Chapter 6 Jealousy Can Make People Lose Their Minds

Knox's POV

After Helena left, my expression instantly darkened.

Tonight I clearly felt Helena's coldness toward me. I didn't know what went wrong.

She was so happy when we went to the beach, but while I was looking for the camera, she actually ran away!

Although I searched the entire hotel and couldn't find any trace of Helena, I just had this feeling that her disappearance had something to do with Atlas.

I had no proof, but this Atlas guy was really suspicious!

I knew Atlas had been eyeing Helena both openly and secretly. Fortunately, Helena was well-raised by her family and was known as the most well-behaved woman in Starwave City. I felt confident about her, but tonight her behavior left me puzzled.

It felt like something had slipped out of control, but I couldn't find the source. Could it be because of Atlas?

I took out a cigarette and lit it, blowing out a smoke ring in frustration.

After one cigarette, my emotions finally calmed down. Maybe things weren't as bad as I imagined. Helena was just throwing a little tantrum.

Besides, we were getting married in half a month. There was no way she would cause any trouble at this point.

Thinking this, I relaxed a bit. Just as I was about to leave, my phone rang.

I took out my phone and smiled.

The call was from a young and hot model I'd recently met.

I'd spent quite a bit of money on her, but unfortunately the woman was cunning and wouldn't let me have my way.

Seeing that she wanted to keep playing hard to get, I simply cut off contact.

I didn't expect that after just a few days, this woman couldn't hold out anymore. Women really couldn't be spoiled.

After answering the call, I said casually, "Jacqueline, what's up?"

"Knox, I cooked a few dishes myself and want you to come try them. I've sent the address to your phone. Come on over."

Jacqueline's sweet, flirtatious voice came through the phone, instantly igniting my desire.

I loosened my tie in frustration and chuckled, "See you in ten minutes."

What dinner—she was the main course.

Just thinking about this beauty lying beneath me tonight, letting me do whatever I wanted, made my breathing quicken.

The thought of staying away from other women and properly courting Helena was instantly thrown out of my mind.

With Helena's intelligence, no matter how many times I cheated, she'd never find out.

There was still half a month before Helena married me. I could restrain myself after the wedding. Right now, I just wanted to enjoy the sexy Jacqueline.

With this thought, I pressed harder on the gas pedal, and the car shot forward.

Helena's POV

When I woke up the next morning, I had quite a few text messages from Knox on my phone.

I replied to one without hurry and got up to wash up.

I deliberately chose a white fitted evening dress. The soft, smooth fabric hugged my body, showing off my graceful curves.

I turned in front of the mirror, very satisfied with this look.

Today I was about watching a show, so naturally I had to dress beautifully.

The driver took me to the racetrack. From a distance, I saw Natasha and Knox standing together, laughing and chatting.

Natasha wore a low-cut red dress. The fiery red dress made her skin look delicate.

The pair of full breasts on her chest seemed eager to break free from their restraints and burst out.

Her proud figure made passing male guests stop and stare, their eyes deliberately or accidentally glancing at her chest.

Seeing this, Natasha became even more pleased, deliberately brushing her body against Knox's arm.

"Knox!"

I raised my hand and called out. When Knox saw me, he quickly left Natasha and walked over.

I saw a flash of jealous hatred cross Natasha's face. I smiled—good, let her be jealous. Only when jealous would she lose her reason.

Right in front of her, I deliberately took Knox's arm and said playfully, "Didn't you say you were going to pick me up this morning? Why didn't you? I had to come by myself."

"I'm sorry Helena; I overslept. It's my fault. It won't happen again."

I had no idea that Knox was cursing that Jacqueline in his mind right now—this morning she insisted on going another round, almost making him miss this important matter.

"Let's go inside."

After Knox finished speaking, he patted my hand and walked toward the entrance with a smile on his face.

Seeing us walk in hand in hand, Natasha's expression clearly darkened.

But soon a smile reappeared on her face as she greeted me, "Helena's here. You look so beautiful today."

Honestly, I quite admired Natasha. She acted so well that in my past life, I never discovered the affair between her and Knox.

Thinking of this, I stopped and deliberately looked at her, saying, "Natasha, that outfit looks pretty good on you today, but there's one problem—there are too many men here."

As I spoke, I covered my mouth as if realizing I'd misspoken, and said apologetically, "I'm sorry Natasha, I didn't mean it that way. I'm just concerned about you. But you don't have a boyfriend, so you're free to wear whatever you want."

"Unlike me—I have a boyfriend, so naturally I have to think about him."

I looked at Knox with a proper smile, "Right, Knox?"

Knox nodded in agreement, "Right, my Helena is the most well-behaved. Let's go inside."

As he spoke, he casually glanced at Natasha's chest.

Natasha's expression soured. She awkwardly covered her chest, opening her mouth to explain, but I didn't give her the chance.

"Okay, let's go in quickly."

I pulled Knox forward a few quick steps, not forgetting to call back to Natasha, "Natasha, hurry and keep up."

Natasha's gloomy eyes seemed ready to shoot flames. I pretended not to notice.

If she couldn't handle this, well, as long as I was around, she could forget about having any peace!

I was deliberately provoking her. Only when she got angry and lost control would she do something irrational.

Thinking that today would bring unexpected rewards, my smile deepened.

The racetrack was huge, with quite a few people already seated around it.

Knox took me to the VIP area. Shortly after we sat down, a servant came over and signaled for him to step out.

After hearing the servant's words, Knox's eyes subtly fell on me. Seeing that I hadn't noticed anything, he got up and quietly left.

After he left, I also quietly stood up and followed him. Dodging and hiding along the way, I finally saw him enter the VIP lounge on the top floor.

Looking at the closed door, I quickly took out my phone and made a call.

I didn't have to wait long before someone brought me a room card.

I took the room card with a cold laugh. These two probably never imagined that my family had shares in this racetrack. Getting a room card was a piece of cake for me.

With a soft click, the door opened. I tiptoed inside.

The room was large and empty—not a person in sight.

But soon, playful laughter came from the outdoor pool.

I hid behind the curtain and looked out. In the pool, two naked bodies were intertwined, locked in passion.

"Tell me, do you choose me or Helena?" Suddenly, Natasha's breathless voice rang out by the pool.

"Of course I choose you. How could I possibly like that drag Helena? She's not worth even a strand of your hair."

"Natasha, I can't take it anymore. Let me have you now."

As Knox's voice fell, Natasha's screams mixed with Knox's heavy breathing, splashing water violently in the pool.

I suppressed my disgust and quickly took out my phone to capture this scene.

With this evidence, neither Knox nor Natasha would escape.

I chuckled softly, turned and walked out of the room. Just as I was about to leave, suddenly a faint sound of footsteps came from behind me.

A chilling feeling instantly rose in my heart. From nervousness, the hair on my arms stood on end.

I shouted, "Who's there?"

As soon as the words left my mouth, a man completely covered up and holding a wooden stick appeared behind me.
