Is this book worth the read? Sounds almost like the Fifty Shades books and I loved those. Just want to see if it is worth it before I start it

Read all this book and it jumps to different characters after a few chapters without more to the story at the end you find out more information about Mia and Lizzie! I wish this book would of continued as I was liking the stories with Lizzie and Mia!
