7-Serving Food On My Naked Body
Yune:
The sky was bright and clear that day, but I didn’t have time to enjoy it. Today was important—the Whitlocks were coming, and that meant extra work for all of us. When the nobles visited, everything had to be perfect, or there would be trouble.
Mother and I had been busy since morning, making sure the tavern was clean and ready. My hands were sore from scrubbing, and my feet already ached, but there was still so much to do. The nobles expected everything to be just right, and we couldn’t make a single mistake. Even what we wore was chosen for us. Funny thing, the youngest son, the hybrid Kedron, would come and turn everything upside down. But who could complain, right? They could. They would complain about the messy area and everything else. The parks, inns, and every shop owned by humans would get a visit from the royals that day.
I looked down at my brown muslin dress, the same as Mother’s. It wasn’t fancy, but it was the rule for peasants like us. We ran the tavern alone, without men to help us. It was hard work, but we had no choice. Today, more than ever, we had to be strong and do everything perfectly. It was just the three of us in my home—my mom, my sister, and me.
The door flew open, revealing the spoiled future Alpha King, Kedron, along with his friends. My heart raced in my chest at the sight of him. Kedron was a selfish piece of trash. He didn’t care how much trouble his actions caused others. Kedron had changed into noble clothing—he was wearing a white silk tunic, white breeches, and a blue surcoat.
“Yuna, go in the kitchen and don’t come out,” my mother pushed me aside, rushing toward the table to serve the royal prince. I slowly started walking away, my eyes still on them. The other customers had briefly bowed to him to show respect. He was practically the future king of all creatures, whether they liked it or not.
“Bring us some food with your best rose wine today,” Kedron yelled, snapping his fingers at my mother. I bet he had left his father and family’s side to do his own thing.
My mother briefly nodded, turning around to head to the kitchen when James raised his hand to snap his fingers for her attention.
“Where are the sluts?” he asked, making my skin break out in goosebumps. They treated every woman apart from the werewolves as sluts.
“It is hard to find someone for our future hybrid king. He is so perfect—no lady seems to be good enough for him,” my mother knew how to handle these men.
My mom was a cheerful person, very bold and attractive—the complete opposite of me. I had a short temper, but my mother handled things with elegance and a clever mind.
I sighed in relief when they all laughed at my mother’s words, making me think she had taken care of the matter—until I saw her turn around to walk toward the kitchen.
James got up from his seat and smacked my mother’s ass right in front of everyone’s eyes, and they all burst into laughter.
It felt like someone had their fingers wrapped around my neck, choking me. It was humiliating. My poor mother didn’t deserve this.
She forced a smile through teary eyes and then turned back to face them.
“Why don’t you give us something to enjoy since you don’t have any women for us?” James continued.
I was peeking through the kitchen curtain, my fingers gripping it tightly.
“Sure, what would you like me to do for you?” my mother kept entertaining them, clearly too afraid to upset them.
Kedron was obnoxiously cracking peanuts and chewing on them, his friends laughing at my mother.
“James, my man, I want you to lift up her dress and bite her ass cheeks until they turn red.”
Kedron had no shame. His words sent chills down my spine. I knew after this, my mom would hide from me.
But I wouldn’t let her do that.
“Aye!” James rubbed his palms together excitedly, moving behind my mother and shoving her onto the table, bending her down. My mother didn’t even fight back. He grabbed her dress from the bottom, looking around as if waiting for the crowd to cheer him on.
Kedron had a slight smirk at the corner of his lips. He was eagerly waiting for the task to be done.
To hell with my safety—I would do anything for my mother.
With that thought in my mind, I stepped out from behind the curtain. As I watched James kneel down, my voice made him get up even faster.
“What can I get for you all today?” I knew they would change their minds the moment they saw me.
Kedron raised his brow, licking his lips as if things had just started getting exciting.
My mother’s face had a horrified look. She was silently begging me to step back, but I stood tall, ready to take the burden off her shoulders.
“Who is this one?” one of his friends asked. I straightened my back and introduced myself.
“I am Luna Campbell, Mrs. Nia’s daughter,” I said, smiling at my mother, who looked absolutely terrified for me.
“We can prepare an amazing meal—” Although we ran a tavern, we made sure to serve good food too.
My mother spoke anxiously, trying to shift their attention away from me.
“Can I have her instead of the old one?” James asked, turning to his friend, watching Kedron’s face with amusement.
Kedron had his eyes fixed on me, a spark in them showing he was already anticipating something.
“No,” Kedron responded softly, shocking me.
Just a week ago, when I was at his mansion, he had told me he knew I was of age. Then, after claiming we had hooked up, I never heard from Denzel again.
He avoided me, never came to my tavern, and stayed away from places where he knew he might see me. That’s when I realized it was over between us.
But what hurt the most was how easy it was for him to be done with me. He didn’t yell at me, scold me, or even push me away. He showed no emotion—just erased me from his life.
I let out a sigh, and so did my mother when Kedron shook his head at James’ request and denied it.
However, the relief I felt was quickly crushed when Kedron spoke again.
“Serve food on your daughter's naked body. We will all feast from her naked skin today," he continued with an appreciative hoot from the customers who got excited at the suggestion. His request had left me with my jaw on the floor.
