him and asked with a sincere face.

'Elder, I have yet to ask for your name. Also, I don't know where Lord Morgan's camp is, and how we should follow his military orders?"

The place was a mess, and the Eagleman people were gathered together in a chaotic manner, and they did not know how to unify their command.

Mike felt that it was better to figure it out.

At his words, the middle-aged Eagleman soldier stared back in surprise, the disdain in his eyes came from the bottom of his heart, and he said in amusement.

'What qualifications do you have to follow Lord Morgan's orders, when the time comes, someone will come over to greet you."

Saying that, he pointed to an Eagleman camp not far away.

An Eagleman warrior of the Royal Court holding a bone spear flew in mid-air and cursed loudly at the several Eagleman tribes below.

'You, you, you, and you, take your clansmen and set off with me!"

The Eagleman people who were called didn't dare to resist at all, gathered their clansmen and set off with him.

There were more than a dozen of them, and only a few of them, and each Eagleman's eyes contained numbness.

Obviously, this was not the first time they had been drafted like this.

Each small tribe came here with fifty men, and the rest went there, apparently long dead.

Mike's eyes heaved down as he watched.

'I understand, Elder."

'Well, it's good that you understand, and there are some things that I don't want to say too harshly. You small tribes sheltered under the royal court, listen well to the orders, and in any case, when the war is over, you will be able to go back to a few."

'As for my name, you will not need to know it."

The middle-aged Eagleman soldier spoke in a flat tone, pointing to the edge of another forest.

'By the way, don't think of escaping, where you look is the end of the escapee!"

Mike responded and looked, only to see that there were densely inserted rows and rows of Eagleman corpses, by wooden clubs in the mouth and out of the lower body, dripping with blood and stuck in the soil.

He could not help but be silent, while the middle-aged Eagleman laughed.

'Kid, don't be smart, Eagleman like you are nothing more than mole crickets and grasses in general. You can only live if the royal court lets you live, and you have to die if it lets you die, so behave yourselves."

After saying this, he lifted his wings and flew away to meet the next tribe.

Leaving Mike standing in place, his claws clenched and his eyes deep.

'Such a royal court, Eagleman can have any future, no wonder the future, reduced to one of the weakest demons, sooner or later I will take its place!"

Behind him, the Eagleman warriors who grew up with Mike also showed indignation, but they all held back and didn't seize.

It wasn't until that middle-aged Eagleman left that an Eagleman stepped forward and asked.

'Mike, what are we going to do next?"

Mike sniffed, glanced at the Eagleman Tanlio squad flying in the sky, and laughed.

'They shout theirs, we'll do our own. Bring out the bone spears we copied earlier, and let's go on our own patrol."

An Eagleman stepped forward and held out a long animal skin wrapped around something to Mike.

Mike removed the animal skin, picked up the bone spear, and smiled at the crowd of Eagleman.

'From now on, I'm a soldier of the royal court, and I'll take you out to explore, all follow me!"

'Alright leo!"

He was looking for the location of the old turtle, and even if the Eagleman Royal Court didn't order him, he was willing to go on an expedition.

However, the route of this expedition, it was safer for him to speak for himself.

As for whether or not he would be discovered, it didn't matter.

Left and right was a death, and in order to awaken the Transcendent, he had to take a risk.

Taking some cured meat with him, he inquired around towards the Eagleman people around him who had already carried out their mission.

Mike then held a bone spear, donned a bearskin coat, and pretended to be a royal court guard to lead his clan to take off and fly right beyond the camp.

The journey was uneventful, and there were too many such parties for any Eagleman to care.

One King's Court Eagleman went out with fifty Eagleman tribal warriors, and another returning King's Court Eagleman returned with a dozen or so tribal Eaglemen.

Often the greatest losses were made to the scout class of soldiers before the start of a battle.

In this sky, Eagleman tribal warriors were the weakest existence, not to mention the giant dragon hybrids that crisscrossed the sky, all kinds of flying sub-dragon species, bipedal flying dragons, and so on, even the griffins were able to flatten a team of fifty Eagleman scouts.

Just as Mike was about to fly out of the edge of the camp, one of the royal court Eagleman guards guarding the edge of the camp suddenly frowned and flew in front of him, asking expressionlessly.

'Who are you, and how come I've never seen you before?"

'I'm new here today."

Mike calmly returned.

His expression was extremely natural, so that the Royal Court Eagleman guarding the camp couldn't see anything wrong with him, so he nodded and let him go.

Behind them, the clansmen's heartbeats were on the verge of ringing, and when they saw the guards letting them go, they finally breathed a sigh of relief.

Seeing Mike's actions, once again, their hearts lifted.

Only to see that Mike did not leave, but instead quietly stepped forward and shoved a piece of gold into his hand, asking.

'This big brother, little brother has just arrived, may I ask about that place where the battle for the sky is the most intense."

Gold was hard currency even in the ancient times, and this piece of gold was also obtained during the extermination of the Snakeman tribe.

The guard Eagleman nodded in satisfaction and smiled.

'I understand, these days, the war in the east has been the most intense, even the Transcendent Eagleman nobles have fallen a few. Little brother, you've just arrived, it's most appropriate to fly towards the west."

'Thank you big brother."

Mike smiled and nodded his head, then he led his clansmen to fly towards the west.

Next to the camp of the Eagleman was the camp of the Goblins, this ragtag race of the future era was one of the great clans among the subordinate races under the Titans in the current Taikoo era.

They had a population of tens of millions of people, spread throughout the entire world of Fereland, and even under the banner of the ancient dragons, they were also present.

Goblins are very smart, at least Mike can see, in the goblin camp, many huge stone throwers were built, in addition to these, there are also wooden archery towers, low tents, than a mess of Eagleman camp can be much more organized.

Next to the goblins were the trolls, and the trolls were much like the Eaglemen, with a very haphazard and disorganized camp.

For all Mike knew, the ancestors of the elegant and beautiful elves of the future might be among them.

Further on, there were centaurs, dwarves, orcs, and so on.

All of them were the epitome of the intelligent races of this world.

Flying out of the camp, Mike led his people further west, searching for signs of small lakes, pools, and streams.

As for the great river that ran through the forest, the old turtle's recollections described it as by no means the place where he had lived as a young boy.

At night, he returned with his clan in groups.

Just like this, he went out early and returned late, and it was not a problem for anyone to realize that his clan had not decreased much.

After a few days of searching in the west, Mike didn't find where the old turtle was inhabiting.

On the fifth day, on going out, the Eagleman guard at the gate stopped him and told him he couldn't keep going to the safest west.

There was no choice but for Mike to take his people and head south.
